Easy check-in. Great breakfast. Main problem was room was on 2nd floor and they have NO elevator. We are in our 80's so this was not easy to carry luggage to next level. Have stayed here before but always on 1st floor.Nice place and the price was reasonable.

It was fine, bur not great. Had to switch rooms because bed frame was broken. The new room smelled strange. Shower rod almost falling off in tge bathroom. Mattress should be replaced springs made noise and uncomfortable. The room was clean but could use some deep cleaning/detailing. The breakfast was ok. All in all it wasn't too bad for the price. Its not easy to find a good hotel in this area that is responsibly priced. I would probably stay again if I couldn't find something better. Also the pool wasn't open on Memorial day weekend, that was disappointing.

Pool was closed but that's not notes anywhere. Receptionist was apologetic, but it still sucked. Water from shower comes pouring out into the bathroom as the curtain isn't the proper curtain for the shower rod. This has caused previous water damage which is evident. Parking was fine, and overall is was far better than the Sure Stay we stayed at the night before.

Rundown exterior- smelled awful inside. Used tissues on the floor next to the bed. Stains on sheets, broken bed frame/box spring which sloped into the center like a taco. Bugs on floor and bed cover. Walls so thin it sounded like the people next to us were in our room. Complete mis communication between hotels.com & Ramada with my reservation. I tried cancelling one night of my stay and one place would tell me to talk to the other place and back and forth with no resolution so ended up having to pay for 2 nights but only stay 1.

Clueless receptionist that didnt know if there was an entrance at the rear so that we could park closer to our room.Terrible hallway carpet, awful room. Smelled stale/smoked in. Any attempt at "upkeep" over the last few decades was done very poorly, crooked light switches, jagged cuts to bottom of the bathroom door. Dirty floors, not the cleanest beds. We left the next morning for another hotel, no refund necessary, just let me out.

Property dirty, wreaks of smoke, people live there, kids run around at night, appearance of a shelter. Staff is not professional, lights don’t work, fridge leaks, bedding stained. I would not even let a cockroach stay there. Horrible!!!

Staff members are very friendly but the hotel needs maintenance. The room was very clean but the bathroom needs maintenance. Inside the shower the silicone on the edges were black and the tiles were dirty; the same with the toilet. The rugs on the hallways dirty as well.

Well first of all when I checked in the property the front desk lady she was cussing but she was okay went to the room the door was left open the next day got up the sheets were filled with hair all over it and we found the roach was very disappointed about that room

I had to have my room changed 3 times. Room #1 exhaust did not work Room#2 The bed was too high and I could not get on bed. and shower curtain had mildew on the bottom. I have arthritis in my back and hip pain. Shower curtain had mildew on the bottom. Did not take shower and clover shower. Maid change it later. Room#3 I moved the chair to sleep in the room to sleep in and it was a soda bottle under it and over 40 bugs. See pictures

The rooms could use a serious deep clean, it had an odor to it and was unsure where it was coming from but after running the air conditioner for a little it seemed fine. I would recommend a new pair of curtains, a new lamp shade and a fresh coat of paint for the walls as it appeared filthy under a black light (walls doors, doorknobs, curtains, flooring entering bathroom were in the worst shape. On a positive note the bed was clean, comfortable and had soft pillows. Dove toiletries, plenty of towels. Hotel is located in a central location conveniently close to shopping, eateries and gas stations.

Property is very dated, my room had stains on bedspread and sheets, the floor was dirty, sink had an ugly attempted repair and water shooting from faucet. They did night clean the room the first night of staying. Money waisted but didn't want to waist the little time i had trying to find another room.

The hotel is nice and easy to get to. There are a lot of places in the area to eat. Our bed did have very loud springs. To the point of sounding like a drum kit whenever my wife or I rolled over or got up for any reason. That was a bit strange. But, I'd still stay there again.

It was as clean as you can get the place that is in need of refurbishment. Mattress was tired, pillows hard. We had a neighbour who thought screaming / shouting was ok for from 10-midnight. Breakfast staff was brilliant. Very friendly, attentive.

Washrooms in pretty bad shape. Shower head cover was lose making piping viable. Wifi signal was absolutely disaster. Getting 2 mbps in the room. Upon adivising the front desk, I was told there are a lot of guests so the signal strength becomes poor. What a joke. They should cater for sufficient bandwidth assuming the hotel is at full capacity

July 13 at 6:50 am, the smoke detector started 3 times. A very hard wake up call. Nobody at front desk helped us. They only tooknote of the room number.Finally we left at 7:45 really tired. a vey bad experience. Poor WIFI too

The hotel is old and worn. Overhead light out in entry. TV remote didn’t work. Bed was ok. The only positive was the bar and restaurant. Dinner was good and the breakfast was also good.

Everyone that I had been in contact with this pictuaular location in New Castle Delaware. From , staff to fellow travelers like myself, I cannot say enough about the professionalism of this particular Ramada by Wyndham location.we've treated with the utmost respect other towards others. I have traveled near and far but this is an exceptional staff of dedicated individuals. kindness and they make you feel like family. The entire Hotel chain of food and beverage management along with the hospital industry need to heed what these young but it's very self-sufficient employees and the like.people have to offer for better quality services

Long wait to check in as there was only one person manning the desk, and he was trying to take care of multiple jobs. He was pleasant though and efficient (as best he could be). The room was quite large and relatively well maintained. The bed creaked and popped anytime you moved on it but was fairly comfortable. Shower pressure and temperature was really good. The toilet sounded like a jet engine anytime you flushed....but again....that water pressure! My only major complaint was that the room opens up onto a common area and pool. They decided to have the ground crew cut the grass at 7am with a riding mower. This went back and forth in front of the door on a few occasions making it impossible to sleep past 7am.

i completed my late check in on line and due to the windy rainy weather, arrived a little later (South Carolina to Delaware) to be told that our reservation was cancelled, I stood at the desk for 20 minutes ringing the bell before a maintenance looking man came from the back hall. The paint was peeled from the wall behind the front desk chairs covered with old printed pillow cases. No recommendation to any place to stay. We drove around over two hours due to the no availability of any rooms, finding ourselves (children) at the only available rooms at the Hilton at $300 a night, which ruined the available funding for events and shopping. The hotel also advised that they could not provide a form of cancellation for my reimbursement

The room was fine but the breakfast choices and items were not. There were no eggs that morning and the potatoes and sausages looked like they weren’t even cooked. The fruit looked old and the banana I grabbed was all bruised inside.

Pictures and amenities listed are both old and untrue. This hotel is at least 40 years old and the conditions look it. It lists a restaurant, bar and convenience store. None of which are true. The room had buckled floors, extremely old bath fixtures and an exhaust fan that sounded like a jet engine. The TV didn't work properly, we had to have someone get it working and even then the sound was stuck so low it could barely be heard. Felt unsafe with 3 doors. One coming from inside, another going outside and a 3rd connecting another room. Not even a chair to sit in. Paper thin walls and extremely noisy, people slamming doors coming and going at 4am. Breakfast consisted of what seemed like 2 day old coffee, stale baked goods, powdered eggs and under cooked sausage. If we didn't arrive so late we would have turned around and left..
