We absolutely loved our stay at The Palms. The experience was relaxing from start to finish--from the Valet service that helped us several times each day, to the service lights for cleaning or quiet, to the ease of getting additional towels/amenities, to the beautiful beach area and pool. It was fantastic. The only thing that would prevent us from staying here again was the amount of seaweed in the water... we thought maybe it was the entire beach, but if you go further down South Beach, there is literally no seaweed at all, so we ended up spending several days at beach clubs further down the coast. If The Palms' beach had no seaweed, we wouldn't have ever needed to leave this property. We understand that's out of their control, though, but it's important to us to have clear water! That's why we travel to Miami! Amazing all around otherwise :)

The palm is a average Hotel for the area my family stayed here for four nights the good is nice staff very clean and The pool and beach are steps away to Paradise the beach cabana service was exceptional the room was loud every 20 minutes the Ac kicks on and sounds like a small plane taking off hard to sleep the decor of the hotel is confusing the style of the Bar is very classy rich feeling then you walk out into a 1975 vibe I get art deco but the floors are red terracta and makes the hotel feel inexpensive the elevators need updating And the prison gym is a after thought 15x15 room with 1970s equipment to match the floors I hope mgt Reads this please update the floors in marble or off white tile it may cost 1 mil but you could charge a little more in the future there are to many other hotels in the area that are a much higher caliber resort charging double the price and they are all at full capacity

The quality and services of this hotel are not on par with the price we paid. During the all stay only 1 out of 2 elevators worked. Food in the hotel’s restaurant was very expensive and of a good quality. In the area are very few standing alone restaurants, most of them located in other hotels, which is not convenient. Beach had a lot of collected seaweed and the smell coming out of it was awful. The water also was full of see weeds, so we didn’t use beach not a single time, stayed by the pool most of the time. Wouldn’t use this hotel in the future.

I really enjoyed my stay at The Palms and Spa in Miami. From the moment we arrived, they truly rolled out the red carpet and made us feel like royalty. The valet staff was super nice and quick with getting the car, which made check-in smooth and stress-free. The entire staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay. The tiki bar had absolutely delicious food and beverages—definitely a highlight! The pool area was beautiful, and the heated pool was perfect for relaxing and swimming. I also felt very safe on the property, which was a big plus when traveling with family. Our room was spotless, and the bed was super comfortable. I loved everything about it! The only small suggestion I would make is to add a microwave in the rooms. Our refrigerator wasn’t working at first, but the staff quickly replaced it with another one, which I appreciated. Traveling with our 7-year-old, I found the resort to be very kid-friendly, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was an excellent experience. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and really made us feel special. I would absolutely recommend The Palms and Spa and look forward to staying there again in the future.

This property is absolutely stunning. The service was exceptional from the bellmen at the very beginning to the front desk. Guerline was particularly very kind and very helpful. I particularly enjoyed the beachside yoga in the morning and the lovely walk from the property to the beach. I will certainly recommend this place for a beautiful stay.

Beach was fantastic, ocean water was clean, no sea weed. Really friendly staff, Denis at the front desk was very welcoming. Our room was nice. Breakfast buffet was really good. Only neg were the elevators - I was stuck in one for 10 minutes, and late at night, they made banging noises in the walls. Will definitely come back to the Palms.

An overall nice hotel combining new and old interor and design. Room was updated, but floor carpet looked old. Area outside the hotel is worn and facilities like restaurants and shopping are limited. Much better down on South Beach. Only hotel restaurants in the area is a big minus = overpriced mediocre food. Pool dirty in the afternoon, sand, hair and cloudy water. Not nice! Good beach facilities is a plus. Listing to on-site restoration work (including angle grinder) at 8:30 am when trying to enjoy a nice, and expensive, breakfast is really bad! Sorry, expected more from a «4 star» hotel.

We loved our stay. The staff was SO nice, the hotel was clean and beautiful. Everyone waved when we passed by and we felt like we were in a little slice of paradise. The hotel isn't as big as other hotels, it felt like a boutique hotel which I loved because I could access the beach quickly and the pool too. We had a really great time.

The Palms seemed in photos to be beautiful but at over $700 a night it really disappointed. The room was clean and well decorated but quite small. The bathroom was tiny and could not accommodate more than one person at a time. The property's strict rule about check in (4:00) and checkout 11:00 meant that this was a 19 hour stay. They were unyielding and not very polite about this.

This is a beautiful property with great ambience and guest staff who were very accommodating and pleasant. Our ocean view 11th floor room was beautiful. Bed was comfy pillows were a little lumpy but still good.The food choices are pricey, but very good. parking isn’t great but I think parking in Miami isn’t in general. The pool was beautiful and always pleasant with Lush greenery. An excellent property. I can’t wait to go back again.

We stayed June 16-20, 2026. Bathrooms are very small toilet and sink on one side of entry and shower and sink on the other. During our stay one of the two elevator was broke down and wait time could be up to 10mins.( the elevator broke down while we in it ) our room (522)was right out side the elevator so it got noisy while ppl gathered outside our door to wait for the elevator. Only double beds not queens if you require accommodations for 3 ppl can be a tight fit . Room had a nice view of the pool ,

Apparently they could not move me to a different room with king size bed. I booked a room towards the ocean to avoid noise from the street and got this noice instead. Avoid room 302…

I booked an ocean facing King room. The room was nicely furnished but very small. There was way too much furniture in the room. Two chairs and a table in front of the window that it was impossible to get to that side of the bed! If they would leave one chair only it would be so much more comfortable.

