Lazy river was eveything. We spent so much time there. The pool bar, Shades, is great. Citrus 28 i side though is so overpriced and not great. Unfortunately some trash around the pool area. Did not get housekeeping every day despite asking for it, but I did enjoy the size of the room. Easy to walk to Disney Springs. The shuttle bus system worked great for getting to the parks but was much more of a headache on way back.

This hotel is very quaint. Only thing I would have liked to see is a cleaner pool. There were several ducks floating in the pool, it wasn't being cleaned and kids were running around chasing them. It wasn't always a pleasant and calming environment. Other than that, it was nice to be in a hotel as close to a Disney hotel as you could get.

Great pool, convenient shuttles to the theme parks, and excellent overall service. This hotel made our Orlando trip stress-free and super enjoyable, especially with the easy transportation to attractions. We booked through Expedia and were very happy with our choice. Highly recommend and would love to come back here soon.

Very nice hotel that nickel and dimed us to death. Exorbitant prices on everything including charging $1.50 for a small plastic cup of ice water at the pool. $45/day to valet park because the self park options was way too far for us older folks to walk. Expedia “charged” us a deposit but it did not show up at the hotel so we had to dispute that. Was not charged to my husbands card yet but we had a receipt that showed we’d paid. Now I have to look into this when we get home. Staff was very friendly and kind. Lots of very inconsiderate people leaving their dirty pool towels laying around so seats were very hard to come by. They should have an attendant going around picking up after these nasty people and keeping the chairs freed up. Clientele aside, the pool was absolutely gorgeous. We paid extra for a fireworks view room and were able to see both Magic Kingdom and Epcot fireworks nightly which was awesome!

Room was not ready until over an hour after check-in. When got to room, no furniture on balcony. Pool area was so crowded, there was no place to put our stuff... in addition, Hotel only has a few rafts for lazy river. I don't think our expectations were that high, but I guess we assumed or expected more from a hotel that has 'Hilton' in the name. Other aspects of hotel were noted with number of stars.

This hotel is excellent! The room was very clean & the bed was comfy. We had a nice view of the pool area from our balcony. The pool was relaxing but even better than that they had a lazy river. They also had a nice walkway to Disney Springs! We will definitely go here again.

Our fireworks view balcony King room had a musty smell to it, the bathroom light was broken, and the vents were really dusty. The hotel staff addressed these issues the best they could once we brought it to their attention the next day. The beds are very firm though and we did not sleep well. The lobby stays very lively very late into the night and all of the doors face an open area that goes straight down to the lobby so all of the noise echoes up. We could hear people in the Next Room over and outside our door and in the lobby until one or two in the morning. The amenities and location of this hotel are very convenient but unfortunately overall we did not find the room a comfortable place to relax.

The hotel was filthy. I’ve never had that experience before but we exited the elevator to our room and the floor was filthy. I thought maybe they hadn’t gotten around to cleaning it but we woke the next day and it was still dirty. The bottom of the beds had stains, the towels were dinghy and there was stains on the lamp shades; the floors were so bad in the bathroom area we went and bought a swiffer. I was very displeased but because this time was a one night stay I didn’t make a huge deal.

The room was VERY warm when I got in. I turned down the air but it only improved it a little. I did contact services and they offered to send a man in to check on it but it was late, I was already in my nightgown and didn't want a strange man coming in so late at night. My bad. There were a few tiny ants by the sink in the bathroom. I've stayed at Hiltons before without ever a problem but this room was very disappointing. It really needed updating.

Not the cleanest facility. The bathroom floors and corners were dirty in our room. The ceiling fan in the room had a layer of dust on it. The chargers in the nightstand did not work, we mentioned it to the concierge and never heard back. The toilet whistles when flushed. The hanging decor in the middle of the hotel was covered in dust which was super visible from each floor. Probably would not stay here again.

Location is ideal for a visit to Disney Springs or parks and in walking distance from many. Ice restaurants. The room itself however was very disappointing. It has not seen a decent cleaning or even general maintenance in some time. The bathroom was disgusting and had what appeared to be fecal matter on the walls. Would not stay here again.

