Family-oriented wonderful flat with heated pool & BBQ | Water view | Next to the beach

This sublime oceanfront studio (We own two more in the same building, plus one down the road - email for more info!) is directly on the pristine white sands and serene blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico in exclusive Longboat Key, Florida! Located on the second floor, overlooking the heated pool and ocean, this dreamy studio condo is optimal for sunset viewing from a private lanai. Take a 30-second walk to the pool and onward to the secluded beach with loungers. Enjoy a relaxing vacation at our peaceful condo at The Beach on Longboat Key Resort! When you arrive, make your way to our condo, Unit 222, on the second floor, for optimal sunset viewing, dolphin observing, and manatee spotting...! The condo has a smart lock for smooth entry and exit. Each guest is assigned a secure, individualized 4-digit code (deleted upon departure!), allowing for 24/7 arrival/departure and freedom from carrying a key when on the beach...! Upon entering, you will walk through a small entryway to view the main living space! Our condo features a queen-size bed, along with a queen-size sleeper sofa for the extra members of your party - the little ones! There is a Smart television, with cable, for entertainment when you're not beaching it, along with a variety of reading material, board games, and children's toys. WiFi, of course, is available throughout! Also, there is a closet and chest of drawers for storing belongings for a quick weekend getaway or a month-long stay...! For family use, we have a Pack 'N Play - convenient! The kitchen, with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances (including dishwasher!), is fully stocked (coffee makers - drip and Keurig, blender, Tupperware, wine glasses, knife set, etc.) including everything you might need to cook meals in on the days you prefer not to dine out...! The bathroom features a combined tub and shower, which always comes in handy when traveling with children! Beyond the main living space is a large, private lanai, with high top table and two chairs, ideal for eating a meal or sipping a cocktail! There's also a lounge chair for kicking back and relaxing! The condo has both central heat and air. There is a smoke detector and fire extinguisher, as well. On property, there is a heated pool with deck, featuring lounge chairs. Pick up a beach umbrella and stroll (no need to cross a busy street!) to reach the private beach with more lounge chairs. No need to bring your own! A propane grill is on the lawn with grilling utensils in our unit! On the ground floor of The Beach complex, there is a free washer and dryer if needed during your trip. There is also a main dumpster for easy trash disposal. The best part of our condo is the direct, unobstructed ocean view and private beach access - just sublime! Notes: 1. Upon arrival, the condo will be prepared with fresh bed linens, bathroom towels, and beach towels. There will also be starter supplies of the following: Bathroom: - toilet paper - shampoo & conditioner - body wash - hand soap - hair dryer Kitchen: - paper towels - sponge - dish soap - dishwasher detergent - garbage bags - cleaning spray - aluminum foil - plastic storage bags - salt & pepper - olive oil - coffee filters (drip and Keurig!) - ice cube trays Closet: - laundry detergent - community washer and dryer on the ground floor of the complex - iron & ironing board - vacuum (for the sand!) - cooler Lanai: - sun umbrella - folding beach chairs Daily housekeeping service is not available unless you would like to request a mid-stay clean for an extra fee, through Housekeeping, which I can arrange for you...! Sometimes that can come in really handy! 2. For our condo, there is one parking spot available - park wherever you like within the lot! Due to the size of the parking lot, unfortunately, no guest cars or trailers can be accommodated because it will take a spot away from another condo. Towing will be enforced if a second spot is used. 3. Please note our condo is a 330 sq-ft studio best suited for one-two adults or one-two adults plus one-two small children in the sleeper sofa, and/or one in the Pack 'N Play, if needed. Unfortunately, we cannot accept reservations for over two adults due to sleeping arrangement comfort. If it is a unique situation, feel free to message me to discuss further. Thank you for your understanding! 4. The condo is located on the second floor... for a stunning view! At the complex, there are stairs, but no elevator. Fees: Cleaning Fee: $110 Tax Rate: 13% Contact me (Heidi!) to book: Pricing includes nightly rate (changes seasonally - and always flexible! I like to stay booked...!), cleaning fee ($110), 6% Sarasota County tax, and 7% Florida State tax. You can pay by check, Zelle, PayPal, or Venmo. A 10% deposit is required at booking, and the balance is due 30 days before arrival. Easy!
