The place was very nice, the weather gorgeous. Beds comfy. however during our stay the dryer was in disrepair as well as the garbage disposal. Probably maintenance would have prevented issues but clearly not maintained.False accusations were made about missing beach passes that we never take out of the plastic. Only after the booking and full payment do you receive extensive rules and threats regarding attorneys next door etc.I am regretting renting from this person after a six hour drive home and paying over 3k to rent for four nights. He is squabbling for repairs that I did not break and passes to be replaced that were carried in a sealed package and returned in sealed package.What a way to end the trip. Beware

Great rental! 8th street is a sneaky great street to be on. The beach was less crowded than neighboring streets, and access was super convenient. House was perfect for three generations, and the host provided the perfect level of communication to help us enjoy our stay without having to worry about anything. Would recommend for anyone looking to spend time in Brigantine.
