Property was good and food was ok too. As all inclusive for ppl who don’t Drink alcohol, there were no activities included which were on premises such as the Legandry Pool (which was shown in videos and pics) but was not included in our reservation of all-inclusive! The bowling was not included. The escape rooms were not included, we had to pay for all of those! Spa was $400 for a 50 mins couples massage ! What are the ppl supposed to do once there ?

The room was good, the staff were amazing. Miguel Angel was an awesome host. He always made sure we had anything we needed with in his control. The food was good in the onsite Resturaunt’s. The only issue we had was that the pool water at the adult pool was way too cold. CABO COLD PLUNGE. The other pools seemed much warmer. Even the adult hot tub was cold.. hope that gets addressed soon. Thanka

The property is gorgeous and there is plenty of things for everyone to enjoy. Lots of pools, places to hang and play. There was a few misunderstandings but I charge that to language barrier, which I should be better at since I am visiting their country. Not sure if I would go back for the following.. 1) Area is new and they are building up but power grid is insufficient. There were at least 5 power outages and one lasted almost an hour with no running water. 2) The only places on property with real AC is your room and the kids club. Elevators, hallways, restaurants and bathrooms (public indoor spaces) are hot as hell. Even main lobby had sub par air flow.

Had an amazing stay at Hard Rock Los Cabos! The rooms were clean and spacious, the red pool was amazing for the my 5 year old. The staff was great shout out Lorena from the entertainment team made my daughter’s birthday extra special by announcing her birthday at the night show and was personally attentive to us! Also, shout out to Katy from the entertainment team came up to us pool side and made bracelets for my daughters. Had an overall great experience!

The property was very nice. Great food. Great service. Great entertainment. The downside is the outdoor spas by the pools were not hot, they were barely warm. It would be nice to get into hot water after swimming in the colder pool water. Also with young kids, we were limited to only a couple spas. Many of them are limited to guests 16 years or older.

The room and the grounds over all were clean and well maintained. The staff was excellent, friendly, warm, and always eager to help. All the restaurants were excellent as was the service! We had a great time. In fact, we were so impressed with the resort that we purchased their "Legendary" membership and look forward to visiting Hard Rock's other resorts!

Good beautiful property! Drinks and food were great! But some down falls on our room …supposed to have partial ocean view with no view of the ocean. Tablet in the room didn’t work the whole time. Mold in the shower area and while out on the balcony we could smell sewer gas!

I started developing a severe itch from the second night. Clusters of marks like mosquito bites around my arms, even fingers. Over the time, it got worse and last two nights I could not sleep from unbearable itch that is no all over my body. Visited a doctor when I came back from vacation and it is scabies. Most probably from contact with infested bedding. This ruined the vacation for me. Never in my life have I ever experienced scabies or any sort of bed bugs in a hotel.

It was a wonderful stay, the room, common areas, and grounds were very clean. The service was incredible, very attentive staff. Pool-we spent our pool time at the family pool, the entertainment staff does a phenomenal job keeping everyone engaged. Lily really worked hard at keeping the pool goers engaged. Joan our server at the pool was excellent, he provided top notch service, checking on us regularly and fulfilling drink and food orders accurately. Restaurants - we ate at all the restaurants and they were wonderful. Los Gallos the mollete for breakfast is so good as was the chilaquiles and ceviche for lunch divine. UMO the brisket para taquer is excellent for a starter. The short rib and Chamorro Cochinita Piblil, were excellent. TORO- Excellent service by I think her name was Catalina, we went with the ribeye and it was cooked perfectly, excellent flavor just seasoned with salt and pepper the marinated vegetables are very good too and Cacoa for dessert is a must. Caio - WOW!! Italian is my favorite and this restaurant is top notch, this chef really has put together an absolutely delicious menu. Parmigiana di Melanze - Phenomenal!!! The Surf n Turf is excellent and worth the extra expense. La Roman pizza excellent flavor, I prefer a crispier crust but not a deal breaker. Arrabbiata was excellent I am a huge fan of Tagliatelle and this dish did not dissapoint. Caffeto - coffee was excellent we had it daily. Zen - very good rib eye bao buns were delicious.

Stayed at Hard Rock Los Cabos July 2025. Arrival requires booking your own transport; we used Cabo Airport Shuttle round-trip. Check-in was smooth but strictly at 3 PM with no early check-in or proper changing facilities, frustrating for our large group. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, but king and two-queen rooms are same size (522ft) yet priced differently, which felt unfair. No two queen option for suites. Pools were excellent with varied atmospheres from lively main pool with DJs and dancing to peaceful swinging beds and a quieter family pool. Staff were attentive and managed towels, umbrellas, and seating well. The beach is beautiful but unsafe to swim due to strong waves and drop-offs. Entertainment was lively with karaoke, Latin nights, and a Michael Jackson tribute. Shows were held in a small auditorium-style theater with snacks and a nearby bar, creating a fun, convenient experience. Escape room fun but we had a billing issue. Separate company; hotel tried to resolve. Dining was good, especially Los Gallos for breakfast/lunch, but poolside food was average and desserts need improvement. Spa prices were very high, even compared to NYC, which discouraged use. Pricing overall felt excessive cabanas, transport, golfing, and other add-ons made the all-inclusive feel less inclusive. Staff were exceptional friendly, attentive, and professional the true highlight of our stay. Despite pricing and check-in issues, I’d consider another Hard Rock resort in the future.

