When I first walked in, IV kind of gotten a sense of the type of hotel I was going to stay at. The photos posted are outdated. I walked into our room it had a pee smell mixed with must. The bathroom looked like it hasn't been cleaned In months with a strong pee odor. The tub was chipped up and worn looking. Breakfast wasn't a big selection and not that great and there was no juices only coffee to drink. There bar/restaurant is closed down as well

The rooms had stains. The bathroom was disturbingly disgusting. Telling guests they need to clean up after themselves is not customer comfort. The hotel owners failed to understand guest paid to stay, not paying the hotel staffs to tell guests to clean after themselves. There is no reason for a gym since the gym room is a size to fit 3 people.

I was stunned by the run-down state of the hotel. They claim breakfast is included but on my first morning none was available 45 minutes before their "set" breakfast close time. My room was so drafty the heater didn't work even after I complained, and they installed a seemingly new one. The elevator did not work for the entirety of my stay and the emergency stairs were filthy and had leaky precarious water everywhere. I definitely will avoid this hotel next time I am in town.

Charged us even though we wouldn't stay as the pool was inoperable on the hottest day in July. Misrepresented. Checked room and had an odor. They charged us and wouldn't cancel even though we didn't sign, and didn't stay. Very disappointed and stayed elsewhere. Very shady outfit.

We were sent to a building in back that was not fit for a homeless shelter....and in fact may be used for that. The furniture and beds were not good enough for the Salvation Army (no kidding), the toilet paper hanger was broken off the wall, there was no handle on the sink faucet and the dirt was in layers around the window and elsewhere. Asked for a room change and got one in the main building that was barely acceptable. Their elevator didn't work. This place should be shut down. Don Dodd

Came to renfair and stayed here because it was available and affordable (around $130 for a king room for then night). Felt like a giant short-stay motel. Staff was friendly enough. Whole building smelled like it was being covered up with cheap air freshener. Needs a lot of updating. There is a bar/restaurant that appears to be permanently closed. Not much nearby. Wouldn’t recommend it unless it’s a must. See photos

Our 1 bedroom (king bed) was ok. Not sure if they had wifi. Bed too soft for me. Breakfast was ok. Unfortunately pool was out of order. Front desk ppl friendly and professional

Gym equipment is terrible and needs upgraded badly. The room was nice though but the TV was static and couldn't really watch anything on it. No breakfast. The staff was nice though. So it was eh.

The property was under construction. Dirty and nothing available. No swimming pools , no breakfast. The rooms smell , dirty and cigarette smell. The bathroom bowl so dirty has a yellow marks inside the bowl.

The room smells like an ashtray, paint peeling off the walls, stain and stuff/dirt on the carpet. The shower is so disgusting that we won’t even shower in it. Absolutely appalled that Expedia would associate with this location.

The hotel seems more like a family residence if I’m honest. It was gross and dirty and despite needing to stay for a night because it was late…there was dogs barking in the hallway at 7am. That’s weird. Everything seemed broken and unkept. It clearly seems like a section 8 stay unfortunately. I will not be returning. I did not go back for my second night despite not getting a refund because I paid in advance.

Windows leaked water in, part of the drywall was missing, very dirty, blood on the sheets, shady place and not safe, people were loud and slamming doors all night. The front desk guy was clearly judging u.

The hotel is outdated and very very dirty. The breakfast was terrible. The staff was nice but the hotel is terrible. Dirty carpet, cigarette smell, just an overall bad experience

Would not recommend. Wash clothes had brown stains, towels didn’t smell fresh. Around the sink and bathtub had black mold. The chair was dirty and the arm was broken. Also the sink was clogged.

This place is a hazard for your health. There was significant black mold in the bathroom and the room looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in a few months and smelled heavily like cigarettes. Furniture is disgusting

The area doesn’t look the safest. When we went in and got our room key we noticed how dingy the place is. Got up to our room and we had to shove our body into our door to get it to even open. The room smelt and there were stains on the comfortor. We went to Walmart, got sheets and blankets and febreeze and brought it back. We knew we paid and wouldn’t be getting our money back and we’re only using the room to sleep between lacrosse tournaments. The bathroom was disgusting, there was rust/mold around the windows and the refrigerator didn’t work. Refrigerator cabinet was broken. The mattresses on the bed were ripped on the side. The place was disgusting but there wasn’t anything else around to switch to with the lacrosse tournaments in the area and we already paid for the room.

