Whitelaw Hotel

I think is a great location It's very quiet at night .

A cockroach was in our room and bedding wasn’t clean, the overall vibe was uncomfortable and walls were paper thin to where you could hear everything. Pictures on line are deceiving!

Great staff and comfortable beds

The staff was not controlling the guests/people in the hotel. People were running up & down the halls. People were banging on doors for 30 minutes at midnight. Then, at about 530/6 am, people who weren't even staying at the hotel were in the lobby fighting. They woke us up plus 102. The cops were called. They still stayed on the patio and continued to fight. Then at 8am, someone was banging on their door for 30 minutes & was yelling.

Property was in poor condition, the key to lock and unlock the door was not working and so the only way I could unlock the door was to call the front desk to open the door for me. The floor boards were coming off and hurt my feet. The refrigerator was not working.
