Stayed 1 night

Stayed in the Deluxe 2 King bed mini-suit (room 314). Prob the best room they have. Space and bed size was welcoming. Parking and front desk easy access. Staff was nice and cute friendly office dog name Bow. Room amenities included microwave, mini fridge, iron, blow dryer, ac/heater, tv, ice bucket, bath towels (bring your own bathing toiletries). Property snd room was alright for the price. Biggest draw back the tenderloin be the tenderloin. The street noise level is 24 hrs. Thankfully a good nite out drinking and a lil tv put me to sleep.

In a heavily homeless area. The bed was the worst I've ever slept in. Didn't use any of the amenities-if they had any. I'm not sure. Just needed a place to crash after the basketball game, was a pretty sketchy neighborhood.

This hotel offers spacious, clean, no luxury rooms. However, the free parking and having a clean microwave and refrigerator and shower water pressure were awesome. It is in the Tenderloin area which was across the street from a rehab hotel/apartment. We didn’t feel comfortable going out walking at night due to the neighborhood. There was a security guard on duty which helped our sense of safety. The WiFi connection was horrible, not advisable if you’re expecting to have a stable connection.

The price was fair and was less expensive than similar accommodations nearby. There were a few things that did give us pause. The check in area is not very welcoming and honestly made us concerned about the location. The parking garage is also rather gross, and the hallways had an odd odor that made us worry about the cleanliness of the rooms. In the end, the rooms were clean, if a bit dated. Though the garage was gross, it was included for free with the hotel stay (which was very generous considering the area). The times that we did see staff, most of them were very kind and welcoming. All-in-all, if the price point was similar to what we paid this time, we would stay here again.
