Lovely stay. Super convenient location in the terminal, great airfield views. Staff were incredible, breakfast delicious, room spacious, and bed comfy. The gym was nice enough for an airport hotel and big enough to get your exercise in - whatever you're doing.

It was a great hotel conveniently located at the airport, but after spending all day traveling I was really looking forward to visiting the gym. I had changed clothes and was able to head down when I saw the notice that it was closed for a 3-day period. For the price, I want all the emeneties to be available. It would have been nice to have been notified during check-in.

This hotel is superbly comfortable and is the most convenient possible which is great especially if you have an early morning flight. Beds are really comfortable, large rooms, comfortable robes and slippers and any hotel that has Le Labo toiletries is awesome. My only complaint was the gym, it was quite busy when I was there and the majority of the cardio equipment was out of order so not usable. Otherwise, this is a perfect way to start a hectic business trip.

One night stay before a very early flight. Friendly staff, quick easy check in (8pm). Had a nice dinner at the restaurant on the lobby level. Very low noise level even though my room faced the planes. Nice clean bathrooms which is always a must for me!

It was less than 5 minutes walk from airport hall way directly into lobby Super great location ! We had an emergency past midnight layover due to flight delay/ cancellation so we booked the room very last minute. The front desk agent greeted us warmly with empathy and made us feel so much better after a long trip. Room was so comfortable and clean. Very cool view to see the runway too in the morning! Room was big and grea amenities!

Extremely loud, the ac was broken and kept flicking on and off making a super loud noise all night and it’s not sound proof at all so you hear everyone slamming doors. Got 2 hours of sleep before a super long flight. Won’t be saying here again.

We have stayed here a few times and this was the least attractive room so far, but still a lovely room and kind service. Note that there is no fridge as the mini bar is weighted. The experience at this hotel is so fun with the airport view! Love the planes. Pillows and sheets are soft. Towels are high quality. We will stay again.

We needed a place to get some rest as we flew in from Orlando, Fl. to Vancouver, BC for an Alaskan cruise We had a long wait before boarding began the next afternoon. The Fairmont was highly recommended and we would not have to leave the airport and return later. The room was the largest nicest hotel room we have ever stayed in. The bathroom had both a big jetted tub and a large shower. Before I realized it my wife was already in the tub asking me to join her. We really enjoyed our short stay at the Fairmont.

After travelling for 24 hours without sleep I was stressed and tired. So much so that I couldn’t remember my PIN number. I asked if I could pay using my phone. The receptionist was v unhelpful, initially saying no. Then eventually said that in that case she would have to fetch ‘the other machine’ (it was right there), that I couldn’t use the mini-bar and my refund for the deposit would take ages. Up to weeks. On departure it was very different, couldn’t be more helpful and refunded me immediately via my phone. My arrival can only be described as unpleasant. This is not how an airport hotel should greet exhausted travellers.

Exceptional customer service. Everyone at this hotel is welcoming and very helpful. The people who work here really elevate the experience. Too convenient not to book here when flying in or out of Vancouver. Takes the stress out of getting to the airport on time or worrying about driving home after a long travel day. Rooms have huge windows with great views. I love the large bathroom with separate shower and soaker tub. With views of planes, luxurious rooms and ample amenities, I find this hotel to be equal parts practical, prestigious and fun!

Check in was a nightmare. Hotels did not use my full name for my booking and the hotel could not find it. We waited in line for 40 mins to check in. My kids were exhausted. Absolutely ridiculous considering the price people (myself included) pay for one night.

Everything was great, however the area was too far from all restaurant and dinning options. The hotel serves food 24/7 but pricing are expensive. The only option was the restaurants & food court inside the airport. Despite of this we have had an AMAZING stay, even though it's right next to the airport it was so quiet. We slept really well after our long flight.

This property is aging and it shows. It could use a facelift a bit. However, it is convenient and so that's why people use it. The food in the restaurant was terrible and horribly overpriced for the quality.

Very convenient for an overnight stay on a connecting flight. Lounge is open late and has good quality food and live music. Great vibe and very comfortable hotel, as to be expected at a Fairmont stay.
