Hotel location is ok, no shops or reataurants nearby for a quick bite. Elevator situation are bad, slow and line ups all the time. Rooms looked nice but bring paper towels to clean up after youself. Make sure to put things away in the fridge at night, seen cockroaches when i turned on the light in kitchen. Not sure if i would stay here again

House keeping is not doing a good job. Also bathroom towels were stained. Some furniture cracked and broken. I wont give them more than two stars. The staff were nice but after 8 no services. Also gym has only 7 am -11 am. Beach towels were not available for more than two hours. The only two good things were space and beach access.

We spent a week at Seacoast from January 6-13th. After a brisk check-in, we settled into our room (2 bedroom, ocean view with kitchen) The hotel itself is in relatively good condition, our room was clean and met our need (5ppl) however, we were surprised that there was no daily housekeeping service - this was never mentioned anywhere in the booking process. When we asked for towels, toilet paper and blankets they were provided. Our toilet had a slow leak the entire time. The direct access to the beach was wonderful, we received our towels no problem in exchange for the card, however the limit to 2 chairs per family on the beach was not impressive. There was plenty of empty chairs, this was not high season, we feel we could have been accommodated, we saw other hotels down the beach, they provided parasols as well at no extra charge. For the amount we were charged per night, we feel this should have been included. The pool - great lounging around it, pool was clean, but the lounging pillows had mildew perhaps its time to switch out the old ones. The gym - hours of operation - ridiculous. 7-11 am, 6-9pm. Most of the equipment was damaged or not in functioning order. Basic dumbbell weights (5lbs, 10lbs) were also missing. Elevators - not working, or slow. 20 minute wait at times - ridiculous. Tropical lounge - Excellent food, service, Lores is a gem. Overall our stay was pleasant, relaxation, beach, family time was had. Free trolley stop right in front of hotel is great.

The only good thing about this hotel was the room size. There were 6 of us in a 2 bed room suite. Beds were the most uncomfortable we have ever been in. The floors in our room were so nasty our socks were black on the bottom. Customer service was awful. The people over the pool/beach towel were the worst. Towels had to be turned in by 5pm but the pool was open till dark. They would not give my 16 year old one even tho he had his little card to get one. There were only a few dozen chairs available by the pool. the others were for a cost starting at $350.00. Do Not Recommend

The room was a good size but unfortunately it felt a little run down. Broken kitchen tile which was sharp. Dirty towels, we exchanged them for clean ones and half of them were still dirty. Bathroom shower water pressure was very low. Swimming pool looks very tired. Location is good, as is the private gate to the beach.

Best thing about the twin bedroom suite was the view. Beware of falling for what you see in the outdoor photos - some of them are very old. Loungers around the pool were falling apart, and not the ones in the photos - those are now all down on the beach. Furniture and fittings in the "refurbished" rooms are very basic (Ikea?) the outdoor dining and bar area don\'t exist and the old Tiki bar and seating are crumbling and only for private functions. The new "cabanas" are only available if you spend $350 - and neighboring properties are undergoing serious repair work with all the noise associated with that. Trying to be modern and "up market" but failing even before the renovations are finished.

The hotel is outdated, charges for every little thing you pay a resort fee and parking fee which is outrageous. Pool was closed the first two days because of rain and thunder storms. $40 dollars a day to park a car is outrageous.

Unfortunately, my stay at Saecost Sweet Miami was very disappointing. The front desk staff was extremely rude and unhelpful from check-in. There’s no housekeeping, and even to change towels, you have to go down to the lobby yourself. The apartment had a nice view, but the furniture was old and damaged, the kitchen was empty, and the bathrooms were full of cockroaches. The pool area was dirty, with no nearby services. Definitely not worth the price.

Don’t even know where to start about this review. I try to look at the positive all the time but there’s nothing positive I can say about this place, the whole place needs a major renovation, rooms are dirty , carpets in bedrooms are filthy and old, the swimming pool water is dirty and extremely hot at all times, the beach towels look dirty and old . From the moment you enter this place it looks like you went back on time, from the laundry service to the doors, everything was old and dirty. Expedia needs to update pictures on how the rooms and resorts really look. There’s lots of options to stay in Miami . Avoid this place.

The rental was not comfortable at all. The kitchen stunk which made the entire unit smell, the bathtub in the unit was peeling and looked awful. The shower curtains should have been changed months ago. The beds were awful and did not look welcoming at all. I would not recommend!

The property was super out dated and old. There was rust on the majority of the light fixtures on the property. The carpet areas was very dirty and old. The service was 0/10. There was no proper customer service you had to return and pick up your own sheets and towels. Had to walk them over to their laundry area. And area where a guest shouldn’t be allowed in normal settings. Had a lot of restrictions that did not make sense and were very inconvenient. Would NEVER go back to this hotel.

