I travel frequently and rarely leave negative reviews. Even when I’m unhappy with a place, I usually say nothing because I don’t want to hurt a business. But when it impacts my family, I feel I have to speak up. I was traveling with my mother, who uses a wheelchair, for a medical appointment. Since the reservation did not provide an option to select an accessible room, I called the property in advance to specifically confirm that the hotel and room were wheelchair accessible. I was assured they were. Unfortunately, that information was not accurate. Upon arrival, I had to struggle to manually open the entrance door while maneuvering my mother’s wheelchair inside. The front desk staff watched rather than offering assistance. I was then told that all accessible rooms were occupied, and the room provided was extremely cramped and difficult to navigate with a wheelchair. My mother could not even comfortably take a shower. This caused significant stress for both of us, especially with her medical appointment the following day. I would not have written this review if the property had made a genuine effort to address the situation. Accessibility is not a minor convenience - it is essential when a guest specifically calls ahead to confirm it. Very, very disappointed.

The 3 stars are not justified. We were lucky to book a suite with 2 beds that gives lot of space. The lady at front desk is helpful but the cleaning staff is unpolite and do the minimum. The curtain of the bath was changed during our stay (because we asked for) but the new one was even worse. The washing machine is useless as the is no dished or kitchen ustensiles in the suite. Despite the negative comments, weekly prices and location can be attractive.

Check out time is 11:00. Both days staff routinely founded and harassed guests prior to even 10:00 about checking out. Lining the halls with cleaning carts and propping doors with brooms and mops. Completely unprofessional.

Very kind staff especially mam Dee. They are very pet friendly. I will sure come back with my three dogs again. It is also very close to Hannaford, Mall, mcdonalds, dunkin, highway295 and of course 15 mins to Old Orchard or Bayview Beach. It was a very satisfying hotel experience. We stayed one whole week and it was exactly the hotel right for us and our pets. Thanks
