Overall good, staff very friendly, but girl at desk had belly shirt, not something to wear at customer service desk, ok if you are going out, but not work, she was very nice, bit needs new dress code

The swimming pool was hotter than a hot tub! The room floor was sticky, so was the counter top/ tv stand. We had a bag of sealed potato chips, kept hearing a noise as we were sleeping, a mouse which I didn’t see, but saw a hole in the bag of chips. I didn’t let the front counter person know. Not a response. Did say oh so sorry. The bathroom had tape in the shower. The floor was dirty as well. Very loud with the interstate or some busy road. Didn’t have a good stay. Will not return

I used to love this place, but unfortunately not anymore. I stayed here with my boyfriend on 3/20 for his birthday. We were planning to use the hotel pool, but it was closed, which was really disappointing. I booked through Hotels.com, and my receipt showed a total of $161.54, but I was charged $180 instead. When I asked the front desk, the staff member said she didn’t know how to fix it and told me to call her manager. I didn’t feel like it was my responsibility to spend extra time trying to resolve their billing issue. On the second night, our key cards stopped working, so my boyfriend had to go all the way back to the lobby to get new ones, which was inconvenient. Breakfast was just okay—nothing special. Overall, this experience didn’t meet my expectations, especially compared to how much I used to like this place.

The have mice and most ice machines don’t work and if they do they definitely need to be cleaned

Rooms were clean and properly made. Staff were friendly and helpful. Parking lot has plenty of spaces. Convenient market in lobby area. Pool was closed when I stayed there. Breakfast was decent except coffee poured out tar-black and smelled like a mixture of old grounds and liquid cleaner. Disgusting. Overall a decent stay and convenient location.
