The very nice sky deck with pool hot tub and actives. Pool was a but small but being near an ocean it was great. Did not like that the facility had very minimal parking amf huge fee for parking with the limited spots.

Clean comfy with a good breakfast buffet. Only minor issue was elevator wait can be tedious

Everything is great, only “flaws”, if that, would be that the tvs are a little outdated. Couldn’t connect my phone or watch anything on streaming services and the hot tub was a bit dirty, like hair with shampoo or grey gunk, very little though so could be bad timing. Besides that, they are great and friendly. Super clean and have great views with great breakfast options

Hotel is in a good location. Can easily walk to beach or stores and restaurants. Parking in late afternoon in garage at hotel is challenging, as not enough parking spots. Rooms are small but to be expected in a city hotel. The pool deck was nice. Only 2 elevators and usually had to wait for elevators

Overall, this was a great hotel at a perfect location to transportation and the beach. Breakfast each day varied slightly and sometimes was more lukewarm in temperature than I would prefer for eggs and bacon, but they had options for a variety of tastes including turkey sausage. The rooms were average to small in size and had no balcony, but were updated and had good multi-use pieces like a slideable table with adjustable height. The pool and hot tub were great, as was the other 5th floor amenities like putt putt golf and chess.

The elevators are an issue. Wait times as much as 6 minutes. Grateful for quick breakfasts and laundry facilities

The location was great, easy to walk to Waikīkī Beach and downtown. The view from the 42nd floor was also good. The elevators take a long time. There are three elevators that serve the 1-25th floors and three elevators that serve 26-43rd floors. That means the elevator stops at a lot of floors, gets crowded with no AC. One guest said she waited 15 minutes for an elevator. Also, the pool is small for the amount of guests they host. Reviews say the breakfast is good, but it’s a lot of reheated frozen food.

We waiting 2 hours to get towels in the pool area after calling several times. The bar at the pool was closed on a Sunday afternoon. We liked the free breakfast option but They need to change up the food/breakfast options once in a while. The food was very bland.

Really nice helpful staff. let us switch to room with walk in shower. Breakfast was pretty good , they need more vegetarian options. The hotel is quiet inside rooms. The elevators take too long to wait for. The general ambiance is pleasnt and very eady to get to shopping and beaches.

Staff always greeted with Aloha. Room was clean but not spotless. Rugs were not vacuum daily. Hotel is a long walk to Beach. It’s ok for those who can walk 1 mile . Breakfast is excellent. Hot tub and pool is so relaxing after long day sightseeing.

My daughter and I both were super itchy by the second day at the hotel.We couldn’t figure out what it was. While we were sitting on the bed watching TV all of a sudden we noticed there were what looked like bed bugs / fleas all over the bed. The front desk immediately moved us to another room and it seemed to be much better. My daughter is highly allergic to bug bites so that put a damper on the rest of our trip. When I spoke with the hotel front desk regarding the situation they assured me that a report was made and that someone would be reaching out to me as far as compensation. But it’s been 3 weeks and I haven’t heard anything.

The area was not safe or clean. Witness drug deal and homeless in the back abandoned apartments. Not clean. Tub and toilet clogged.

Unfortunately I will not be staying here again. The rooms are very outdated, the carpets havent been professionally cleaned in a very long time and the airconditioner only worked intermittently and had a terrible musty smell so i would hate to think how long it has been since that was serviced and filter cleaned. You can hear other guests in adjacent rooms, doors slamming and sirens quite a few times through the night. The breakfast was absolutely terrrible, hardly any choices and not enough seating for all guests during a busy time. I had read all previous views and booked based on those however I was very disappointed considering the price we paid.

Hotel was not clean - found a cockroach in the dining room. Room was too small, bathroom door does not lock, and there was no ventilator in the bathroom.

Dirty, room not clean and if they clean on sheets I found two times some one peace’s of hair and all bathroom towels are stings. And bed bugs all over the room, closet door broken.

The best thing about the hotel is the continental breakfast buffet. The room was too small. There were no table or chairs. There was a rust stain in the tub, hair in the tub and sink, and some of the towels and covers had stains.

This property was limited in parking which they do a very good job advertising. Additionally, this property room sizes are extremely small and tight to maneuver. The breakfast in the morning has a variety of options and complimentary with the stay which was a fantastic addition for my family.

This hotel had over 8 stars when i booked it. There is no way this is an 8 star hotel. The rooms were incredibly small and cramped. The bathroom felt the same size as an RV bathroom. The windows are old metal windows that definitely need to be replaced and updated. We were in the 37th floor and the windows opened about 4”. The windows had screws in the frame not stopping the window from opening any more. I had you g children with me and it felt concerning to have open windows at that height especially when the room was so small and the bed was only inches from the window. The pool deck was good and had a lot of things to do and the breakfast was good.

