Was pretty bad, they had rude staff and they didn’t say that they have problems, they have not working keys so every time you have to get to your room you need to ask the staff for help, they also didn’t have working wifi I ask for the manager and they just said that tomorrow when he gets there, he never did, one time that I ask for, when is the key and wifi going to work? The front desk guy said to me that I just paid for the room not the amenities, he was pretty rude

Elevator didn’t work, they gave us 3rd floor rooms. The guy in reception was very rude when we asked him about giving us a better room he replied in a very rude manner “you booked with Expedia you can cancel and go to other hotel” NEVER STAYING THERE AGAIN!

We will be filing a complaint with the local authorities. They refused are very wonderful service dog and made us leave the premises before we even checked in. We inform them of the law and that that is not acceptable and they said they didn't care. This was going to be our second stay there but we will never go again

This was an exceptional stay! Tim and all the staff were very professional and courteous upon entering the lobby. My family and I look forward to staying here again in the near future. Our breakfast was also very friendly and helpful.

Timothy Lopez( General Manager) was so very helpful with our credit card situation. Took his time to explain to us, corrected the issue... made our stay enjoyable...front desk was also great .We Stayed Two Day's...8/26 2025 till 8/28 /2025 ..Will we be staying here more often. Staff Was Very Courteous And Hospitable. Room was Very Clean and Welcoming. Complimentary Breakfast was Delicious and plentiful to chose from. The common areas and our room was very clean upon our arrival. Unfortunately, our room was not serviced during the day while we were gone. I called the front desk and let them know. They reported it and brought us fresh towels to use quickly. This was disappointing since this is a service paid for an included in the price of the room. The cleaning service apparently wrote that we 'denied cleaning service' when they came to our room which was not true since we were gone 8a-9p that day. Everything else was good.

Highly recommended for anyone who wants a problem free, clean, and professional experience. I am a very picky person that has to check the room before laying my head anywhere. We arrived early and asked if there might be a room available? He said “NO” without even looking. The restroom was dirty and the shower had hair on the floor and walls. The breakfast area was standing room only, and the one attendant could not keep up with refilling items. The pool had over the maximum allowed. The bar never had an attendant. Hope this helps the upper management and anyone looking to stay here.
