We had a wonderful stay at New Seabury and the property/amenities are lovely. We were disappointed that the tennis/pool facility was under renovation and we were not informed previously to out stay. The Sea Quarters units need a facelift. The kitchen appliances, especially the refrigerator, need to be upgraded,. The cabinets need replacing, the bathrooms and porch are tired. Doors, walls, and furniture could use some paint. As the season just began, it’s surprising that more touch ups were not done.

This is one of the best visits to the area that we’ve ever had. The location provided convenient access to the spots that we planned on going to, as well as provided access to other needs such as supermarkets, gas, and restaurant locations. I would highly recommend this to anyone visiting the Cape who wanted to have an excellent experience.

The condo had everything we needed, and was clean, however there were a lot of ants on the main floor, mostly in the kitchen. This should definitely be looked into and maybe some traps set. There was a washer/dryer which was great and room service each day to change towels.

Was promoted as a hotel which it is not. Check in was a nightmare arrived at night was left a map and key in an envelope to my cottage could barely read it. Roads to cottage were dark, small and not well marked, had difficulty finding the cottage. No where to eat or get a drink even coffee. People were in Clubhouse when I arrived but locked doors and would not open. This is a country club with some cottages for rent. You are on your own in the middle of nowhere. Would never go back.