The rooms had tons of tiny cockroaches inside the kitchen cabinets. Called the front desk and no-one answers, had to walk to the front desk and when the attendant was told the answer was "yes we know we are working on that all over the property". the common areas are also very dirty. I have stayed here in the past and honestly the suites and overall staff have downgraded significantly.

I Hates this Hotel worst place I have ever stayed at in Miami. The rooms are so gross they had cockroach's . I will NEVER stay here again or Suggest anyone else to as well. Bed sheets had stains on it. Rust all over bathroom. I can keep going and going.

Very bad experience. Rooms were dirty with dust. No one cleaned even after request. They told us to pay for cleaning separately and told us to change washroom garbage by ourselves. If we need towel then we need to take dirty onces to downstairs and get new onces. Very bad experience. We request to expedia to cancel our rest of the days and give us refund but they didn’t do anything.for future bookings we will avoid booking with expedia. They should specify all that requirements. If we knew we are not getting any room cleaning service etc then we v Could have book some thing else. We are very disappointed. We paid so much for 4 nights. And didn’t get any credit from Expedia

The staff was very nice and professional (I loved Amy, Kevin, and Ignacio). The lobby is beautiful, affordable, and in a Great location. Lounge chairs are comfortable, and there are plenty on the beach. Our room was huge, and the terrace faced the beach. They definitely need new couches and better Wi-Fi that connects to the TV. If they ripped out the carpets in the room, it would be a game changer. The room was clean and no bugs. This property has so much potential with a small amount if updates. I would definitely stay here again.

I didn’t like the fact of having only two TV’s and they were too small for the size of the rooms. Each room should have come with a TV. The balcony felt as if it sloped down ward as you walked to the edge. Over all the room was nice and very clean.

We got the two bedroom ocean view and it was worth it. Every window you look at, you see the ocean. We watched every sunrise in the mornings and they were gorgeous. The beach was very close to the resort. We found the elevator to be very annoying because it was very slow. Then we discovered stairs and that was much faster.. I would go back to this hotel again. It was very spacious inside and great for family. We went with our kids there was lots of kids around.

Our apt. Was large with spacious rooms modern kitchen with relatively new GE appliances and modern bathrooms. Elevators in building were horribly slow- we always had to leave at least 5-10 minutes to get up or down. Cable TV did not have CBS so we missed the Emmys. Location excellent; beach clean and beautiful and walkway along beach terrific.

Where do I start? Upon arrival staff told us they would call us when our room was ready. That didn’t happen. I had to continue to check and then magically it was available. We had 4 guests in our room they only gave us 2 washcloths. When I asked for more they didn’t have any because housekeeping was closed. Our room was extremely loud and continually made noises that woke us up overnight. Then to top it off checkout says 11 on the website but they came and knocked on our door at 9:45am and stated checkout was at 10. They then denied our late checkout. The staff was not attentive and seemingly did not care. My family and I will not stay here again.

Check in isn’t until 4 and they won’t give you towels prior to you getting a room so you can go to the pool or beach. You only get 2 beach chairs for a family of 6 on the beach which you can only have until 5 so if you only stay 1 night you can forget about going to the pool or beach. We reserved for 1 night before our cruise and 1 night after and it was a mistake. The room was great the first night and so I paid for the same room the second but for a much lesser of a room. There was a tv in the first hotel room in the master bedroom but none in the second room. The remote to the main tv didn’t even work on the second room. Staff was very unfriendly when need g assistance and when asked if we can just have a towel to dry off the answer was no. Check out was st 10 also and pool don’t open until 9 so don’t plan on any water time at this hotel. Do not stay here at this hotel.

My experience at Seacoast Suites was amazing! Front desk very helpful. Room Service and Housekeeping very quick. There is a playground for children!! Didn't have to leave the hotel to take the kids to the park. The security is excellent. The cell phone and wifi service wasn't always the best in the entire room. Had ocean view and balcony. Stayed in 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom with kitchen suite.

Unfortunately, our stay was not what I expected. We booked this hotel because they offered breakfast. The restaurant was booked and we couldn’t even get a cup of coffee. The only food on premises was triple the cost of a regular meal. When mentioned to the front desk that we chose this hotel because of the breakfast, the staff was extremely rude. No housekeeping at all. There were 5 of us and only 4 towels. No hand towels or wash cloths. Again staff was extremely rude when asked about the towels. I had to bring the towels myseld to the laundry room to get fresh towels. Our first day they had no beach towels till 4:45, despite us walking from the beach back to the hotel to ask for towels, only to be spoken to rudely. The staff was extremely rude. We finally got bracket towels at 4:45 and were barked ordered to return the towels by 5:30. I would not recommend this hotel. The suite was beautiful and comfy, but otherwise was treated very poorly. Staff unapologetically dismissed every question and seemed annoyed at having to answer questions. Do yourself a favor and go else where. We are all very disappointed with this trip.