This hotel is badly in need of updating. There were only a couple charging receptacles in the room and only one worked. So I tried my plugin charging accessory and the contacts in the wall receptacle were so loose that the plug would fall out. There were areas in the room that didn’t look like they had been cleaned or dusted for years. The shower head didn’t spray properly and the bathroom sink took forever to drain. They left us one roll of the cheapest possible toilet paper. It had a good location close to Disney Springs but I would not stay there again.

Had reservations for a long resort view. Got there a little early. Room was not ready, no issue. Was told they would text when it was ready. Hour later my wife went to the desk. It's been ready she was told. Get to our room, king room, no resort view or balcony. Actually now overlooking a lower level roof. We hear an odd noise, sounded like a pair of shoes tumbling in a dryer. Didn't think much of it yet. Went to our show at House of Blues. Got back about 11 pm. Tumbling shoes in the dryer sound still ongoing. Room 1635, run from it. Did not sleep much at all. Called front desk, they offered no solution at all. Nice place, but room was terrible!!!!

No extra outlets to plug-in phones and devices to charge. Rooms right on top of each other with little to no privacy, you can hear your neighbors talk and constantly hearing doors slam. You can also hear when the neighbors flush their toilet. HVAC system is loud when turning on and off. Not a very welcoming hotel. Valet services were rude and pushy, particularly the teenagers and guys in their early twenties working there. You’re not aloud to load and unload yourself, bellhop must be with the luggage cart at all times. Parking lot is full of people coming in for conventions so you have to walk a few minutes just to get inside the hotel if you can’t get a spot in the first lot. Rooms were in rough shape, trim and walls were cracked and needed work. Carpet needs replaced with something other than carpet(vinyl/hardwood?). Only thing I liked was the lazy river that I barely got to use because of Florida weather (thunderstorm within 2 miles even if it’s going to miss you means pool is closed) which pop up storms happen almost everyday. Room service delivery wasn’t bad, neither was the food, wait time was around 45 minutes when I ordered at 9:00PM. This was a poor choice for a honeymoon. No benefits for honeymooners or good Disney benefits. One good thing was how close Disney Springs was. It is not a short walk as advertised, but it is a very short drive and a doable walk. I would not come back to this hotel and I am a huge Hilton fan. This was my least favorite hotel experience.

Great pool area. Room was nice and spacious. 5 to 10 minute walk to Disney Springs. It is a good neighbor hotel so you can get the 30 minute early park admission. I would stay again.

Walking distance to disney springs is a nice perk. Rooms are not good. You hear everything from other rooms. Alarm clocks, snoring, etc. Wouldn’t stay here if it was longer than 1 or 2 nights.

Given an adjoining room and sound transfer poor between rooms. Neighbours very loud and it was hard to sleep. Lobby and common areas were freezing. AC too low. Bedroom hvac could not be adjusted. Too cold and could not turn off. Would turn back on automatically every 20 minutes.

Very good experience. The only issue was the doors in the rooms slam so hard . Literally sounds like a gunshot and wakes you up several times night and day . Also thin walls. We could hear everything .

I recently stayed at the Hilton and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff was warm and welcoming, check-in was quick, and the room was spotless with a comfortable bed and beautiful view. I appreciated the small touches—plenty of outlets, great water pressure in the shower, and quality toiletries. The onsite dining options were convenient and delicious, and the lobby bar made for a perfect evening unwind. Mario and Solomon at Shades are top notch—friendly, attentive, and made every visit a great one. James the bellhop also stood out; he always greeted us with a smile and made us feel right at home. The only bummer was some of the other guests—unfortunately, you just can’t help rude. But that’s not something Hilton can control, and when we requested to move our room, the front desk took care of it right away with no hassle. Their service made all the difference. 10/10—would absolutely stay again!

Very clean and friendly staff overall. Fireworks view was fun but, you can’t see enough of it to be worth the added expense. Check in was just over a hour and a half late due to our room not being prepared yet. This was our only hiccup or complaint about this hotel. When check in is at 4pm and you arrive at 4:45 you’ve spent the entire day traveling the last thing you want to do is wait over a hour because your room isn’t ready. Honestly, though overall the staff was wonderful room service delivered quickly, the bell staff was quick to get our bags and the Vallet service was also wonderful. Over all very good the check in is why I didn’t offer 5 stars!

There was a noise throughout the night coming from the lobby, bar, and nearby rooms. Additionally, it was disappointing that the reception staff were unwilling to assist with airport transportation, neither offering a shuttle service nor helping to book a ride.

