This hotel continues to falsely advertise that the hotel stay includes a “complimentary breakfast”. This was part of the reason why we booked the room. This morning upon direct inquiry with the hotel staff, they openly verbally admitted: “We have not updated our website or third-party booking profiles since COVID (7 years ago)”. Beware when booking this hotel. It is a run-down hotel, with deceptive operating practices, with a lot of deferred maintenance. The hotel operators have made a choice to squeeze a few extra dollars of revenue out of the naive tourist, all to detriment of the customer experience.

The room was clean but could use some updating. There is always coffee and water available in the lobby.

This is an older hotel, and it is seriously in need of a makeover. The room was small. The bed was very old and super uncomfortable. The bathroom was very small, too. I was there 6 nights, but my room was cleaned and sheets changed only once. There is no restaurant or even grab and go for snacks or water. The pool was tiny and the area around it kinda run down and no sun. Street noise was very loud most of the night. Wasn’t super clean. Paint was chipping and was patched. I wouldn’t stay again.
