One reason we picked this place was for our 4 yr old wanted a pool for bday vacation. The pool was closed when we arrived for maintenance 😠 the 2 girls at the front desk were more than helpful and kind. They found another hotel that would let us use there pool. It was inconvenient but helped. The staff 2 girls at the front desk were some of the best I even seen

The reason for three stars is that they advertise EV charging, but they no longer have that. The front desk person admitted that they’ve been trying to get management to remove that from their website. He gave me a nice discount because of that. Hopefully they will get that updated very soon.

Staff was wonderful and supportive. Very cramped breakfast area and cooked food very sub-par. Our room was heavily deodorized and smelled. Air conditioning unit was either too hot or too cold. Terrible humidity in room, clothes and bed felt damp. Room door nearly impossible to open and very hard to shove open. Many spots of room unclean.

Check in was a breeze and the front desk attendant was very nice. Outside of that, the lobby was so hot, we were all sweating. Our room was cold, but dirty and covered in mold. The bathroom had a ring in the toilet, urine around the rim, and what looked like urine on the bathroom ceiling. There was mold around the bedroom window, on the a/c unit, in the ice bucket, and on the walls. The room stunk of mold so badly, that I had to step into the hall just to breathe.

The hotel is in need of repairs: the airconditioning is noisy, the room smelled musty, and the bathroom shower faucet was hanging out of the wall. Expedia's pictures of the hotel give an illusion: you think the hotel is set back on a wooded property with an out door swimming pool to sit next too. Istead the hotel is behind a medical office in a large parking lot off the highway, pool is indoors. The staff was friendly, the hotel was clean. The lobby had fresh cold lemon water and fresh fruit.

I was very disappointed the carpet felt damp and dirty. My kids feet were black on the bottom from walking on the carpet I have pictures the air conditioning did not work. It felt very humid in there and the refrigerator on medium setting. Everything froze that I had placed in the refrigerator, I was very disappointed. I have stayed and comfort inns before I was very happy unfortunately I can’t say that for this time the beds were very uncomfortable. I informed the front desk and showed the pictures to her that I had. I would like to have a refine. However, they said Expedia would have to resolve this.

We stayed 2nights, with a child & infant. We were placed in a room on the 4th floor… with no refrigerator. -_- I called down to the receptionist, who offered to put our things in the fridge downstairs. The 2nd night, a different receptionist offered to switch us to another room, but there was no point since we were leaving the following day. Some rooms on the 4th floor don’t have a fridge, but there are spots for them! The room/beds were clean. In the bathroom, I saw several curly strands of hair in the corners of the wall & tub. The pool room had a chunk of hair lying on the ground, but the pool was warm! Breakfast options were great! They have a high chair, but no safety straps. Overall, it was good, & we would stay here again!

The property itself wasn’t bad - especially considering the area. The room did have a slight weird odor, & for the entire stay (4 days) only 1 of 2 room cards worked. However, the beds were comfortable, the a/c & heat worked, the indoor pool was available & clean, breakfast was available & not bad. 4/5 stars. I think there could be obvious updates but overall was pleased with my stay.

Clean and convenient. The staff at check in was super friendly and efficient. The room looked nice and updated. The beds weren’t the most comfortable but not uncomfortable. The shower didn’t come all the way on, the bath faucet ran with, and created standing water. However would stay again.

No one present to check us in. Finally after 20 minutes and 3 guests waiting a young lady came out with no welcoming look to her at all, not even a hello. No directions like how to get to room or when breakfast was and where. No thank you. And i was the 2nd guest to check in and first guest got same treatment.

The only unperfect thing is the door entrance keys are touchy. Sometimes they let you in first time, sometimes 6 times to get a green light whether i slid it in slow or faster. The staff exceptional, rooms comfortable, very clean and the whole building in top condition. We will stay again if in the area. Loved it. Breakfast has so many options. Excellent!

The gentleman that checked us in, I believe his name was Dean. Was absolutely amazing. At midnite. He was welcoming, attentive and took every moment with us that he needed too. I even forgot to update an email address although we spoke about it and he phoned me in my room to ask me if I still wanted to do so. I was worried about the hotel based on pricing, but wow! It was great. Simple room with 2 dbl beds still had a refrigerator and microwave in it with a couple drawers and a closet. The rooms were clean, bathroom was spotless. Laundry services on our floor as well as a nice selection of snacks. The value for our money was great. We are sorry this was just an overnight stay, but would definitely would pick this again in our travels. Thank you sir for a great checkin.

We had to be moved from 1st room had dog strong dog odor, but staff extremely helpful and friendly to move us to a great room. Stay from then on was great. Breakfasts selections were good.

I stayed in this hotel for 6 days, and housekeeping failed to service my room even once. COVID is over. I know everyone is facing staffing challenges, but when you spend hundreds of dollars to stay in a hotel, clean towels would be nice.

A nice clean and safe hotel. I came to the area for an event at one of the local colleges. The hotel was convenient to everything. It’s about 2 miles from downtown and many food and shopping options.

The Comfort Inn was clean, pretty easy to find from the highway, and the staff was very nice. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean. Not a very inviting area...not unsafe or anything, just not walkable and not much in the way of restaurants nearby.

The set up is a bit weird with ceilings being low in the hallways and common areas. Breakfast was limited but good. Staff was kind and accommodating - generous with allowing late checkout following a morning ball game. Beds were super comfortable.
