Don´t recommend it. Expensive and rude staff. They charge for resort fees that don't make any sense, The carpet smelled really bad and the front desk guy wanted to charge me for a late check out fee just because I was a few minutes past 11AM, even though I had to pack in the dark after the power went out because of Hurricane Lala. Except for the good location, nothing is good at this hotel.

I will not be staying at this place again. I purchased a pearl with a gold pendant worth over $200 for my daughter and it disappeared after room cleaning was done. When we reported it at the front desk, the cleaning staff said it was there prior to it going missing, which made us believe it was stolen by one of them. Only reason we didn’t file a police report was because we were short on time. Nothing against this place, but 10/10 would not recommend, especially leaving valuables in plain sight.

This is a lovely little hotel. On arrival staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was large and clean. We used the pool and hot tub which was sheltered and nicely set out. We only stayed one night but for the price it was fab and would stay again.
