We loved this property! Food was delicious and service was excellent. Two really nice pools. One felt very quiet and relaxed and the other had the swim up bar and activities. You also have access to the other properties and their restaurants so you always have options.

Room was spotless, Most staff was helpful and pleasant. Golf course was very much enjoyed, restaurant food at golf course was amazing. La Freda restaurant was terrible. Food not enjoyable, waiter spilled drink on my husband. Two of us was delivered cold food (shrimp and beef Wellington). We ordered a Don Julio tequila which had an upcharge but it was not Don Julio. After words with the waiter he brought out the correct tequila. When we told waiter he told us we should have said something at the beginning. Had to ask for water twice. Manager did absolutely nothing! Disappointing no nightly music. Everything closes by 10 pm. We had 6 people in our group, three rooms. We were in the tower and our two butlers Leo and Beto were so amazing !!

Beautiful resort. Located away from the hustle and bustle of the busy tourist area. We were upgraded to a suite near the pool over looking the ocean. Room was clean and spacious. Food at the pool and room service were very good, especially for an all inclusive resort. Hotel gym was large and well appointed. When planning restaurants there are great options at the hotel and at nearby Pueblo Bonito properties and golf course. We booked Fellinis which as at a sister property 30 mins away. While it was good, we wish we would have just stayed closer to the report. We tried the market for less lunch one day, just a 5 min shuttle ride from the hotel. A lot of good choices. We were happy with the resort and food. The only thing is we with the pool servers were a little more attentive. Sometimes hard to order and had to go out of our way to flag them down. We would come back again!

The pool was not crowded and noisy. The food was very good. Note that their restaurants are not buffet style as in other inclusive resort. Food portions are ample for someone small. If you want more, you can just order as many plates as you want. Only slight issue I saw was staffing was light so there were gaps where you needed to try a waiter.

Beautiful property with great food. Pool area was usually uncrowded with lots of chairs and great service. Staff very friendly. We booked the trip because it’s advertised as a golf resort. Attempted to book tee times prior to our arrival and told we had to wait until we were there (8 of us). We were unable to get any tee times when we got there! Extremely disappointing.

This property was a perfect getaway for a tired mama. It was peaceful and the service was amazing. There was plenty to do on the resort and in the local area. The food was fantastic and the drinks were too. The gym was absolutely incredible - the view, the variety of equipment. We really enjoyed our stay!

The property was beautiful and it was our second time visiting Pueblo Bonito. They have golf carts and transportation to get you around the property at the hotel and also to the properties downtown where you can enjoy the beach. The food and beverage service was very great and the service we received from those staff members was wonderful. The problem came the second day we were there for our five night stay. My wife woke up and started getting ready for breakfast and the pool when she noticed water all over the sink that wet her makeup, curling iron, and other items on the sink (Tuesday). We called the operator and they sent a maintenance worker to fix the issue. Well upon the service worker opening the panel above the sink, I noticed a small bucket when he started looking for the leak. He did not bring down the piece of drywall covering the access point. I then saw him grab the bucket and I asked him if that was the reason for the leak. He advised me that the bucket was full of water and that it was placed there to collect water from a small leak. I was taken back by this and advised him that we can't believe that such a beautiful hotel was using a bucket system for a leak. I let this one slide thinking that we would be fine until we left. Well, I was wrong. On the third day (Friday) we woke up and went through the same process. This time the piece of drywall was taken down and I noticed mold all over the drywall. The ceiling had layers of paint to cover the mold.

This was our second visit to PB Pacifica. Our first visit we loved the property and brought friends with us this time. This visit, however, was a bit disappointing. The property just doesn't feel like it's being maintained as it should for a luxury resort. Common areas and walkways are dirty and unkept. We walked past a large piece of peeling paint on the ground for two days until my husband finally picked it up. Overall, the resort is still beautiful and we enjoyed our stay very much, just felt like things are a bit neglected. Something to think about..having an afternoon quick snack/pick me up would be nice. Snack options are very limited. Just a little cookie or something that doesn't cost an extra $4 would be nice.

