Clean, quiet, early check-in was available, lovely walkable surrounding area. My only issue was that the hours for the connected bars are not correct. The downstairs bar has no notice that they stop serving food past a certain point, and it was closed nights that online it said it should be open. It being closed some nights or not serving food before close is fine, I just wish the online hours you see when you scan the qr code in your room reflected these things. Food at the rooftop bar was delicious.

Great location, clean, delicious oatmeal at breakfast, parking was easy $15 a night, walkable to Starbucks and Trader Joe's. Laundry on site was nice but it takes quarters. Beautiful rooftop patio and pool. Very small pool and is more like a plunge pool. We will def stay here again.

The location is great when visiting ASU. Close to stadiums and parking is very reasonable. I love the large suites and the rooftop restaurant bar is great for sunsets and the food was good. I will definitely stay here again!

Everything was great, except the pool. It was so small and there were so many people in it that it was uncomfortable. That pool is too small for this size hotel. The pictures are deceiving.

Property is fairly new and in great shape. Mostly quite clean except for the air vents which seemed like they’ve never been cleaned. They gave me a room far from the train and I didn’t experience any noise, even with a hotel full of high schoolers housed there for a wrestling camp. Hotel staff is efficient and helpful but not really welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was varied and adequate but they ran out of meat or only provided paper plates/plastic utensils a few days when the hotel was at full capacity. Seating was surprisingly plentiful. I’d be happy to stay again because it was good value and I liked the large room layout, especially with a proper work chair. Great walkable location to lots of restaurants and a Trader Joe’s.

The vents in the bathroom weren’t working.the area around the hotel was very nice and safe. housekeeping was consistent but not thorough. There was a problem with the air conditioning. Staff are very welcoming and kind.

Great stay! Liked the kitchen, bed was comfortable. Towel in the bathroom had lipstick when we checked in. Breakfast was good, many selections were empty at 8:30 prior to it ending at 9:00. This was the only issue everything else was great. I would recommend it to others for sure.

We have stayed at this property for three years while our son attends ASU. We have noticed that the cleanliness has declined considerably. The floors were not vacuumed on floor two the entire time we stayed Feb 6-9th. The room we stayed in (226) had dust on the baseboards and the sink plunger was broken. There are many choices in Tempe but we choose to stay at The Hyatt. I hope this is something that can be resolved

My room 234 had a broken ac I fell asleep waiting for it to cool down and it was 74 it would make a loud sound once in a while but I can sleep through anything, I let the front desk know they were nice said they comp the parking fee

Room was nice and clean. Breakfast was good, bacon, eggs, potatoes, french toast sticks, pancakes, and normal continental options. Pool was underwheling, maybe 12 ft by 15ft. Pool looks like it was bought on Wish. As someone who always brings a firestick, it was cool that the TV could rotate and it let you cast apps from your phone.

This is a great property if you want to be in a safe walkable area with great restaurant choices. They have a good free breakfast with lots of choices, the property is clean and conveniently located. The downside is if you are on the west facing side of the hotel you will hear the train horn all night long. We paid for a high floor one bedroom and upon arrival were put on the 2nd floor the noise was awful. The next day they moved us to the 7th floor but still on the west facing side, the noise in this room was better but you could still hear the train horn all night long. The next day they moved us to a studio room on the 7th floor on the east facing side of the hotel, we could not hear the train at all which was a great improvement. We paid for a one bedroom and ended up in a studio room which is frustrating. The hotel manager told us this happens often if you book with Expedia as they prioritize those guests that book directly with the hotel. Lesson learned for sure.

Front desk staff was terrible! At every turn only decent people Were the housekeepers, Donald and Angie at the rooftop bar. Bartender downstairs was constantly angry or frustrated for no reason.. maybe he needs a job where it’s not in customer service. Asked a manager to call Me three days ago and they never did. So I’ll be contacting hyatt corporate

After driving 24 hours got to bed at 11:30 pm, was woken up 7:30 am to the fire alarm. We take the emergency exit, get outside and see people are still inside eating; come to find out it was a false alarm. That night neighbors kept me up until after 3 am. At 7:55 am I get woken to loud, aggressive ,repetitive knocking by housekeeping they then got cranky with me when I said we were sleeping. We’ve been here multiple times and usually love it but this was a horrible few days

When we arrived the first room wasn’t in very good condition they did switch us rooms after being all our stuff down but second room was a little better. Staff were really nice at the front desk. The kitchen staff who does breakfast her name is Erica she was very rude and upset we were getting food lol it was weird but the front desk staff was amazing

A great hotel in an amazing location. Great hiking is 10-15 minutes away at Camelback, Piestewa Peak, Papago Park, and South Mountain. Lots of restaurants and a Trader Joe’s within a short walk. The parking is convenient, if a bit pricey. The rooms were well appointed and very comfortable. The laundry room was convenient and easy to use. However, our stay was diminished due to a wrestling camp going on at ASU. There were dozens of unaccompanied minors running the halls and screaming until late at night. They pushed all the buttons on the elevators so nobody could get a lift. Instead of policing their guests, the hotel eventually shut down elevators, which made it worse. If the hotel is going to continue hosting these events, they need to do a much better job of policing their guests. I know this is likely a welcome event during their slow time of year but we paid for our room too.

This hotel was perfectly situated. I lived the campus being right there, the walkability of it. I went to the musical festival solo and felt safe walking home each night. The parking garage is well lit, nearby and safe

The hotel was fantastic in terms of cleanliness! However, I was a little bit disappointed that the hotel restaurant had so few menu options. The photos in the elevators about h bar do not seem to reflect the actual menu that is available. it does seem to be a problem, because there is not really any restaurant food that is decent unless you walk for at least 10 minutes in the heat.

I stay here before and we enjoy the location. We stayed here two nights and the last day we decided to have their breakfast. The only issue we had during the stay was the plates in the dinning were dirty. The plates had dry food stains.
