I received an email the day before we arrived saying if we were arriving after hours we had to phone in and get the gate access code. So we phoned, firstly it was very hard to reach anyone by phone and second when someone answered finally they said we didn’t need a gate access code because there was someone there 24/7. Fine we ubered there at 11:30 pm and the gate was locked to access the property and the machine to dial some number was broken. We were about to go back to the airport to sleep there overnight for our early morning flight when some customer staying at the hotel was leaving to go to McDonald’s across the street so we basically snuck in. There are two buildings and there was a staff member manning the service desk in one of them so she did give us our room key. Terribly inconvenient checkin experience. The room was clean so I was happy for that. Just very unwelcoming for checking and lack of good communication. Access codes for the gate should be emailed out to customers who say they are checking in late. Honestly we would have gone back to the airport had not the one guy been doing a run to McDonald’s. Would not recommend and will not personally stay here again.

Le Première Classe de St Witz a toujours d'un excellent rapport qualité-prix 💸 Les chambres sont propres. Le parking est gratuit est suffisamment grand (pour cet hôtel et le campanile juste en face). Le personnel était agréable au matin (pas vu l'équipe du soir). Borne extérieure au parking, parfait pour récupérer sa clef, même en arrivant tardivement (code du parking récupéré dans la journée en indiquant qu'on arriverait tard). On y vient régulièrement, et on y est toujours très bien.. Petit couac : un joint de la porte de douche était dégradé, donc l'eau coulait un peu en dehors, mais c'est quelque chose qu'il suffit de changer, pas de la saleté comme on a pu avoir ailleurs
