We have stayed here many times, we have family in the town. I do not think we’ll ever stay here again. I was very concerned about the safety of this place. There are a lot of unusual people hanging around in the parking lot and side of the hotel. I felt very unsafe walking the dogs, I ended up taking my husband with me as an extra layer of protection. I was very unhappy with the surrounding area of where the hotel was, Niles has really gone downhill.

Stayed here several times over the last 6 years and each time I see upgrades, appreciate the new carpet, paint, and decorating.

Didnt even check in, due to false decisions of room, pictures showed hot tub in room, they said it wasnt and the pool was not in service.

The room I got was not what I booked. I clicked to see what was available and what was offered when I clicked on Room, 1 King Bed with Sofa bed, Non Smoking (Efficiency) it showed with tub/spa jetted tub and that was not the case. I felt 150 was to much. The couch and bed was stained and had dried substance on both
