Clean room. Across the street parking lot. AMAZING breakfast on the top floor overlooking the ocean.

Nice thyat the room could be clean after 2pmm as we requested.

Overall the stay went from terrible to disappointing. The room was very dirty when we arrived with sand all over the floor, stained sheets with wet spots on it, no towels, hair on the wall in the bathroom & tub, and something smeared on the blinds. Was able to get a call back from the manager and he said he couldn’t imagine a room in that state but would send his maintenance guy up to sweep and change sheets since he was not onsite. The nice young man with maintenance showed up and said he would do his best but that he didn’t work in housekeeping. Even after housekeeping came the next day, the room was still only partially clean. The window AC unit smelled like mildew when turned on and left all of our clothes and luggage with an odor we are trying to wash out at home. The television couldn’t stay connected to the internet, despite us calling down for help, so watching something while it was windy out was not an option. The manager never followed up, not even to come to check the room during the remainder of our stay, even though he was “shocked” to hear of its condition. And no considerations were made. The elevator in front was out so luggage had to be carried up stairs and down stairs to get to the back elevator. The pool was nice looking but very cold. The property was very disappointing. We even looked to move to a different hotel during our stay but very little was available last minute. The young lady at the front was the only redeeming factor for the hotel.

Very clean, excellent restaurant on site and fabulous location on the beach.

Beutiful beachfront views but the room could have been cleaner
