Amazing views, location, food, everything! Top notch! Got a great deal on an oceanfront room in Hotels.com. It was worth booking thru the app. The hotel had a resort vibe with two pools, a hot tub and a beachside bar with great food and drinks. Would recommend for solo travelers but it was also family friendly and group friendly. It even has an adult only pool as well. Great service. Multiple restaurants on site and bike and umbrella rentals offered in your stay!

The entire property and experience was great. My only issue was the rental of an umbrella at the beach. If I'm spending several thousand dollars at your resort for 5 days I would think you could give me an umbrella for a few hours a day. The $27 per day for an umbrella was a bit outrageous!

The property is beautiful but be aware the parking is approximately $50 a night, there’s a $45 per day resort fee and the hotel charges $150 a day deposit. I paid approximately an additional $1000 at checkin. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful and their grounds are basically spotless. They need to upgrade their wifi, it lagged continuously.

The WiFi was not working in the room (or any of the rooms) and the rooms by the lift/elevator were very noisy. (805). Apart from that the staff were helpful and the rooms nice.

Outstanding property grounds, rooms, and amenities are comparable to big five-star hotels. Attention to detail, including cleanness, in-room amenities, poolside sunscreen, and iced water carts. Nice ocean-view bungalow bar with mist fans. Good beach service, including food, drinks, and free lounge chairs with thick mattresses. I think the resort fee should include an umbrella. It does not make sense to pay a $30 resort fee and rent an umbrella for another $30 daily.

Hotel stay was overall good. Staff was courteous. First night, the AC didn’t work but they got it repaired the next day. Room was clean but their TV service sucks. The tv kept freezing up every other minute. Seems like this was an overall hotel thing and just not in our room. The beds were too soft for my preference causing my back to hurt. Fitness center can definitely use an upgrade. The cardio equipment is old and no machine weights. Ideal thing to do when the hotel renovated the fitness center is get rid of a few cardio machines and make space for a multi gym along with new dumbbells and benches. Pool area is nice and the pastry place was really good. Plenty of dining options within walking distance and easy access to the beach.

Our room wasn’t cleaned well. I could tell the bedding didn’t get changed because I saw a stain. I like to being my own bedding anyhow to lay over the top of the hotel bedding because I know a lot times the hotel bedding doesn’t get changed. The carpet wasn’t cleaned and smell like wet dog and there was dog hair! The bathroom floor wasn’t clean either and the shower needed to be cleaned. Also, it was pretty chilly and rainy during our stay and the heating in the room wasn’t working properly. I informed the hotel twice but the engineer never came from my knowledge. Also, the elevator took so long and I found out one wasn’t really working well and during my whole stay I never never saw running. Also there was only one elevator running. The elevator also looked dirty, carpet was dirty. I really dislike dirty carpet and when the carpet is black color and you can tell it’s dirty, then I already know the carpet is filthy! Most of the staff were nice and helpful. But they took so long to bring us toilet paper! One good thing is that the restaurant in the hotel had really good food. Also, the common area of the hotel was pretty nice.

The rooms are NOT clean. I called the front desk to let them know that there was still hair on the sink and in the tub, as well as toenail clippings on the carpet & plastic clothing tags around the room. Also the mini bar fridge didn't work. We asked to change rooms but were told NO, and someone came to vacuum again and wipe down the sink and tub, and bring a spare fridge into our room (which was loud but at least it worked). Even after this, there were still toenails on the floor and we just decided to accept it and move on. On the 2nd night, we discovered that there were carpet beetle eggs in our room. At first we thought it was sand, but it repeatedly showed up in piles in the same spot and after looking it up - we confirmed it was carpet beetle eggs. disgusting. In addition, it seemed like everything at this property was broken or malfunctioning with no anticipated resolution date. The hot tub didn't work our entire 6-night stay, same with the chromecast. The staff - while friendly enough, were clueless... or set expectations they could not live up to. I coordinated with the concierge for there to be a surprise for my husband's birthday upon check-in & there was nothing. And the staff didn't know the most basic things like pool hours, or hours of the restaurant??? When we asked for things like coffee to be brought to our room they would never arrive. Overall it was a terrible experience in a very mediocre hotel.

I expected a Marriot signature property to be up to Marriot standards. I was highly disappointed. Checking in was a breeze. Upon entering the room i noticed the bathroom was not cleaned. The next morning i found a dead roach on the buffet area. And the bed was not clean. It says beach chair is included in the flresort fee but what they do not tell you is that they charge for the umbrellas at the beach. No one notified us. I did complain about the cleansiness and got the resort fees refunded. But i would not recommend staying there.