The area and location is great if you’re utilizing all the theme parks and everything around there is accessible. Check in was handled incorrectly. They put us in a complete different room than I reserved in a complete different building. When we got to the room which was quite a hike to walk and called to let them know that , they shared with me my original room had a water leak and they had to move our reservation to another room. They should’ve expressed that when I checked in and asked me if I still wanted to be in the same building and the same type of room instead of moving me to a complete different building with one bed, we needed two beds . no mention of this at all at check-in, anyway they rectified it, but the way they handled it was not the right way and un- professional. I did express that to them they know now and didn’t apologize. Because of that, I don’t know if I would stay there again it’s an average hotel for the money. It needs a major renovation and update in my opinion.

This was the worst place we’ve ever stayed. We paid for self parking and they shut down the lots for an upcoming (weeks away) conference. They had us do vallet with no price increase. It was a nightmare to get our car and we almost missed our flight home because of it! Waited over an hour, and we weren’t the only ones, many upset guests. I will never stay here again. It was mass confusion to drop off, with no warning that this would be the case. The Vallet acted confused and tried to scam me for big tips for the crew. I didn’t sign up for this. The whole situation was shady and it was a rough weekend. And when we had self parking it was on the bottom of the conference area, a long walk with kids and luggage. Ridiculous.

The amenities are amazing. Front desk person name Monique was so helpful such a pleasure to encounter. Letterpress is definitely a 10/10 definitely recommend, the buffet line was exquisite, it made Me feel as if I was out of the country at an all inclusive. Mineta the server provided EXCELLENT service, will definitely be back to see her.

The rooms are spacious for handicapped access one bedroom suite. The lazy river and pool are welcoming. It is very family friendly. There are a few restaurants and laundry (washers & dryers) on the property in main building, 2nd floor. Employees are friendly and inviting. Around a great hotel to stay at within walking distance to "Disney Springs" for shopping and restaurants. Very pet friendly for dogs (small fee for dogs, excluding service dogs). Service dogs are free. Their is transportation to the disney areas, for those who have park passes, not reqired to stay here.

Every staff member I encountered from check in to valet at the end was fantastic. I don’t understand all the negative reviews on here. The room was spacious and very clean. We had a fireworks balcony view which was great. The bed was very comfortable as well. Pool was nice with the two sides and plenty of seating. The shades bar made great drinks with fast, friendly service as well. Of course, the ability to walk to Disney springs was nice as well! I would definitely stay here again. Only thing I didn’t care for was they had Hilton guest ambassadors in the lobby on Sunday. They had a great offer but it also required to sit through a presentation to become a grand vacations club member. The lady was friendly and didn’t mind that I declined the offer but I would have preferred to not be stopped and talked to for 5 minutes. But that doesn’t change that I would stay here again, I might just pretend to be on the phone when passing them LOL

We booked for a short staycation. Very pleased with the hotel. Check in line was a bit slow but everyone was friendly and we were able to leave our bags at the an area until our room was ready. We enjoyed the pool/ lazy river while waiting on our room. I have to say our breakfast at the buffet was delicious BUT the service was top notch. Our waitress JOAN really made our last day awesome!! What a lovely person. You don’t find people like her much anymore.

Come for the pool area, hotel rooms are average if not below average. Food area is WAY overpriced and so is the gift shop. Gift shop is only cash also.

The location (10 min walk to Disney Springs) and early entry to the Disney parks were the main reason for us to stay here. The hotel and rooms are ok. Like a lot of hotels in the USA a bit dated in the rooms. Lazy river pool was a very nice extra and enough space for everyone in the hotel. The service was great! Gabi from the front desk made our stay magical. We celebrated my 50th birthday in the hotel, she arranged a birthdate cake, prosecco, basket of snacks and a handwritten, personal, birthday card. She is the perfect example how 1 staff member can make a huge difference in experiencing your stay. Hilton should be very proud at a staff member like Gabi. Shuttel bus to the parks; you book this online, the challenge is that this can be done (after check in) 72 hours in advance. Because of this our shuttel to get early acces was fully booked and we needed to order an Uber. Book the hotel for the location (walking distance to Disney Springs) and the early entry. If your looking for a beautiful hotel take the Disney Dolfin or Swan that are in the same price category and have direct busses to Magic Kingdom main gate.