Check-in was terrible. Waited 3.5 hours for a room after being notified before noon our room was ready for check-in. Male at guest service was condescending after expressing dissatisfaction. Room was dirty and blue tape on windows, pool looked like a motel pool very dirty ground and beach was extremely bad, location had very strong waves that threw one out of the water. This was not the case at other locations. We paid 16.25 for two coffees. Front desk personnel looked miserable. We decided not to spend any money at the hotel due to our experience with the male in a beige suit and his lack of customer service. Will never return to this property. If you have children please stay away from the beach

Our weekend would not have been the same if we didn’t stay here - completely exceeded every expectation. Every moment spent felt so personal and special. The staff truly went above and beyond to make sure we had a memorable stay and it was memorable in all the best ways. From the bell boy staff, to reception/management, towel attendants and serving staff…all incredibly friendly and personable. I had an excellent hotel experience at the Palms. Facility is so nice and relaxing. The staff are very sweet and accommodating. Beach is so nice with plenty of chairs. The staff provided towels and made sure we have everything we need at the beach for a very relaxing time. We would definitely recommend the Palms to all our friends.

First impression getting to the hotel, there were guests smoking in the front. We arrived with many bags and stroller/car seats. Nobody greeted us or offered to help from the hotel staff. Check in was fine. Hotel room had a strong smell when we walked in, I can't place it but it wasn't great. Restaurant food was not great and the staff's attention to detail was lacking. We ordered sweet potato fries and we received overcooked regular fries. There is no attention to detail in the service here and overall would likely not return. Nothing spectacular about this hotel.

My 2nd stay at the Palms and it was amazing! They were able to accommodate my husband and I after booking through Expedia and having a handicap accessible room accidentally we were able to be moved to a top floor room with a corner view of the city skyline. The first room view was terrible due to the construction being done in the area that’s all we seen! The tiki bar and the staff really helped us to enjoy our anniversary! The beach was clean and the pool and the smell was amazing every time we would get off the elevator! Can’t wait to come back!

This was our 2nd stay at The Palms. We have stayed 2/23 & 4/24. It was even better this 2nd time. The staff is friendly and attentive. We especially loved Vanessa & Anna in the dining area as well as the woman in the towel dispensing area. The staff on the beach were excellent as well.

There is a lot of construction in the area which is noisy and makes crossing the street difficult. There’s a Starbucks across the street but it’s dirty and full of degenerates. The hotel only has 2 small elevators which are inadequate and very slow. Upon checkout was hit with a lot of unanticipated charges. I think Ill try a property a few blocks north next time.

Beautiful property with great landscaping, an outdoor tiki bar, lovely pool and direct access to the beach and boardwalk. The back of the hotel feels like you are in an oasis of calm. The mid beach location is excellent for dining and ease of getting back to Miami international airport which is why we chose this location. The two bed room size was very nice and the bathroom had a great rain shower head but there was limited room for toiletries.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. I would definitely return to The Palms hotel for my next vacation. The location is great. No need to rent a car. Just Uber from Miami International for $25 and take the free trolley bus that goes up and down Collins avenue is you want to see South Beach. My kids really enjoyed the pool and the beach. Very convenient, clean, modern updates, friendly staff.

A little slice of tropical paradise right in the heart of Miami! 🌴✨ Super comfy room, the beach just steps away, and cocktails so good I almost applied for permanent residency at the bar 🍹😆. Nice size property. Nice pool..near boardwalk and beach. Food has greatly changed. Not great. Glass of wine for $18, a few sips. Lunch for one was $100 with tips and fees. It was about 1.5 inches in the glass. Valet told me I didn’t have a reservation. Front desk made me sit and wait. My rooms sink was backed up to the top. Went to book spa and it was fully booked for four days that I was there. Always enjoyed my favorite little hotel in Miami…not anymore.

This was our 4th time staying at the Palms Hotel. We are locals from South Florida and the Palms has been our go to Miami hotel. We love this hotel for its green and tropical atmosphere. If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing tropical hotel, this is the place for you. My husband and I usually also book massages at Aveda, which is located at the hotel basement and looks beautiful. You can also go to their morning Yoga session located in their beautiful green garden. I gave the hotel 4 stars this time because I was not as thrilled with the food. I felt that the restaurant has gone down, food was not has good as before. We had dinner the first night and it was very disappointing. Especially that the restaurant there is quite pricey. We tried breakfast the next day to see if it would be better but it was not and the bill was overpriced. Besides that, everything was great and the staff was extremely nice and helpful.

Good hotel in Miami Beach. Great outdoor area with dining patio and swimming pool. Very close to the beach too. Room service (which we ordered once) took 60' to arrive! Meals, whilst on the whole good, tended to be inconsistent. Excellent staff - friendly and efficient.
