You need to make the bathrooms a little safer for everyone. Shower head pointed to door which leaked on the floor which became slippery. The outside needs more lighting.

Th location was great for my visit for graduation at Salisbury school, which is about 6 miles away. I really enjoyed everything - the rooms I was in was in one of the older buildings and was a bit dated, but they seem to be well maintained (had A/C which was great!) and were clean. I like having coffee and a light breakfast available. Met my needs and the grounds are lovely- nice pool, tennis courts.

Upon arrival I was told I was in the “Countryside” building. It’s an outdated, smelly old house nearby. There was NO maid service, NO breakfast, and I could hear every step, door close and toilet flush of others in nearby rooms. The A/C and small refrigerator were so noisy I had to unplug them to get any sleep. Bad experience all around.

Unfortunately a sewage pipe broke and the smell the first night was horrendous. I had to go to the desk to find out what was going on. It would have been nice if the front desk person told us what happened and made a suggestion to leave our balcony door open for air or something. It just would have made the situation a little more tolerable

This is an over priced low quality motel— if you are looking for a charming inn, spend your $300 elsewhere! Our queen bed room was very basic— no carpeting, cheap bedding, towels, and lighting. The bathroom mirror had peeling paint, grouting was in poor condition. plus a hole in floor under toilet, unclean shower. Deadbolt in door inoperable, window curtains cover AC vent causing them to compromise privacy. A maid walked in, without knocking, at 8 am, a repair man was tearing up parking lot outside our door by 8:30. Breakfast is not included for your $300!

The rooms are ok. The entry and hallways were very dirty and needed to be vacuumed and maintained better. The beds were very uncomfortable- lumps and bumps and need to be replaced.

I have stayed at the Interlaken quite a few times, and I have stayed in a few different buildings. Generally, I like stying here. However, this was the second time I stayed in the Woodside building. The room was fine. However, there is no way that I could find to turn off the exterior lighting both in front of and behind my room. It was basically mid-day light in my room all night long. I really wish there were either better/ more "blackout" window treatments or a way to turn the lights off. One front light seemed to be on a sensor, so it would turn off, but then it just would get tripped and turn on again.

I had a great time! Stayed in Rm 109 -the porch area was unusable however, because the air conditioning unit upstairs was leaking water down onto the patio- They may want to fix that for the next guest

I stayed for 2 nights but was charged 3 nights. And still didn't get refund of the extra charged night 1 week after check out. The sofa bed is almost impossible to use and the springs are nearly not functioning

The setting was beautiful in Lakeville, CT. The property was clean and very much updated and the staff was incredibly friendly. We attended a wedding and reception at the inn and it was beautiful. Highly recommend!

The service was amazing.. I was sitting in the lobby and a worker walked by and asked if I wanted coffee or tea. We were there for a wedding and everything was wonderful. The only negative comment would be some rooms could use an upgrade.
