Stayed here based upon the ratings but not sure how they scored what they did. The rooms were just okay, not anything special. There is no housekeeping, towels are available at the front desk and you have to dispose of your own trash. There is the perk of the no charge use of washer and dryer and they do have laundry detergent available. We had rented a car and the parking is $40 a day. The guys (Jay, Greg, Mark) parking the cars are knowledgeable of the area and really friendly. They were the people we asked the most about were to eat dinner and always got a good recommendation. The room could have been cleaner. As the air vent was extremely dusty. One of the drawers had a dead water bug. The shower head was corroded but they replaced that on the second day we were there. The hotel is in a great location for dining and shopping but it’s a little noisier than we would have liked.

Property was within reasonable walking distance of most activities. It’s conveniently located to bus stops, as well as a Biki right by the property. There is an ABC store less than a block away if you need something simple. The biggest problem was no on-site eating and we didn’t see any vending machines. The pool was small, but we weren’t really there for the pool, as ocean and beach were the plan. The staff was very friendly. I didn’t need to use most of the amenities, as most of the vacation was planned. The Zen Garden was nice, it wasn’t busy when we used it. The area around the property wasn’t bad, a couple of the buildings look run down, but it was quiet and we didn’t really have any issues with noise. Like any city you will hear occasional sirens, but any place here will have that.

It is a downtown older building but well cared for. Service was great. The building is noisy, you can hear pipes banging-pinging all night long. Decent downtown location. Parking is easy, vallet was great. The place was clean.

The staff is amazing. They're so friendly and warm. I also loved having laundry on site! The parking is tough at $38 per night. A parking ticket is $35 😹 . We found some free parking nearby but there are parking rules. There isnt daily room service, but they provide extra towels and linens if you ask the front desk. I had such a great stay. The property is walking distance from Waikiki Beach and the shopping strip. I would definitely stay here again!!

This hotel was awesome i just wished i could self park for free or self park at a cheaper rate then 45 a night. I honestly thought it was free because how much i spent on the package deal from the flight, car and hotel. It was still nice to visit.

The suite was bigger than expected. Toaster, coffee maker, microwave/bar fridge and dishes/cutlery/glassware/stoage containers. Towels in request. Beach towels that you could actually take to the beach. Pool waa small. Wrist band access key that gives you discounts at restaurants. Construction in the area which obviously they can't control. Servicing one of the 3 elevator currently during the day but available after work hours. Pleasant concierge and activity planners. Small ABC shop half a block away. No restaurant in the hotel. Free laundry in hotel. Small gym included dumbell rack.

We enjoyed our 5 night stay at Club Wyndham. The kitchenette is stocked with plates, bowls, utensils, etc, so we could walk to ABC and buy groceries. There is a microwave, mini fridge, ironing board, iron, and blow dryer. Due to lack of parking areas in the Waikiki area, we did use the valet parking. They were friendly and got our car quickly. The beach is about a 10 minute walk. We would definitely stay at Club Wyndham again.

There is also this weird offer that is almost pushed on you to see another property in exchange for a $125 Amex card. I didnt go since I dont care about a gift card attached to a timeshare presentation, but, be warned. It is AGGRESSIVELY pushed!

This was a wonderful place to stay near but not on the regular tourist area in Waikiki. The amenities in the rooms were great: microwave, kitchen sink, fridge, toaster, big coffeemaker. The room was clean & products were all nice. I was really happy with this stay & I hope to go back!

The property was lovely, clean, accomdated all of our needs. The staff was most gracious...all the staff. I do wish check-in could be earlier than 4pm cuz it doesnt leave much room to be on time for 445 dinner reservations.Being from Texas, I didnt feel the AC was able to keep the room temp cool enough, however I would certainly visit this property again and recommend, mostly because the staff and location.

We stayed for 5 nights. We stayed very busy and were only at the hotel at night for the most part but the stay was wonderful. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are quiet, the amenities were great. I actually like that housekeeping doesn’t enter your room unless you ask them to for something. Definitely would stay here again!!

Staff were super accommodating. Great service. Rooster was irritating l, but not in the hotels control. We had a front corner studio, which gave a bit of an ocean view & was a bit larger. Most everything within walkin or Uber distance. We had a fantastic vacation.

I booked and paid in advance for my stay here several months in advance. The night before my stay I was contacted by email and was told they could not accommodate me. Even though I was paid in full several months before. I will never make a reservation at this place again. They moved me over to another one of their properties that is managed much better had no issue with them. If you're prepaying your stay do not stay here, you're not guaranteed anything

Great stay-awesome check-in at 6:30 am-got a pass key for media room, washrooms, a garden & work out room and valet checked our luggage. Went for a walk and breakfast and got our room at 9:30 am for a full check in. All this after a 10 hour flight from Sydney, Australia!

On the day of my arrival less than 5 hours before my check in, I received a call, not from the hotel itself but, rather a call center indicating that my reservation has been replaced or move to other hotel due to their “customers time share”. I booked this hotel and paid in full 8 month prior to my arrival but at the last minute I was told my reservation has been replace. They gave me the choice of taking the replacement or cancel the reservation. What other choice do I have when I’m already on my way and had reserved/planed my stay for 6 nights. I did not receive no email confirming these changes or agreed to any of this and I had to ask them to email it to me. And had to call the actual hotel to confirm if this was really happening. This was really inconvenient and unprofessional with business. I had always stayed with Wyndham due to their best customer service and how professional the hotel is handle. But this experience however has me puzzled, unsettling and that I was not as an important like their “time share customer”. I will be bringing my business elsewhere.

They gave me the choice of taking the replacement or cancel the reservation. What other choice do I have when I’m already on my way and had reserved/planed my stay for 6 nights. I did not receive no email confirming these changes or agreed to any of this and I had to ask them to email it to me. And had to call the actual hotel to confirm if this was really happening. This was really inconvenient and unprofessional with business. I had always stayed with Wyndham due to their best customer service and how professional the hotel is handle. But this experience however has me puzzled, unsettling and that I was not as an important like their “time share customer”. I will be bringing my business elsewhere.

Property was within reasonable walking distance of most activities. It’s conveniently located to bus stops, as well as a Biki right by the property. There is an ABC store less than a block away if you need something simple. The biggest problem was no on-site eating and we didn’t see any vending machines. The pool was small, but we weren’t really there for the pool, as ocean and beach were the plan. The staff was very friendly. I didn’t need to use most of the amenities, as most of the vacation was planned. The Zen Garden was nice, it wasn’t busy when we used it. The area around the property wasn’t bad, a couple of the buildings look run down, but it was quiet and we didn’t really have any issues with noise. Like any city you will hear occasional sirens, but any place here will have that.

It is a downtown older building but well cared for. Service was great. The building is noisy, you can hear pipes banging-pinging all night long. Decent downtown location. Parking is easy, vallet was great. The place was clean.

We enjoyed our 5 night stay at Club Wyndham. The kitchenette is stocked with plates, bowls, utensils, etc, so we could walk to ABC and buy groceries. There is a microwave, mini fridge, ironing board, iron, and blow dryer. Due to lack of parking areas in the Waikiki area, we did use the valet parking. They were friendly and got our car quickly. The beach is about a 10 minute walk. We would definitely stay at Club Wyndham again.

This was a wonderful place to stay near but not on the regular tourist area in Waikiki. The amenities in the rooms were great: microwave, kitchen sink, fridge, toaster, big coffeemaker. The room was clean & products were all nice. I was really happy with this stay & I hope to go back!

Beach towels that you could actually take to the beach. Pool waa small. Wrist band access key that gives you discounts at restaurants. Construction in the area which obviously they can't control.