Overall great stay. We had a pipe break between the wall and some of the food was just ok but overall great resort and I recommend it if you are looking for somewhere chill and romantic. Rooms aren't that great but still a good value for the price

I’m not sure how this hotel has such I reviews. It was one of the worst experiences my husband and I have had in the many all-inclusive Mexico resorts we have stayed in. Rooms were dirty, staff was unfriendly and seemed bothered to have to help especially in the pool and beach area. The pool staff ignored you unless you flagged them down. They barely came to check on you, but when it was time to close out your all-inclusive tab, they made sure they were rushing right over to you the second you stood up so that they can get their tip. The walls were paper thin, we could hear the room above us until 2am. Beds were hard and pillows were uncomfortable. The lighting in the bathroom was terrible, basically had to get ready in the dark. Probably the most egregious part was that the only decent coffee was a small coffee shop where we had to pay $6 for a cup of coffee because the only included coffee was a terrible pot of coffee in the Buffett area that was constantly empty. Concierge was not helpful. He didn’t talk through any of the dining options and we weren’t told one of the options we picked was a cab ride rather than a shuttle that we had to pay for. Overall terrible experience and will not return.

I was provided an upgrade to a beach view and it was outstanding. The room layouts are spacious and comfortable. The beds are a little harder than I would prefer and the pillows felt a bit on the older side. But outside of that, the food, pool, staff, overall accommodations were so good that I'll look forward to coming back.

Staff were amazing. Martin at the pool & Eduardo who was our bellman were amazing. Everyone was so nice and friendly. Room was clean and bar fridge was always stocked as we requested. Our shower head needed replacing though and the toilet seat wouldn’t stay up for hubby which was awkward. lol

We stayed in the towers, where we enjoyed a gorgeous ocean & pool view room. We had a butler that took such good care of us the whole time we were there, even booking all of our lunches and dinners. The food and drinks were amazing at each place they had available, my favorite was the Dan Dan noodles at the sushi spot! By far the best vacation ever & I even got a ring on my finger while we were here as the cherry on top! We can’t wait to come back again some day ❤️

Staff and all inclusive was a plus Downside when booking I feel it very false advertising to put “ocean view” it was hardly close to the ocean and when trying to change it was explained that what we wanted was ocean front which wasn’t an option while booking . very disappointing experience. No concierge assistance. Tried to book activities in advance but could only get limited responses through email. called and was told everything had to be done through email. after check in we went straight to the concierge desk who told us they could not book restaurants, spa, golf or New years eve. everything had to be done directly with spa etc no idea what the point of the concierge is if this is the case. No availability to get reservations for dinner on property for the whole of stay. This meant we had to go to other properties (which were also very difficult to get reservations for) incurring additional charges even though we had paid for all inclusive. All I could do was submit a claim form which I did when we left and was told the manager would get back to me. almost a week later and nobody has reached out. rooms are extremely in need of updating. staff on property friendly but constantly trying to upcharge. other properties looked nice. I wont be returning

We always love this resort. We have been several times and are already planning our next trip back. But this year, our butler Hannia made the visit even better. I had accidentally booked the wrong type of room, she fixed that. My husband forgot a piece to his CPAP, she fixed that. We caught a lot of tuna and they wouldn’t deliver it to us, she fixed that. She truly went above and beyond and we not only miss the resort already, we miss Hannia!

Very clean, well kept, laid back, attentive staff, beautiful views, and nice fancy restaurants with good drinks and food! The very pleasing aroma of the resort and rooms alone are enough to make me want to return! Lol..I recommend staying in the Towers you have access to the Whale Watch Lounge which we frequented throughout our stay. Gabriel and Dulce (our butlers) were phenomenal and made sure all of our needs were met throughout each day..they did an amazing job setting up our room with champagne cake and happy birthday decorations to surprise my wife! We would definitely return!

We were very excited to celebrate a friend’s milestone birthday at this property given the location and overall layout. However, from check in to check out the front desk staff was just…terrible. We’ve never felt so unwelcome! So we will never stay again at a property belonging to this group. This is a shame because many staff at the restaurants and bars were really kind. So…great potential, but in your face bad attitude was a major turn off. With so many other options in Cabo, this is one to pass!