The front desk associate was great upon checking in extremely late on Friday night. This hotel needs code environment. No one should be paying to stay here. The mold in the bathroom is unsafe. My son and I were nauseous experiencing headaches the rest of the weekend even though we left early Saturday morning.

The room felt a little shady because 2 hotel rooms were directly under this empty doorway. The room itself appeared to be clean. The bed sank down very noticably where people usually sit; on the side just near the nightstand. The bathroom was astonishing; in a bad way. The countertop was sloping down. I was afraid to keep my feet nearby while washing my hands. The tub is dated most likely to the late 70’s. Even if it were clean, you would never know because the dirt was a color imbedded in the plastic tub. And they tried to cover it up with a very clean non-stick tub liner. The chalk might as well have been black because most of it was already. But the one thing that stood out most to me was…the peace and quiet of the evening when you are supposed to lull yourself to sleep was periodically interrupted throughout the night by a running toilet. My husband slept through it, but it woke me up a few times. I was thankful it was only a 1-night stay. If it were, I would have had a conversation with the manager (and not only because my name is Karen).

The bed was extremely uncomfortable, the sheets had small stains, the carpet was lifting in a number of areas, it had an odor, there was no toilet paper holder, the water faucets were so hard to turn in the shower I wasn't sure they were going to and there was mold on the shower curtain. At this point I had slept the night there and needed to shower to get to my appointment on time. Each time you moved you noticed something else wrong...and it was a really small room.

As soon as I walked into my room I noticed a stale unpleasant odor...I think I was coming from the air conditioner....probably could use a filter cleaning....the property could use some remodeling...at least the bedding was clean and actually quite comfortable....for the price I didn't expect great quality, but was hoping for a slightly better experience....the breakfast wasn't opened on time...the mini fridge at breakfast wasn't even on (and I don't think they even realized) so the only drink option was luke warm cranberry juice.

I could tell from the reviews that this hotel probably wasn't the nicest, there were no other hotels in the area with vacancy... so i opted for a suite hoping it would be a little nicer/cleaner than thier basic rooms. If thats the case I'm afraid to know what a standard room is like on the inside. First off I'm not the pickiest person and i've stayed in some interesting places. AND i understand that this is an old hotel. I'll list the positive things first: staff was friendly and helpful, and the A/C blew ICE COLD the first night, and the bed was clean. also the hot water was scalding. Now the negatives: there were several large stains on the carpet, two of them were red. The carpet on the floor near the bathroom was soaking wet, the carpet in multiple parts of the room were VERY sticky, the bathoom floor tile was wet the second night, there was NO hot water whatsover the second night, the A/C wouldn't work the second night either... i went down to the front desk twice before the sent anyone up, and then he just unplugged it and the re-plugged it back in..... it continued not working for several hours and then kicked on at some point during the night. They claimed they didn't have another room to move us to.. which i understand, but it still sucked. Many of the bathroom tiles were cracked and it was just overall really rough. it's not the worst place ive ever stayed, and if you can handle kinda roughing it... it wasn't bad. Its older and the breakfast was not great, but room was clean. The walls are thin so we heard the other room's toilet flushing, door closing, etc.

Ok so we also booked a seconf bedroom with 2 beds for my bf son and friend. Unfortunately first room had no hot water and toilet clogged. Second room had black stains on the wall and looked rundown. Third room was ok but TV wasn’t working properly Other than that front desk ppl tried to accommodate them and they were friendly and respectful.

While our room was large and had many windows, the heater couldn't keep up. We had to ask twice for a blanket that wasn't on the bed. The whole place needed a major update. On the plus side the room rate was reasonable for what we received.

Room was clean and nice ,small but that was ok for us. The main problem was the man in the room next to was having a screaming match with who ever was in the room with him. The after he was finished he pound on the wall between our rooms.

Old dated hotel, bathroom very small. Fairly clean but smelled of cigarette smoke. No coffee maker but had a refrigerator and microwave. The mattress was the worst one I’ve ever encountered. It didn’t fit the base not a big deal but sagged so bad you would roll into the center. I don’t mind the old dated fixtures that’s why it was cheap we just needed a place to sleep for the night. It looked like they are working on upgrading but apparently there are not there yet.

Room was clean but dated. Curtains were old and falling apart; hooks to move them weren’t connected. Fridge wasn’t level; there was a filthy wash cloth holding up one leg. One dresser handle wasn’t completely connected to the dresser.

