Comfort Inn & Suites Lincoln I-20

The staff was extremely nice, friendly and knowledgeable. The parking lot seemed to be very safe. We had no problems. The room was very nice.

Water pipe burst had to check out before 8am

The attendant at the front desk was very hateful and not friendly at all. We were there for a youth baseball tourney. If you have kids, do not stay here. The front desk is definitely not kid friendly. She was very rude to my 10 yr old daughter when she asked for another wash cloth. I mean, we have a 2-bed room for 4 people and it was stocked with only 2 wash clothes. Only a few channels on the tv would work. The ac unit wouldn’t get the room below 70 degrees and would only blow mildly “cool” air. We used a personal box fan to get through the last night. The pool was closed for 2 days during our stay. As we left, I approached the desk to check out, the lady behind the counter didn’t bother to get up from the chair in the corner behind the desk, playing on her phone, only to say, “just put your keys in the box”. Never got up to see if we needed a receipt or ask how our stay was. They definitely have the wrong staff for the “hospitality” business . I will never stay at this property again.

We didn't eat breakfast. Parking was good

No fitness area, no laundry. Morning buffet is out of so many things, out of order is the sign of choice for this Comfort Inn.

I didn't like that the pool was not open it was 80° outside

Had a little hiccup with the pool being closed for 2 days, but the manager Dee was very accommodating. Quiet and peaceful stay. Good breakfast and clean rooms. Will stay again

Staff were kind and very helpful however the room had a few challenges. The sink leaked, thermostat didn’t work and a/c never shut off. The treadmills didn’t work but possibility it was a user error. The breakfast was always hot and there was plenty of it. Could use two washer and dryer’s just for those that leave their clothes and return hours later.

Truck parking on-site and really close to the TA travel center. Dining options are limited unless you drove a few exits away.

The whole hotel smelled old & musty/mildewy. The bathtub backed up from showers from the night before. The bathroom smelled like sewer. This hotel is fine for guys going to the NASCAR race at Talladega, but not for families. Oh yeah, the pool was out of service, too.

Close proximity to the CMP range. There was a bed bug in one of our beds. There was also loose change on the floor. We are not convinced the room was cleaned. We shared this with the front office, but the manager never called us back.

Mildew everywhere, walls, base of the bed, every crevice in the bathroom. Clear issue with the ac. The room was hot and muggy. The ac continued to jump temps every few seconds. Door handle came off immediately upon entering. They moved us rooms bc they didn’t know when the maintenance guy would be back. That room was filthy(see pics). Staff was friendly but that was the only thing going for this place.

The room was infested with cochroaches and other bugs. My wife woke up around 330am with a headache to the smell of Raid (or something similar). We could not get comfortable and left. We didn't even think about sticking around for breakfast due to the bugs. Even more disappointing, HOTELS.COM wouldn't refund the room due to "strict cancelation policies," even though we didn't cancel and the hotel said we had to go through HOTELS.COM since they are who we booked the room with

Sorry, but the folks putting 10/10 for this location are not real. The staff was nice when I checked in, but theres no way this is more than a 2-star hotel. The entire place is dingy, the hallways have lots of stains, there's trash up and down through both stairwells at each of the buidling, the walls and doors are dirty, it's very dated, there's an old soiled mattress being stored in the southern stairwell, the north stair well has a bunch of drywall, and drywall debris, etc..... Like i said, the staff I met were nice (front desk and housekeeping), but this place is in need of a severe cleaning and just general daily upkeep. It honestly reminds me of the first military barracks I stayed in back in the mid-90s. There's no way any business should be left with trash sirting in the same place for 3 days, and I mean a significant amount of trash spread throughout both stairwells that should be noticed on a daily sweep through the property. Looking back on it i wish i had taken pictures to share, bit I can tell you the pictures associated with the hotel's listing do not accurately reflect the current condition.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and bed comfortable. The room was very dated, missing pictures on walls, plaster broken on walls, all Crome in bathroom had rust spots and TV had 6 lines running over the entire screen.

I didn’t feel like the room was very clean. I could not control the air temperature on the thermostat. And at 6 AM they had given someone else a key to my room and he was trying to get in my room at 6 AM. But I was awake and said I’m not Out yet. I thought it was housekeeping, but it was a man that they had double booked my room.