Our room was not in the best state. Booked a room for 4 but my two boys didn’t fit so we had to ask for a roll in bed. The pull out bed was so I uncomfortable the springs was all you could feel. We had to ask for a pillow top and extra blankets to put on top of it and still he had a terrible sleep for 5 nights as it was so uncomfortable. Our shower amenities were empty also and we had to call down for soap. Our food bar was never restocked the whole stay but our families in others rooms were everyday. Our key pad to get into our room died and they sent us to the front desk twice before they realized it and then the door people took another half and hour to fix while we missed lunch with our family. We were very disappointed in these things and we shouldn’t have this much trouble on an all Inclusive vacation for my moms 80th.

The resort was good and the food was good overall, however when we went to our room. They gave our room next to staff work area, there was lots of noise and sometimes it was hard to rest due to the amount of noise. Also, I was expecting partial ocean view but our front desk guy gave us resort view which was showing the area were they set up the parties, this was another bummer since there was lots of noise from different preparations such as thanking.

What made our stay truly excellent was the outstanding service staff. Ruben, Manuel, and Santos from the Eden Pool went above and beyond every day. Ruben not only brought us our food and drinks promptly, but he also carried great conversation and made us feel right at home. Jesús at the lobby bar was amazing—he even did a TikTok with us! Velentin at the Market buffet provided exceptional service with a warm smile each morning. It was the perfect place to celebrate my daughter’s birthday, and it’s amazing staff like them that keep us coming back to the Hard Rock. Highly recommend!

Would have given it 5 stars but there were two turnoffs: we were tired after a long flight. The check in process was fine but standing behind us the whole time was someone from a company called Legendary that apparently has an arrangement with the Hard Rock. After getting our bracelets, the counter rep told us that he was here to help us get oriented with the property. Started out that way but then quickly pivoted to a hard sell. Awful persistence in wanting us to go to some 2 hour breakfast to hear his pitch for a vacation club or time share. Almost impossible to say no to this guy. Pressed and pressed. To get him to stop, in our exhaustion, we agreed. The next day, I left them a note to cancel but to no avail. For the next 3 days they would call our room! And I had to avoid this guy at every turn. Almost ruined the experience of this wonderful resort. The harassment repeated upon check out. Another representative came to us knowing that we had just checked out (the front desk gives them a manifest)!!!! And again tried hard selling us on another vacation package. Come on Hard Rock! Stop with this hard-press upsell crap. No one wants it. It's petty. Now for the positives: the staff is super friendly and very attentive. 10 stars for the staff! The resort is excellent with breathtaking (at least our room was) views of the ocean and hundreds of whales passing by. Amazing. The grounds are super clean and well kept. The pools and hot tubs are fantastic. YOU CANNOT SWIM IN THIS

Manny was really amazing and made our week so special. We arrived to a room that was not up to standard and he stepped in to help us. Not only did he get us a better room but he worked hard all week to make sure we had the best time. He checked in daily, made reservations for cabanas and restaurants and even bowling for us. If it weren’t for Manny, our week would have been not the same. He’s the best!

We recently stayed at Hard Rock Hotel Los Cabos for a family vacation, drawn in by the amenities for both kids and adults—especially the waterslides and pools. Overall, the resort is clean, modern, and visually stunning. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, and the staff was generally friendly and welcoming. That said, several issues kept this from being a return-worthy experience. The most frustrating part was the constant pressure from Legendary Vacation Club reps. They approached us pretending to assist with activities or guest services, only to push hard for a timeshare presentation. It was misleading and made it difficult to relax. The food was another major letdown. We tried every restaurant on-site, and none met the standard we’ve come to expect from Hard Rock or other all-inclusives we’ve visited. Meals were bland, repetitive, and lacked quality. We also received resort credit of $200 per night, which sounded nice but ended up being nearly useless—just discounts on overpriced extras, not actual value. Lastly, the resort was not accommodating to special requests. Compared to other Hard Rock properties, the service here lacked flexibility and effort. While the kids had a great time and we made some good memories, we likely won’t return. The setting is beautiful, but the overall experience didn’t live up to expectations.

Overall property is beautiful, nice and clean. Most restaurant’s food was good. All restaurants accept walk in, except Zen you need a reservation. The staff were really good. Everyone super nice and helpful. We enjoy a nice couple massage at The Rock Spa. The location is to far from everything. Only transportation is a local cab out, but do offer uber coming back in. Their top shelf liquor option is great with all inclusive. PS you can’t swim in the ocean here, sea is rough. We had an ocean view room, but saw mostly construction. Overall we would return here in the future.

