Nice facility. I had to wait 45 minutes for the shuttle to pick me up. Really unacceptable.

The hotel looked nice but room 327 has awful beds. The matresses are horrible and one of the beds is super noisy when you get on and when move on the bed. Dont let them give you that room. The pool is super cold.

Everything was excellent, except that the reason I booked this room was for the airport shuttle and after I got there they said their shuttle wasn't working and did not do any compensation to make up for that!! Also, if I would have known ahead of time that the shuttle was not going to be working.I could have got a refund on my room and went elsewhere.

The shuttle from and to the airport was really helpful. The exercise area was really clean with up to date equipment. The rooms were really clean and spacious. Only knock was the lack of breakfast items for the price. Overall great stay.

Airport shuttle on time and easy to reserve

Well appointed hotel with clean rooms, good mini mart, bar, and grill.

We called the hotel 4 hours prior to our arrival to communicate about using the airport shuttle. During the call, we were told we needed to call upon airport arrival but that the shuttle was every 30 mins. When we arrived we called when we got to the airport at 1015pm. We were told the shuttle would be at the airport at 1030. We waited until 1040 & called again to inquire the shuttles whereabouts. We were told the shuttle would be there at 10:45pm. The shuttled arrived at 1050pm. This was very frustrating w/our departure we needed to leave at 445am. The hotel said in our initial phone conversation, they said we just needed to schedule when we arrived but that it was basically on call at that time of day. When we actually checked into the hotel, they told us that we could have a 4:30am or 5am shuttle, so we chose the 4:30am shuttle to arrive at the airport in time. We were told that we had to be in the lobby 5 minutes prior to board the shuttle. We arrived at 425am & my husband saw the shuttle leaving. We asked & they said it would be back in time. We waited. The shuttle didn't show up until 4:45am. We finally loaded & were leaving the parking lot & the shuttle turned around to collect people for the 5am shuttle making us late for our plane. (a member in our party is disabled & had to be early for accommodation) Their actions cost us stress, sleep, $, & created issues w/airline accommodations- almost missed our plane. NOT WORTH THE $. BETTER OFF STAYING AT THE SMF

This property and our room was very clean, updated, staff was friendly and had a nice breakfast area & bar/seating throughout the lobby. If you’re arriving late, as we did, be aware of limited parking spaces in the lot (we parked in an adjacent hotel lot due to no spaces available) and the deposit for incidentals was much higher than I have paid at other hotels ($75/night) and was an unexpected surprise when prompted the total for the stay. Otherwise, it was a nice place to stay and would stay here again.

There was no parking space available at 9pm. We had to park in the fire lane.

The first day, housekeeping only did the bathroom, nothing else. So I requested that we have full housekeeping the next day and the front desk agent assured me it would be done. Imagine our shock to return that night to a room where no cleaning had been done. We travel to Sacramento several times a year but will find a better hotel.

The room was dirty, there were hairs around the bathroom. Additionally, there were no liners in the trash can, the trash bags were hung outside the can but not within. I had to wait over 3 hours for a custodian to clean my room. When they arrived, they did not clean properly when I pointed out issues, including small hairs left behind. The custodian complained that the hairs were ‘too small’. The materials they used to clean my room (a dirty broom with debris) were insufficient, and no disinfectant was used. 0/10 would not recommend due to poor service and cleanliness

Clean and modern rooms. Very nice facility. Great hospitality. Great breakfast options. Would definitely stay there again.

The cleaner used in the room was over powering. It gave both of us a headaches. There were no instructions that if you open a window the fan/AC does not work. The level of light was to low and you couldn’t work at the desk.

Hotel room was relatively clean. The bathroom was moldy in the shower and sink.

This hotel near the airport was so quiet we couldn’t even hear the planes. This hotel was very clean.

I stayed for three nights, and despite requesting housekeeping, the room was never cleaned.

One of the throw pillows on the sofa had vomit on it. We gave it to one of the member of the cleaning crew

I loved the location and look of the hotel. However, the shade for the room did not block outside lights and my room was lit up like a Christmas tree! I did not get any sleep at all.

Fine for just a night. Not alot near by . the room was a nice size but the walls and ceiling were not very sound proof . Could hear people moving all night. The room also had a loud fan in the bathroom that could not be shut off. The fridge also had some strange noises all night. The breakfast was mediocre. Definitely have had some better free continental breakfast. Would have liked more fresh fruit and the food available to be fresh and hot. At least the fresh waffle maker instead of cold eggos .

Quick check in, quiet, spacious room

Modern hotel with clean and spacious rooms. Some road noise depending on which side of building your room is on. Would definitely stay there again.

It was a new property. Rooms were clean and neat. However room #306 didn't have a microwave.it is not normal for a room not to have blackout drapes?