The property is run down. The carpets were stained, beds springy, the couches were filthy and I found a bug in the bathroom. Customer service was poor, for example, to get towels daily, I had to go down to their laundry area, that is bring my dirty towels and swap them for new ones. In addition, whenever I called the front desk, no one answered. All I can say is stay away!!!!!

If you want to be disrespected, taken advantage of feel unsafe, worry about your health, and not valued as a guest… then choose this place! There was mold in our bedroom and bathroom and rust on the vanities and door frames. This was our second time at this resort and sadly will be our last. Kevin at the front desk seem to have forgotten about us and the staff does not talk to each other regarding what guests are requesting and needing, example; toilet paper, clean linens, towels, soap etc. Our room was very dirty, there were stains on our bed sheets and pillows and on the carpet. The two times that I brought up these issues, The staff responded in an almost threatening manner “this may not be the place for you to stay and we can check you out if you would like” this happened within a couple of hours of check-in for our weeklong stay in Florida. This made my family and I feel so vulnerable and unsafe. Do Not Stay Here!

The property itself needs to be modernised. On arrival we were allocated the wrong suite of which staff at reception were very apologetic but couldn’t provide our booked suite until next day. On entry to the first suite it was tired, the decor and carpets etc in bedrooms could have been cleaner. On the allocation of the correct corner sea view suite we actually booked we was pleased with the improvement in cleanliness and decor was more modern even though odd areas could do with a freshen up. The view from the balcony was amazing and was a quiet location however it was quite remote from restaurants, shops etc. There was a small convenience shop next door inside the hotel but to go out we had to get Ubers. There are bikes that you can hire near the hotel if you prefer.

The suit was very clean and spacious, the staff are helpful, but have very ridged rules with the pool/ beach towel return by 6pm. We have been to the seacoast suits twice and find it very convenient to get around Miami, it is comfortable and feels like home from home, but the kitchen could be a little better equipped for guests that are self catering, ie scissors, messuring jug and baking trays. Overall its a great place to stay for families and groups, having the beach on your doorstep is another plus. We would recommend it.

Nice experience. Family Friendly. Easy access to the beach. Beautiful Balcony Views. Also a free trolly passes in front of the hotel that will take you down to S. Miami for shopping & dinning.

The view/location is amazing! Really loved that! Limited service ; like ice only in 1 machine for the entire property and it broke on our 2nd day! The older Hispanic lady in the restaurant was absolutely horrible! Did not want to work and complained the entire time we were there about us being there so we left! Just HORRIBLE! We travel quite a bit and never had an experience like this. For the price it was a good deal. We had a 2 bedroom oceanfront corner unit.

Photos are different than what was advertised. Onsite restaurant closes at 1:30pm which is terribly inconvenient. Trying to get towels, shampoo, conditioner, or any other usual necessity is almost an impossibility

The property itself was very clean and pretty. The restaurant I never had a chance to eat. They close waaay to early. Was disappointed with the amount of noise in the hallways.There is no quiet hours in the resort. The kitchen utensils, pots and pans were horrible, they were cheap and scratched and difficult to cook with. Very family friendly

The restaurants on the property, As advertised as amenities, were either not open at all. Or open enclosed when they felt like it. Louie’s at the palm was not open our entire stay from 12/22 thru 1/2. Nor was there any communication or advertisement, showing the restaurant would not be available, at any time. The tropical lounge opens and closes when it’s convenient for them. And, has only one person waiting tables and cashing customers out, and a cook. This not only impacts people being able to have breakfast and lunch at the hotel restaurant as advertised but it also impacts people being able to order room service. When they are opened, they do not have the full menu. There are three maybe four options for toast on the menu. The actual only option is white toast. There are options for bagels however, the only option is and everything bagel, no English muffins! I know this sounds pretentious, but this is an example. Room service was available on January 1. There was no housekeeping. You could not get toilet paper, facial tissue sheets or face clothes without begging for them. There were no cleaning supplies in the kitchen or bathrooms. The same employees are there most of the time. They are so overworked that they are overwhelmed. A few of them were wonderful. The security lady treats guests as if they’re in corrections. It is not worth the money to stay there if you’re looking for all of the amenities that they’re offering.
