The launderette needed much attention very dirty… not sure who is responsible for maintaining washers one down only Two others that worked for half the hotel wanting to do laundry & Wi-Fi horrible for reception in trying to use your CC…spending like 10 minutes having to try several times to get it to work! !

Great Location and modern lobby and areas. Pool was smaller than expected but plenty of seating and lounge chairs. Lots of shops, grocery markets and eateries just steps away from the hotel. Was a 5 mins walk to the beach which was great! The resort fee included beach chair and umbrella hire - the pick up location was a little further away but a wonderful option to have. The hotel itself and staff were great. We had a couple minor issues with our room (tv and power point), it was fixed within that day.

For 55$ a day valet def could have been better. Asked for timed pickups and out of 7 nights the car was ready in the morning twice. Aside from that the hotel had two fire alarms go off in the middle of the night.

Staff were friendly and helpful. I like the fact that there's a gym. The restaurant in the hotel was great and also the convenient store, alot of selection to choose from. International Market was just across the street, shops and eateries were close by.

Great location. Close to shopping and restaurants, and a short walk to the beach. The staff were very friendly. There is a musty smell to the room. We requested to be moved to a different room but the smell is still there in the second room. We had breakfast at the restaurant inside the hotel, and it's very disappointing. Worst breakfast we had during the whole trip.

Hotel is in a fantastic location, right across the road to the International Marketplace and a short walk to the beach. Staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean however our room smelled like a public toilet. Housekeeping deodorised the room however that didn’t help. We were able to move rooms the following day however the new room smelled musty, so we went and bought some room spray from Bath & Body Works to mask the smell.

Booked a week, wanted to change hotels by 3rd night. Compact, dark, outdated rooms that shouldn’t be considered “suites”, mediocre customer service with no “aloha” and lack of amenities for the $40 per day resort fees. Had to teach the front desk about the new self parking and was still charged after I was informed it would be comped.My family visits Hawaii every year but will never book here again, considering all the other options nearby for the price and experience received. Great location, friendly staff, valet service was excellent. Pool was good and they provide water, towels, and sunblock. The room was a bit small. The sink kept clogging, lamp kept shorting, shower pressure was to strong and you could not lower it.

I had a horrible experience starting with the Rude front desk staff, this location has a unreliable and unlawful system called Rest alarm which uses algorithms to alert hotel of changes in air and Automatically charge guests a 350 smoking fees. Terrible service and FYI a flat iron and hair spray in aerosol form can cause these issues. Had to Write a statement and wait for a refund and half ass apologies from hotel management who almost stop speaking to me when I asked how legally sound the alarms are, complete money grab from Hilton- never again with Hilton and hotels.com gave no support I’m done with both

We arrived early morning around 0200. We got the key to our room and when we walked in, there was already people sleeping in the beds! I could have gotten shot walking into their room. It was the scariest experience of my life. They did reduce our “daily fees,” but I’m not sure it was worth the scare. We will definitely not stay here again.

Poorly staff in resources. Lacking valet personnel while paying more than $50 per day (stayed for 5days) it took me long long long wait every time both in / out. In simple words hotel is ok and easy walk to beach and restaurants. I paid expedia for my bfst and upon check-in front desk staff told me my bfst is included. Next morning i found out by restaurant staff that we will be getting credit $15 for each person and anything above $15 will come out of our pocket. Wait what :/ hotel does not have buffet system, you got to order it from menu and bfst is below average. I did not expect this from Hilton chain. Anyhow i had 3 bfst at the property and a night before my check-out i went to front desk to settle my bill. While checking the bill i noticed i was still being charge for the 3 bfst and i insisted this should be corrected since my bfst is included and as per the hotel im getting $30 credit for 2 person for each bfst. To cut the story short front desk staff was nice enough to amend it for me. I requested that i should be given a bfst box for i and my wife since we not gona have bfst the next morning cos we are checking out 3am. The front desk staff said they gona check with manager if this request can be granted or if he can grant me credit for 2 bfst im not gona have as my stay was 5 nights. Anyhow he denied my request and i asked the staff to meet the manager personally. handrin or andrian FM came out of office & i politely asked him why wouldn't he make exception to get me bfst boxes next morning for me and my wife. He straight said he wont do it nor he will grant me credit for my bfst. Anyhow folks this guy was hella rude.

This property is located on Kuhio Ave and facing the back of the International Market Place. If you are looking for a central location to get to all of the other attractions, this is a great option. Walking distance to great food and Waikiki Beach is just 2 blocks away. Give serious consideration if your trip requires, great location, accessible, and affordable.

This property is well located, and the staff was very kind and considerate. The bar had fun and tasty drinks, and the restaurant had delicious options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner! One thing to note is that there is valet parking only. Overall, we had a fabulous time! 10/10!

Hotel was in a great location quick walk to Waikiki. Room was an accessible room and this worked great for us. Only downside was being on the 9th floor and only 3 lifts available for a wheelchair user. Became Increasing difficult to use when we lost power due to LaLa, we carried his wheelchair down and him!

This hotel was clean and in a very good location. However they tried throwing on a 500 dollar smoke and vape charge to my room. Where neither of us smoke or vape. It pretty much ruined an entire day of my trip because of how mad I was. I called the desk right away when I received the message and they said I had to come to the desk and fill out the form. So later that day I came to fill out the paper and it took another trip to the desk and about a day to hear back. And all the manger said is we will wave it this time. It better be waved every time because neither of us smoke. Not a good experience because of this entire situation.