It’s a beautiful resort, good service, good all inclusive food/drinks; however, we did not like to be hustled to the resort’s Travel Club membership presentation the following day. It was a waste of time. It’s not a timeshare sales pitch, but discounted travel club membership with enormous membership fees for 100 years. It’s too good to be true. We went to the presentation and was lured to signing up, but canceling the deposit the same day of signing only to find out the contract is non-refundable. We deposited $2100 but changed our mind the same day after finding out a lot of customer complaints on the internet that the Pueblo Bonito resorts travel club was a scam. We are senior citizens who are trapped in this scam and are disputing these charges right now with our credit card and Pueblo Bonito resort to no avail. We do not recommend this resort for the travel club scam. We went there to enjoy our vacation and not dispute misrepresented travel scam.

Pueblo Bonito Pacifica is a beautifully designed resort with a very zen vibe. Landscaping is impeccably cared for and 99% of the staff is friendly and very hard working. The restaurant served beautfully plated, delicious dishes. The Espresso Martini and Lemon Drop Martini at the sushi restaurant hit GREAT and the corn cake dessert at their other restaurant was AMAZING (will attach pics) With all that said, here is my experience and why it did not receive 5 stars: We booked a M-F stay. We pre-arranged travel thru the resort, $30 p/person ea way. Beware of all the timewasters outside baggage claim! Shuttle finally arrives. Pacifica is the last stop, but its nice because it helps you judge distance from the sister resorts should you choose to visit one. Check-in was smooth and shoutout to Alvaro, who was splendid. Before you can go to your room they tell us to sit at a desk, then AGAIN they try to sign you up for a timeshare presentation. We had already spent about 30-45 min waiting at the airport, 45-60 min shuttle, another 15min checking in... we just wanted to get to our room and enjoy whay was left of our day!

Beautiful resort that was very clean, quiet and friendly staff. Their shuttle transportation to other resorts is very convenient and quick. Need more transparency regarding their “All-Inclusive” packages since there are extra charges that are not included in many of their dining menus. We had to pay $135 one way to airport for private taxi and $60 one way shared shuttle bus to resort since they don’t provide airport shuttle.

Great resort. Adults only - very quiet which was just what I needed. Food was ok not spectacular Service was great when we arrived but poor when checking out. Downside of the resort - no ocean access, had to travel to sister resorts for that. Also no on site entertainment.

Not a true all inclusive. Up charges on anything good. Beach is very hard to walk on can not go in the water. If you like quiet it is very relaxing not a party resort. Just didn’t like up charges on the good alcohol and didn’t know about the up charges on the food until afterwards when it showed up on my bill. The entertainment by the pool is very good. The guys make it fun but like I said very relaxing not at all a party resort.

Unfortunately, there were a number of downsides to our stay. Many restaurants and bars were closed for renovations, which limited our dining options. The app for reservations is frustrating—you can make reservations, but you cannot cancel them through the app. We had to go to the concierge in person. To make matters worse, when we switched to the steakhouse, our Italian restaurant reservation wasn’t canceled correctly, and we were charged a $30 fee that the staff refused to remove. We also experienced no running water in our room for about an hour, and the staff’s response was simply, “we’re looking into it.” On top of that, the painted concrete floor in our room peeled constantly, sticking to our feet, and although someone was sent to look at it, nothing was fixed. We had to wear sandals inside the room. At checkout, the manager did nothing to resolve these issues or remove the incorrect $30 fee. The biggest disappointment was that this resort is not truly “all-inclusive.” Many things come with extra charges: the steakhouse was $48 per person, chef specials cost extra, quality wine and top-shelf liquor were additional, and the regular drinks were mediocre at best with poor mixers. Other issues included flies (especially in the heat), and when it rained, our boat trip was canceled. Getting a refund was a hassle—we had to go to another property twice because the staff didn’t know how to process it the first time. Overall: Pretty property/ but this is not an all-inclusive.

Quite well maintained resort. Staff was friendly, rooms well maintained, and food choices excellent on property. Not sure the upcharges for the dinner spots outside Pacifica is worth it, but it does give you a safe way to see other resorts. Also don't like all the upcharges on an All Inclusive reservation, but you do have the option NOT to choose them. Butler's were nice and friendly, but not required at this resort in my opinion.

I was super wary about an all inclusive because they can feel like a rip off at times. Especially with the food. But the food here was UNREAL. Amazing customer service and quality. They treated us like longtime friends. Best customer service I’ve ever had and one of the best weeks of vacation I’ve had as well, Highly recommend!