The Hard Rock Los Cabos is a full hour from the main city. Our taxi driver even complained about the isolated, windy drive, calling it a place "just for millionaires," which wasn't the best start. Be warned: booking through Expedia, like we did, excludes the airport shuttle – that's only for direct hotel bookings, an inconvenient surprise. Aesthetically, the new hotel is impressive. Check-in was smooth, and our Junior Suite was clean, modern, with partial ocean/pool views and a generally upscale feel maintained by good housekeeping. However, there were notable drawbacks. The beautiful pools were freezing cold, and combined with constant wind, made swimming or lounging uncomfortable. The beach, while scenic, was equally cold, windy, and unsafe for swimming due to strong Pacific riptides – nice to look at, but unusable. Service was inconsistent; some staff were friendly, others seemed overwhelmed. The coffee shop offered great, quick service. Restaurant experiences varied: Zen (Asian) was disappointing due to rude staff, Umo (Mexican) had a stressed hostess but a lovely server, and Ciao (Italian) provided a good atmosphere and service. Entertainment was a definite plus, with enjoyable evening shows like the circus theme and Michael Jackson tribute. Unfortunately, the resort feels isolated, cold and with limited activities. If you love wind, don’t plan to swim in the beach, and don’t mind being isolated, you might enjoy it. Otherwise, I’d suggest looking closer to the city.

The hotel was very nice. The service was hit or miss, sometimes it was great such as room service but the servers at the pool were not great. The food was limited and they were out of multiple dishes I tried to order. When we first arrived they tried to sell me on several different tours and packages and I had to tell the guy no 3-4 times. We won’t be back.

We had a great five night stay. First time at this resort. We did have to switch rooms as our first was facing a massive construction site .. the front desk switched us the next day. We enjoyed all the restaurants and especially loved Toro and Zen. Will definitely go back!

Room was good, staff was good, food was good, Toro Steakhouse was amazing, Eden pool and Pool Bar were phenomenal. Omar and Yoni had amazing service. My only reason for 4 stars is that breakfast was not great, it was just average and I consistently had to say “no thank you” to being upsold. Overall, great hotel for families and first timers.

Fruits served only at dinner, each morning for breakfast I had to request hot coffee (warm coffee served). Limited variety of food at buffet. At this all inclusive I paid for surf & turf at Italian restaurant the 1st night ( it was very tasty). 2 nights later, I ordered same meals it was less food & less tasteful (yet, I paid same price). Lastly, Hard Rock Cabo should clearly note no casino on site. Several websites advertise casino on site. Staying at Hard Rock Cabo was on my bucket list because I foolishly believed it would be as eventful as Hard Rock in USA Atlantic City. Never do I intend to vacation there again

It was just an average hotel. Big name but customer service needs a huge improvement. Facility is very clean. Food is average overall except at the Zen. Their regular menu has some delicious entrees. Didn’t try their Teppanyaki style. Hotel is clean and seems more modern looking. Buffet has less selection than other hotels in Cabo. Pools are clean. Ciao breakfast buffet is sub par with servers not organized enough. They don’t serve water and coffee until you ask. Same thing with Market place, it has more options but servers are not attentive. May be they are overworked. Toro were out of ribeye and many items on the menu. Food was just ok over there. Los Gallos food was great but servers don’t even check in with you after they serve the food. We were able to compare hotels in every aspect and this is not the winner so far. Three stars for the fun waterslides, clean hotel, and kid-friendly atmosphere. However, overall ratings for the food and customer service were not 5/5 which brought down to the three star experience.

Couldn’t swim at the beach, lacking dinner buffet for a large resort. We traveled with a large party and couldn’t do reservations besides hibachi ended up at buffet a few nights and it was very very limited on selection. Breakfast and lunch were great.

It was a wonderful stay, the room, common areas, and grounds were very clean. The service was incredible, very attentive staff. Pool-we spent our pool time at the family pool, the entertainment staff does a phenomenal job keeping everyone engaged. Lily really worked hard at keeping the pool goers engaged. Joan our server at the pool was excellent, he provided top notch service, checking on us regularly and fulfilling drink and food orders accurately. Restaurants - we ate at all the restaurants and they were wonderful. Los Gallos the mollete for breakfast is so good as was the chilaquiles and ceviche for lunch divine. UMO the brisket para taquer is excellent for a starter. The short rib and Chamorro Cochinita Piblil, were excellent. TORO- Excellent service by I think her name was Catalina, we went with the ribeye and it was cooked perfectly, excellent flavor just seasoned with salt and pepper the marinated vegetables are very good too and Cacoa for dessert is a must. Caio - WOW!! Italian is my favorite and this restaurant is top notch, this chef really has put together an absolutely delicious menu. Parmigiana di Melanze - Phenomenal!!! The Surf n Turf is excellent and worth the extra expense. La Roman pizza excellent flavor, I prefer a crispier crust but not a deal breaker. Arrabbiata was excellent I am a huge fan of Tagliatelle and this dish did not dissapoint. Caffeto - coffee was excellent we had it daily. Zen - very good rib eye bao buns were delicious.