Suggestion to hotel staff: When you clean/reset rooms, make sure the alarm clock is turned off. I honestly didn't even notice it was there - and it went off at 4AM. Could be an inconvenience to some.

Stay was fine but shower doors kept sliding open so we weren’t all able to shower and had to use all the towels to put in front of shower so water wouldn’t get on floor because the floor got slippery…informed front desk at checkout and we’re not offered any compensation or anything kind of disappointing customer service she seemed very disinterested in our complaint

Clean room, very comfortable bed. Nice shower with gel, shampoo and conditioner. Coffee pot and tea was nice. Really nice room with a couch and sitting area. Free parking too. Easy to get to right off the freeway.

At checkin we were told they had no wifi. Then when told them we had a service dog, 4 of them started asking what kind of service dog! Ask what issues my husband had that needed the service dog! 4 of the desk people asking me all at once! This is against the ADA! Then each time we left the room, they had to let us in as there were no room keys available!

I just checked out of Hyatt Place Sacramento International Airport, and this was by far the most disappointing hotel stay I’ve ever had. This was my first time at a Hyatt Place, and sadly, it will be my last. After booking and paying through Expedia, no one mentioned the $500 deposit until I arrived late at night after a redeye flight. Check-in was slow, confusing, and completely lacked empathy. On Saturday, I requested turndown service. By Sunday and even Monday night, nothing had been cleaned—trash still in the room, dirty coffee cups untouched, ice bucket full of stale water, no fresh supplies. The manager apologized but the promised follow-up never happened. Each day, the same issues continued: missing coffee, trash left in the room, no basic restocking. After a 12-hour workday and an unexpected project extension, I went to the front desk at 9 PM to book more nights. The receptionist refused to help and told me to “go online” instead. Housekeeping was atrocious, communication nonexistent, and every request felt like a burden to staff. For over $1,500 (including deposit), I expected professionalism and basic hospitality—neither were delivered. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this property to anyone.

We waited over an hour and a half to be checked in to our room after driving for 6 hours. Hotel was having problems with their system, which is understandable. However, the lack of communication and concern led us to leave and go elsewhere. I will be contacting hotel for full refund. If they do not, I will never use them, or Orbitz again.

The staff was outstanding.

When I went to check in, the hotel told me that I had to contact Expedia because my reservation was unpaid. They said they were having issues with 3rd party bookings. I’ve never had an issue at any other hotel. They told me I would not have further issues if I just booked with their reservation system. I felt like I had done something wrong and was inconveniencing them. It got resolved after quite a while, but I’d rather not go through that again.

Front desk staff members were great! Bar staff was inattentive and more interested in cleaning the bar top amd straightening chairs than acknowledging and serving clients.

The staff and supervisor were a complete nightmare. I was also checked into the wrong reservation cause so much distress.

The hotel looked very new and was very clean. The area around the hotel also seemed very new. Plenty of services within a short drive. Close enough to the airport for an easy commute.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the water pressure in the shower was good. The breakfast was very good and there were a lot of options. The location was convenient to both the airport and Discovery Park, which was where I went for the Aftershock Festival. The area was quiet and there is a strip mall area across the street. The airport shuttle that was provided was nice.

Exactly what we needed. Staff was great! Cost was good and only 6 minutes to the airport.

Everything was clean enough. Room was large enough. Only thing that really bothered me was that a car in the parking lot got broken into. Not my car, but still, the parking safety needs some work.

We stayed the night here because we had an early flight to Hawaii the next morning. When we came out to the car at 6 am, we found all the windows busted out of my car and all of our luggage was gone. What a way to start a vacation.

Clean, comfortable and close to airport. However, the shuttle service is not as advertised you must call first and the it may take an additional 40-45 minutes for pickup. No breakfast.

Good clean and very convenient to the airport

Overall, the weekend stay was pretty good. The key cards kept failing but the staff was happy to make us new ones a couple times. The breakfast bar had a pretty good selection. There is no restaurant or coffee shop. You can get a bite at the bar. The bartender was pleasant.

Our stay was great aside from breakfast not being included despite being told it was at check-in. I was even willing to pay for the breakfast if it was better than other hotels but it was your standard affair. Not great form and should be advertised as a paid breakfast, not free.

We love staying here when we come to Sacramento. Only down side are the drinks at the bar are way too expensive. Me and the wife had 3 Tito‘s and cranberry juice each and the bill was $97.50. We don’t mind paying for drinks but we just left grand Sierra Hotel in Reno had the same amount and bill was $68

The Hyatt Place does not include breakfast. I was at the Hyatt House last time. It's weird to not get the same amenties. There was a lot of noise in the hallways from children late at night and early in the morning. My previous stay at the House was much more pleasant.

Said breakfast included when i booked. At time of arrival they proceed to say, We're trying something new. Breakfast will be 11$ per person. Even after showing my reservations and notes. NOPE
