"I stayed at a great hotel recently, but unfortunately, while my car was parked in the hotel parking lot, someone hit my brand new 2024 car. The hotel did not have any cameras outside, so I did not realize that my car had been hit until after I checked out. I spoke with the front desk attendant about the incident, and he informed me that the manager was not available at the moment but would call me back as soon as possible. However, it has been three days since then, and I have not received any call from the manager yet to inquire about the availability of video surveillance outside the hotel."

I did not like that the restaurant and bar was closed on a Friday night!!! I did not like that the hvac was VERY loud, that the tv was only partially visible from the bed, that’s bad. Also there is an annoying sound from the bathroom that sounds like a vent fan on constantly, so loud that you can’t hear the tv while in the bathroom.

Very nice property other than the pool being out of sevice great place just wish i knew there was a kids hockey tournament in town before booking there is like 50 screaming kids running all around the property

We had an amazing stay, everything was great. We were disappointed that the website said there was a pool but that is no longer and is being converted to a fitness room. We were looking forward to the pool, but otherwise everything here was top-notch. The staff was all so friendly, good sized, clean rooms. Would definitely stay again.

No one explained amenities on check in, like wifi, breakfast, checkout, where stuff was etc. There was a septic tank smell in our bedroom until i turned on the air to constant.

The first room they gave us, it smells like it has nobody lived there for years. The room has a moldy smell. Because the AC is not on, we think it may be better when we turned on the AC. We are so wrong, after the AC is on, odd smell is more stronger from the AC. This unit is definitely not lived/cleaned for some time. We have been traveling a lot this summer and we have always preferred to stay in Marriott hotels. This is probably the worst experience we had. Also the front desk told us the breakfast is from 7-10 in the morning, I asked twice and she confirmed. But when we came down for hotel the next morning at 9:35am, the front desk said the breakfast ends on 9:30am, because today is Friday. How careless the front desk is to make us miss the breakfast. We ended up ate breakfast outside. It disturbed our travel plan a little bit because we are on a tight schedule.

The first night we slept in a clean room but the mattress was defective as the top layer of foam was delaminating from the rest of the mattress. This caused a folded, bumpy area, very uncomfortable to sleep on. The next morning we requested a different room, and the staff said it would be done upon our return that evening. Before moving all of our clothing into the new room, we looked at the mattress and it had the same problem, if not worse. We again requested a different room which required housekeeping to go in annd inspect the mattress before we were moved in. Fortunately, this mattress must have been much newer and was more comfortable. It appears this Marriott is not routinely inspecting its mattresses for obsolescence or defects. FYI: there is no free coffee in the morning or a free breakfast. As we were in a hurry the final morning, I purchased 2 coffees and one bagel. The total was $17.50!

The Wifi network is terrible--could not do online work needed to do because of the lack of connectivity. Everything else is fine--but if I can't work in the room this place is useless . . . be better off in a tent if it had good Wiffi . . .

Unfortunately the television (service) in the hotel wasn't working and after a long drive there were a couple of shows I wanted to watch and relax but the rooms didn't have TV. When I got up in the morning I wanted to check out the local weather report but still there was no TV in the room, very frustrating.

The hotel would do well to offer at least a continental breakfast and in the room there was only one coffee packet available for two people. Walls were thin and could hear conversation from the room next door and they could no doubt hear us. Convenient to Dartmouth-Hitchcock.

We had excellent service and room for our stay. Everything was clean and plenty of room-we had a king regular room. The only issue and it is important to me-was that there are nowhere near enough cable channels to watch on tv unless you pay extra. Also no free breakfast. Most hotels offer free breakfast and coffee. I was disappointed by these things as I loved everything else.

Amazing cafe/breakfast options. I only spent the one night for a conference so I checked in fairly late. The staff was funny and engaging. In the morning, the breakfast options tasted amazing! No crusty stale coffee, I was able to start my day with a truly delicious chai latte. And a made to order full hot breakfast. Check out was noon which gave my husband plenty of time to veg while I had to head out very early. Overall, one of the nicest locations I’ve been to. The room was very clean and had all we needed. The common spaces were very comfortable and I had tons of space to set up my laptop.

At check out I was completely ignored by the one person at the front desk for 3-4 minutes while she was on the phone, so I just left my key-card and walked out…maybe they were understaffed? Otherwise everything was very clean and convenient, bed was excellent.

Everything was amazing. The bed was so comfortable! The whole facility was super clean. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast we had at the Bistro, located in the lobby was excellent. The amount of food we got for the price (and not having to drive around to find a place for breakfast), made it well worth it. Plus they had Starbucks coffees, if that is your thing. The price of the room was very reasonable for the overall quality received.

The hotel is nice however, they need to have more than one person on at breakfast as the person is unable to handle all the customers' in a timely manner. I waited in line for 15 minutes before heading somewhere else for breakfast. This not acceptable for business people needing to get to meetings and start their day.

We were very disappointed that there was no breakfast service. A very slow line with one barista took 20 minutes to just get a cup of coffee. And the counter closed at 9am. Advertised as having a pool - it was permanently closed. Our room had no hot water and the lighting malfunctioned so the bedside lights turned on and off most of the night. We were surprised to only receive an “oh, sorry” from the front desk.

Staff was courteous and efficient. Rooms were clean and comfortable. But the fact that complimentary breakfast was not served ended the stay on a negative note. For the cosst of the room, at least a muffin and a cup of coffee could have been included. Instead, overpriced entrees and dried out pastries were all that were available. Not even free coffee in the lobby. Tacky.

When we arrived late in the day, we didn't want to get back in the car to find a place to eat, so we settled for the Bistro downstairs. That was a mistake. Didn't realize we would end up paying $45 plus tip for a grilled chicken sandwich, burger and 1 drink. The food was tasteless and very generic. The woman who took our order, also cooked our order in their convenient toaster oven and also did all the bartending for the rest of the patrons. She was the only one present to handle everything. The small bar TV was playing repeat on the Marriott Hotel experience. Thought we would go back to our room and watch the Red Sox but found that cable was very limited. No NESN or MLB. The one bright spot was the room was very clean and the bed comfortable.

There is no comp breakfast as in less expensive places, the bistro is very expensive and everything is a la carte, there are no vending machines of any kind anywhere, the coffee maker in the room offers only one flavor of coffee and no tea.
