Staff were amazing and accommodating. The problem I had was with the overall payment system. Since we didn’t sign “in time” we had to use another card for payment. While the first card had the money taken out and withheld for a week. Very frustrating and disappointing. Also the $63/day for valet? That’s crazy! Our “upgrade” though was an awesome treat, it was kind of disappointing of the room. If that was our upgrade I would have hate to see what we originally booked for. Overall a mediocre experience by the systems of the hotel, not people who works there.

The worst Marriott experiment in my life, moved rooms 3 times since AC did not work and on the second day the elevator did not work and we are senior citizens and handicapped so we could not go down 9 floors of stairs and had to miss our excision which was a loss of $500 since it was not refundable

Sheets were filthy. There was hair and stains all over. It was obvious that the bed was not done at all before they let us occupy that room. It was so disgusting! Front desk did not even offer to move us to a different room. Changing sheets at 1 AM CA time after a long travel was the last thing on my mind.