The staff was friendly, bed was comfy for 5 nights, pillows were ok. Room had a bit of ac smell type of smell to it. A/C was very loud too, could hear even with ear plugs. 5 minutes walk to main strip which was good. We did have to change rooms half way through due to getting back to our room smelling like sewage or something bad like that, went into the bathroom and our sink has chunky runny black stuff all in it, all up and over the personal items in our bathroom benches that had it over it. They tell us it wasnt sewage thst it’s just from a blocked sink- our sink had been working fine and to find this all over things and the smell had to throw perfumes hair brushes make up, toiletries cases out medicines . A few hundred dollars worth of stuff, was not happy at all! They changed rooms didn’t charge us the hotel resort nightly fee. But sorry we had to thrown out a lot of personal items due to this. As we weren’t risking it not to be sewage when everyone else in the family said it definitely was one type of sewage being a plumber. The new room had stains on carpet felt like hadn’t been vacuumed properly, A/C loud again and musty smell to it. Both rooms only had hot water sometimes for shower. I’m thinking early morning due to everyone showering same time. Waikiki view booked not Waikiki view was a view of the river. First room had nowhere to sit besides the bed so when family came down to our room they had to sit on the bed. Pool towels very small hard to get as well

Comfortable beds, great transport links (right outside bus stop), great breakfast. Only downside was that our family room was very small

We stayed a room on the 35th floor. Landscape from the room was so good. We enjoyed free breakfast. But the room has not enough space to place a table.

We had an amazing time here. Breakfast was way better than expected. Our view of the hotel was breathtaking - we were lucky to be high enough and to have a full ocean view. Easy access to the beach. We would come here again!!

The room was too small and felt very cramped. The air conditioning unit was very old and made a loud noise, which made it hard to sleep at night. However, the breakfast was quite good, and the hotel’s other facilities and services were also decent.

Gladys customer service at front desk was outstanding.

The staff were great and very knowledgeable. The beds were comfortable and breakfast was good. We did have an issue with obnoxious guests one night outside our room. I called down to the lobby and they alerted security. The noise stopped a few minutes later. But our overall stay was pleasant. Wonderful location too.

The staff were amazing even when we had to book extra nights because of airline cancellations. They helped when there was the tsunami warning and evacuations

Staff was great and very helpful and pleasant to speak to whenever i had questions to ask. Made me feel very welcomed when arriving and made everything very easy during my stay.

The main thing I did not like are all the extra fees. Definitely took away from the overall experience when you pay a daily resort fee, $50 to park, and nothing is really “included”. There was mention of workout classes on their site and when I asked about that they said they didn’t have those but had a gym. When I asked about laundry which is is listed as an amenity included in your resort fee, I was told you also have to pay extra for that. There is literally nothing included at this “resort” so expect to pay extra for every little thing. The one thing included is breakfast which is not great. Very mass produced, previously frozen type of food. Overall the staff were very friendly and kind. Wished the windows of my room had been clean.

Young man working the front desk was the best. Courteous, very helpful resolving an issue. Room was very exactly what I wanted.

Customer service was great but when asked multiple times for towels for all guest in room said they said it would be done but wasn’t until night before we left it was finally done.

Average stay. Service at the front desk was often very slow and I thought there should've been more people working the desk during peak hours. I breakfast was OK but appreciated.

Initially I was a bit discouraged by the size of our rooms and bathrooms as well as the condition of the hallways/rooms but the service and staff more than make up for it. I cannot stress enough how great the employees and staff are and I will definitely choose this hotel again❤️. Breakfast was great too!

It was walking distance to pretty much everything. 10 min walk to beach. Breakfast was good to get a start to your day !

Easy walking distance to the convention center and to downtown shopping areas. Didn’t need a car and got lots of steps a day. 15 min walk to the beach as well. Free breakfast was a convenient option.

Nice location not so far from Waikiki Beach and around the corner is a nice option of street food trucks in one place almost like a small village of food trucks with great selection in case you want to eat something quick without sitting in a real restaurant.

Room was clean. Staff were great. Breakfast was outstanding. Parking was an issue. The building was outdated and in need of some repairs.

The hotel is close to transportation, walking and touring around Waikiki area. Its a budget friendly hotel. The room are small compared to typical 2 bedroom suite. The washroom is small. The stuff are friendly and very accommodating. We will comeback and stay here again. I love their free buffet breakfast. Food choices are limited but its ok. You can walk around the hotel for other food options.

Rooms were clean, walking distance to the beach about 8 min walk. Pool area was a little small. Breakfast was great they would change the menu for the most part everyday. the only thing I could say that needs improvement is that there is no A/C in the Elevator or outside the rooms. Somedays it was warm and humid. Luckily when we went it wasn't too hot. Overall good experience.

Okay hotel, but kind of expensive. You have to wait for a long time to get the elevator, especially in the morning. It’s also so hard to get a parking spot, and you must pay more than $50 each night to park there. The breakfast area is also so crowded.