The exterior of the property has a decent parking lot. That’s about it. During my stay, my key card wouldn’t work. I got a new keyboard twice. Only to find out that the lock wasn’t working, so the door lock was reading that the door was already unlocked, which is why the key wouldn’t work. All I had to do when the door was fully shut, and the handle did not move up or down as if it were locked, was push inward and the door would pop open. I stayed for four days, leaving all my items in the room basically open to anyone who decided to push the door a tiny bit. The front desk staff were somewhat friendly, but every single one of them sat on a chair and played on their phone by the window behind the front desk. I wasn’t greeted coming in and out of the hotel, I wasn’t told thanks for staying with us, or anything during check out. I told them about the door issue I had and they just said “what room? ok thanks.” I let them know I was checking out and it was more of just a grunt letting me know they heard me. The hotel room itself, had a window air conditioner that ran constantly because it could not keep the room cool. The thermostat on the wall was broken. The tanning the restroom was broken. The fire sprinklers had big holes around them as if they were installed and then never made to look decent. The lighting in the room was minimal at best. The shampoo ran out day 2 of day 4. There was no safe in the room. The musty thick air never went away in the hallways or the room.

The stay was for a basketball ball tournament for the weekend, we stayes in a suite. It was comfortable to a certain extent. For being a suite it was small compared to others. Smelled a little musty, however when we turn the air on it went away. Breakfast was a hit for the kids. It was a good stay over all

Room was nice and there was plenty of space for all 5 of us. The beds were comfortable and sheets were so soft! The breakfast was not good. My husband said the sausage and gravy tasted ruined. Other than that our stay was great, they even have towels for your use at the pool. Would stay here again.

Only issue was that it was hot in the room when we arrived. Air conditioning was unplug. We had to plug it in ourself and the when it got to cold, we had to unplug because we couldn't turn it off

I liked the comfortable beds, but I did not like the pillows. It was convenient, clean, and welcoming.

The front desk lady was very nice ar check in. Our room was in decent condition. There was no blanket for the sofa bed. The bathroom had empty shampoo and conditioner bottles. The shower also didnt drain and drain was full of hair so my children were unable to get baths.

Look to be in the process of remodeling nothing fancy but clean and simple and great front desk service

My 1st night was met with roaches!! I was told that the workers stayed in that room and that may have been the reason. I was then moved to the 2nd floor and the issue was the same. I notified the staff who immediately acknowledged the issue and issued a refund. A short time thereafter, the front desk staff came banging on my door asking why we were still there. I directed her away from my door, closed it and got dressed to then converse with her at the front desk. She was unprofessionally dressed in spandex and a wrinkled T-shirt and stated that her title was “front desk!” She tried to explain that she was sent by another front desk employee. I suggested they receive customer service training and understand how important it is for them not to further aggravate a guest and especially a guest that experienced a roach infestation issue. I took pictures and video, shook out our clothing, packed and left within the hour at midnight. Never again!!!!

Had a pleasant stay at this hotel during my work trip. Thankful for the staff who were very nice and professional the entire time.

Staff was rude and elevator smelled like pee

Staff went out of their way to get me an early check in with no extra charge. I had not slept the night before, so the extra time in the room helped me tremendously

We stayed at several comfort inns that were fantastic. Not this one. Staff was on their cell phones even when you were interacting. Housekeeper was very very nice yhough. Laundry room was dirty

I liked it because it was close to the interstate. Very close to the speedway & it was very clean/ quite / lots of parking that was well lit.

Easy access to get on the interstate. Plenty of gas stations. Food places before and after theis exit.

Close by the track

Good location and not noisy even near by Freeway.

This is a good place to stay when passing through. Several convenience stores and fast food places around.

I was in the area for my college reunion. The Comfort Inn was convenient to the college and my needs.

Very nice location on the Lincoln road. Coffee machine was out of order for 2 days...seemed the management didnt bother to get a new one for breakfast.

The only thing I would recommend for a stay at this property is bringing a universal remote! My kids could not play their game because there was no remote that would turn to the HDMI channel😔 Breakfast was awesome and we were able to relax 😎