Don’t book here. Property photos are misleading. Checked in and was given a different room then I paid for and booked. Room was filthy bathroom had white “gel” all over the sink. Holes were in the walls of room. Advised front desk the room I was given was not the room I booked and paid for and was told they overbooked. I booked 2 room suite. Was offered a one room double the next night. Tried to get refunded. Front desk refused was referreds to Hotels.com. Hotels.com referred me back to property. Cannot get through to the Manager “Mr. Patel”. Hotels.com could not get through either and offered me a $50 key credit. Unacceptable. I am out $400. Additionally, the property tried charging my card several more times. Will not be booking through Hotels.com, either.

Staff was very good. Furnishings were old, but room was clean, quiet and comfortable.

Honestly the rooms smelled a little bit. They don’t offer much for breakfast aside from mini sized pancakes, toast and butter, stale cereal, and the occasional scrambled eggs and sausage. Do offer room services but rarely stopped by to clean.

The staff were friendly but there were people hanging in the halls, loud music. Environment felt unsafe. Then my keycard would not work. Maintenance had to come and pop the lock and open with a master key. I did not even stay the night. I felt unsafe so I checked out

A couple weeks ago we had an issue that caused some concerns, was very pleased that they actually listened to us and actually did something to help rectify the situation!! At my most recent stay they were quick to help accommodate us & was able to swiftly switch our room to a bigger size with no hassle !! I believe these new owners our actually going to make this hotel decent!! About time!

We booked the hotel for three days. First, they gave us a suite that was already occupied. When we opened the door with the key card they gave us, all the guests' personal belongings were there. Second, we informed them of their mistake and they gave us another suite. The second night, after returning from an event, we opened the door, and all our property was REMOVED, TAKEN, as if we had never been there. We made the claim to the receptionist, who said they had us in another room and thought our suite was empty, and the former customers had left all their property there. Mind you, I had left my new iPad and everything else that we brought for the stay. How could they have changed us from the room to start with? Their computer system is a disaster, and they do NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. While we were at the counter, three other couples complained and asked for refunds. That hotel is a NIGHTMARE! The only good thing about the hotel is the restaurant, which the hotel does not manage. It was so bad that the hotel agreed to give us a full refund of the stay through Expedia because we paid through the Expedia app. Now, EXPEDIA does not have a human you can talk to or a live customer chat to help customers submit complaints AFTER THEIR STAY.

Nice hotel about 15 mins from Ren Faire. Friendly snd helpful staff. My son forgot his wallet and front desk person went to room to get it and held it for us at front desk. Ok breakfast with good coffee.

Product does not have a restuarant or onsite bar which was the driving factor for my purchase. It is falsely advertised as such. Very very outdated. Not in a good area. Felt very unsafe. Staff was pleasant but that was it.

Cons out dated bathroom, cracked walls that were patched, smelled of dirty mop and fabaloso, breakfast was option of eggs sausage, toast, burnt pancakes, mini muffins, coffee, apple juice, and milk. Pros comfortable bed,quiet, pleanty of parking, great location close to stores and pleanty of restaurants.

The room was clean and the air worked well. There are tons of stores nearby if you need anything, this was close to my family.

Area was fine since hotel is near the city and also has shopping close by. I was there for 5 days with limited heat and no wifi. Breakfast was very limited and lacked kitchen utensils, condiments, etc. Felt uncomfortable with outsiders in and around the premise. Staff was pleasant and tried to accommodate us with a room change.

Rooms were nice, clean. Not much of a breakfast. But all in all- good!

Place was just gross. Bathroom floor was so sticky my socks were pulled off. Smelled REALLY bad of cigarettes and paint. Toilet ran all night. Complementary breakfast was disgusting. 3 old pancakes. A few slices of stale bread. Bacon was just fat and gross. Coffee was empty. Would never recommend!

We came to this town for a concert and stayed at this location. Amazing staff, very cute and clean room. Adorable downstairs lobby. Pool outside (that we didn’t come prepared for, so bring your bathing suites) .. unless it’s winter then sorry hehe. Breakfast in the morning was good and they had a lot of options. Would definitely recommend, and stay there again. We couldn’t find the Phillies game to watch in t.v though lol

Queen bed seemed more like a full. Pillows were not comfortable. TV small and picture was not good. Breakfast was pretty bad - hard pancakes.

Nice hotel and exceptionally clean room. Very happy I found the place. The only thing that prevented me from giving this hotel five stars was the pathetic so-called “Continental breakfast”. The only food that was available was three pieces of white bread and a tub of margarine. No coffee, no cereal, no fruit, no pastries, no juice, no milk. Nothing! Just bread. And nobody around who seemed to care or bring out any food. Terrible!
