Excellent location! As a solo female, i felt very safe. The room was nice, comfortable, and had everything I needed. It's a converted house to studio rooms that are not very sound proof. The parking is a bit tight if you don't have a small car. Other than that, it's a great place to stay. I would stay again.

We never checked in because we couldn't find a place to park. Their amenities list "Free parking on site" which is totally misleading. It's on a narrow one way street in a residential neighborhood so "ample" on street parking is misleading as well. Maybe you should do little more due diligence before listing a place as a hotel.

As shown in all the pictures, the rooms are quite small, but very efficient and extremely clean. There is a kitchen, but with limited supplies and no seasonings- salt, pepper, etc. The location can’t be beat! Check in and out or easy. Parking was a bit of a challenge, but we made it work. Please note when booking you do not get the exact room selected.

Great location! Walkable distance to many shops and restaurants. very safe. Although no staff on site, I sent a text asking for more towels and was delivered very quickly. Only negative is that there are only three parking parking spots for parallel parking in the back of the building. Extremely difficult to get in and out of unless you have a compact car. Would definitely stay again, but would utilize parking garage.

The person on duty to let us in was unreachable. The temperature was in the high nineties as we struggled to reach someone. Forunately, th emergency number woked and that individual was extremely nice and accommodating. We would not have chosen h property had we known we would be placed on the top floor. We are over 80 and had to struggle dragging our suitcases up the stairs. Our car was damaged trying to enter and exit one of the only parking spaces available. If it were not for the very nice gentleman on emergency backup we would have simply left and forfeited our payment.

Place was clean and comfy. Conviently located . Bed and pillows were great. Nice to have a choice of pillows 😊. Kitchen was accommodating. Great to have our puppy with us. Parking was not easy but not much they could do about that. Mold in shower Only 2 towels provided , without laundering a few more would have been nice. Air conditioner loud so we cleaned the filter ( needed it)

Very thin walls. The sink faucet had fungi on it. The heater/ac unit was super loud. As was the bathroom vent- sounded broken. The stove top was unusable- the heating elements did not fit this pots/pans sat at a substantial angle. That was quite ridiculous and very unsafe. It was generally clean and the location was good for my needs. The exterior back steps were covered in salt dust and salt chunks. Paint the exterior to fit into the neighborhood. The look of grey vinyl looks trashy.

I love the area. The staff is amazing and very professional. They are also very kind and empathic. I’m grateful to stay here and for the experience. The rooms are extremely clean and modern. It’s very nice here and I would advise staying! I will definitely be back.

Good property. Small but clean and modern. The auto lock on the door was tricky to operate and no one responded to my message when I initially texted them. Could have been a HUGE problem if I hadn't figured out the lock on my own.

The property manager was super attentive and even gave up his parking spot for us! The room was lovely. Very clean and so convenient to all the shops and restaurants. Will definitely stay here again!