We stayed for our trip to Miami, and it was extremely disappointing. We requested an early check in, but didn't get into our room until after the original check in time. The food in the restaurants were mediocre at best and very overpriced for the quality of food. When we finally got checked in to our room, it was not clean, sliding door to the patio barely opened and appeared to have mold growing along the edges. The worst of it all was the fact that we saw giant cockroaches in our room. Absolutely disgusting! We called the front desk to complain, and they apologized and said they were sending a manager from housekeeping right away. A housekeeper showed up with a broom and can of Raid. He cleaned it up without saying anything to us. We decided to check out early instead of staying for another meal. We again complained to the front desk, and he said he is sending a note to the hotel manager, and they would contact us right away to resolve the issue. We have yet to hear from them two weeks later. We since have sent an email to Marriott corporate to let them know our experience, and again, they said we would have a response within 5 days and nothing. Do not waste your time and money on this joke of a hotel!!

The bathroom cleanliness was poor. We found hair and even a cigarette butt. Moreover, the bathroom had a strong, unpleasant odor, and the sink was poorly cleaned and broken. It really seemed poorly maintained. Despite that, the bed was very comfortable, and the food was very good.

I will not be staying at this property again. The room was very dirty upon checking in. There was hair in the shower, bedding and floor. There were water spots on the counter tops and mirrors. There were a few bugs crawling around as well. The adult pool has reserved seats that they charge $350 for. It takes up more than a quarter of the pool directly where the sun is. Guests are relegated to the shade or the children’s pool. Pool management is argumentative and incapable it providing an accommodation. They severely lack customer service which is disappointing.

At check-in, the resort informed us that the room we booked through Expedia was not available and that the photos shown online were "incorrect." Instead of the oceanfront room we reserved, we were given a small corner room with barely a partial ocean view—mainly overlooking an unloading zone. Very disappointing, especially for a special occasion. The hotel did attempt to make it up to us by offering a different room with a “better” view, but that meant downgrading to a double queen room—not the experience we paid for. To make matters worse, the room had multiple issues: the TV didn’t work, the internet was down, and the air conditioning was non-functional. Overall, a frustrating and underwhelming stay. We feel misled by the booking and let down by the property. This is not what we expected for the price or the occasion.

I should start and say the staff are great BUT they work with what they have. I had to call 3 time to fix the AC - 4th time i asked and approved to move a room. The shower head is old and not well because of fur (both rooms).

Great location right by the beach. Staff were really nice and helpful, the cafe in the lobby area is excellent. The pizza from the restaurant is delicious The pool area is wonderful and Jerry was great. We had three ocean view rooms and one of them was covered by trees so u saw no ocean that was disappointing. The locks on the doors on the two rooms had to be fixed but it was done pretty quickly. My only suggestion would be in the bedrooms add a chest of drawers so that there is room for your clothes. For three of us sharing space was limited. Great for families, groups it’s not a party hotel like Fontaine Bleu.

Rooms lack funcionality. No furniture for storing clothes. A really small vabimet size of a nightstand and hanging closet in a room with 2 beds. Meanwhile, there is a long counter with empty space underneath that could have been utilized as a dresser. I had to keep my clothes in my luggage. Used the nightstand for my kids clothes. Dogs in the restaurant and pool are definitely a no no.
Rooms lack funcionality. No furniture for storing clothes. A really small vabimet size of a nightstand and hanging closet in a room with 2 beds. Meanwhile, there is a long counter with empty space underneath that could have been utilized as a dresser. I had to keep my clothes in my luggage. Used the nightstand for my kids clothes. Dogs in the restaurant and pool are definitely a no no.

We were very excited to stay right on Miami Beach. We come from a land-locked state, so the ocean is a rare treat. We arrived well after check-in time, but were initially told the front desk just needed to check with housekeeping to verify it was ready in 2-3 MINUTES. About 2 and 1/2 hours later, They finally gave us one room out of two with the promise the second would be ready soon. After a couple of stops back at the desk, we asked to speak to a manager. She explained the hotel AC was dying and they have had maintenance working on it for 2 days. The second room currently had non-working AC, so they offered us a “pool view” room instead that had working AC. It was disappointing, but I’d much rather have working AC than a view. As a way of making up for the trouble, they comped us $500 credit at the Italian restaurant. When we asked about the price difference of the two rooms, they offered to waive the resort fee. We understand that there are sometimes unforeseen circumstances. However, the situation would have been far less aggravating if they had just been honest from the start. Why didn’t they just offer the lesser room hours before? Or they could have explained the delay could be quite long. I suppose it could have been worse, as they were relocating some guests to another hotel all together, not on the beach. The room view wasn’t really of the pool and never cooled below 75. Property itself could be great if they can fix these issues. Nice room and onsite restaurant

The property is beautiful but be aware the parking is approximately $50 a night, there’s a $45 per day resort fee and the hotel charges $150 a day deposit. I paid approximately an additional $1000 at checkin. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful and their grounds are basically spotless. They need to upgrade their wifi, it lagged continuously.

