The Westin Reserva Conchal, an All-Inclusive Golf Resort & Spa

The resort is absolutely stunning and beautiful. The pool is huge and I never felt crowded. Swim up bar was also very nice and the drinks were decent. The food at the restaurants were mediocre and breakfast options are extremely limited. We booked an excursion through the resort and they did not even send a trolley to come pick us back up even though they stated that would be included. We had to wait almost an hour for a shuttle from another company to come and drop us off. The beach is great, but expect vendors at the beach entrance as it is a public beach. They are nice, but it can get annoying after getting propositioned after every pass through. Housekeeping was always decent. The reservation desk told us not to take our wristbands to the beach as it was a high risk of losing them and they are $25 for new ones, however the security guard at the beach entrance will not let you through if you do not have it on...so that was very confusing and frustrating. Overall, it is a nice resort with great scenery and very nice staff, however not worth the thousands we paid to be there.

Great staff and clean accommodations.

The better restaurants are smaller and require reservations. They open reservations at 8am and fill fast. You can only book through their app and the wifi and cellular coverage are very intermittent which presented another problem. Beverages are always light on alcohol so do be shy about asking dor doubles alcohol content. Its not about getting drunk but taste. Overall staff was fine and service was good. On our last night they closed the buffet for dinner because they needed staff for a private function with no notice. They haven't got this product ready for ppl who have experiences like Cancun or Los Cabo.