Wonderfully run hotel except for one thing. If you stay in a room with a balcony on the non-Ocean tower property the air conditioning giant units on the roof are so loud 24/7 that you don’t want to be on your balcony or open your screen doors. Ideally you’d ask to be in the Ocean Tower facing North. A shame that such a lovely well run hotel didn’t find a solution for this excessive noise. I did ask for a quiet room. Also my second time at the property the A/C unit thermostat and heater is very inaccurate. Although I put my unit at 72 degrees I had to sleep in a sweat shirt and put a down coat over me.

Did not like the experience at all, the hotel looks old and dirty. When we got there around 5:30 the day of checkin, we had to wait for the room because it wasn’t ready when check in was supposed to be at 4pm. They didng clean our room until the third day of being there after several requests. The valet parking is a mess, they asked to call 30 min before leaving the hotel in order for them to have our car ready, we missed my husband’s birthday dinner because we called 30mins before coming down and we waited about an hour for them to bring the car to us while we were melting in that heat. Not coming back, definitely going somewhere else where I can pay the same price or less for a better service.

Staff at registration was lovely but the room had problems: no shower curtain, knob controlling the water flow in the shower was lying on the side of the tub rather than connected, and coffee maker didn't work. Everything was fixed, but... Valet parking is $50/night AND the wait for your car can be as much as 50 min, although they estimate much less.

Kate at the front desk was extremely pleasant and helpful. Leo who took our bags up to our room was knowledgable and friendly and gave some excellent recommendations for restaurants. Angelo at the pool was energetic and friendly. Overall, the hotel staff was amazing and will definitely be back soon!

Property is very well kept for the age. It could benefit a lot by adding staff and training the staff to be more responsive and respectful. Other than the nice girl that checked us in, most of the staff was rude and unhelpful. Perhaps they are overworked and need help but it was so bad we left one day early. Returned to the room at 4:30 and the room wasn’t cleaned. When we politely asked the cleaner down the hall when our room would be cleaned she replied with “not my room, I don’t know”. This was after waiting 90 minutes at the pool for someone to take our order, then making us prepay for the order before we received it.

The Cadillac is a great location on mid Miami beach. The hotel is nice and the staff was friendly. I think the grounds around the hotel could be cleaner. The Cadillac staff could clean up litter better, there were items (napkins, caps, drink/skewers)in the bushes, etc. The maids were very friendly. Our room was supposed to be a partial view, we were facing the front street above the AC/HVAC unit for the hotel. Pro: it was constant white noise. Con: it was an awful view. I would stay again but in a different room. Overall: B- rating.

We loved our stay at the Cadillac hotel and I want to go back soon! The location was perfect and close to walkable dining options beside the restaurant, bar and market on the property…super convenient! Even though the weather wasn’t ideal we still enjoyed our vacation. The cleaning staff was impeccable and so was the rest of the staff. Crystal checked us in and she made check in so fast and friendly. She was even so nice to connect us with a water sport company since I’ve been researching but with mixed reviews. Our teenagers had a blast and we all ended up renting Jetskis from a location very close to the hotel. We had such a wonderful time at Cadillac, I can’t wait to go back!

Loved this hotel. I compared so many before our first trip to Miami Beach and I’m really glad we chose Cadillac. Beautiful pool area with complimentary sunscreen, gorgeous lobby and bar and so close to the beach. Like most hotels, not everything was in perfect condition (the bathroom and balcony could use upgrades) but all in all it felt like a little bit of luxury without being extravagant. We ate at Don Mare one night and it was good. Miami food is very pricey but Don Mare was better than the touristy places on Collins and Ocean Ave. But the on-site coffee shop is way too expensive and the selection could be better. Everyone at the Cadillac was extremely friendly. Bartenders, pool staff, etc. The area around the hotel is pretty quiet. There’s a CVS and some cafes but no shopping. But it was easy to take lyfts/ubers to Lincoln Road and South Beach. If we come back to Miami, I’d definitely stay at the Cadillac again.

The halls are also old and dirty. The heat in our room didn’t work the first night of our trip and it was freezing. $80 at the pool bar for the worst food I’ve ever had and 2 diet cokes ): no fun here wouldn’t recommend

The Dona Mare restaurant in the Cadillac Hotel is absolutely excellent. We also enjoyed the best Tiki bar on the beach with Wesley, Simon, and Sebastian. The pools and beach were fabulous 10/10!

The hotel is a stunningly beautiful property, inside and out, with clean, spacious rooms and fantastic views. The Donna Mare Restaurant was amazing!! We had breakfast and dinner there a few times. These were the best meals of the vacation 10/10. The Tiki Beach bar and pools were great too! The staff was friendly and helpful. We had the time of our lives.🌴

The property has great potential, and our room was pleasant, clean, and comfortable. The shower was also very good. However, we were very disappointed that we had not been informed in advance about the extensive renovation work taking place at the property.
