Parts of the hotel seemed very run down. Our room was clean.

The staff were very friendly, which made me want to visit again in the future. It was also very convenient to have a Starbucks inside the hotel, the parking was easy, and the bed in the room was very comfortable. However, I was disappointed that there was no complimentary water provided. Also, starting around 8 AM, the housekeeping staff kept knocking on the door, which startled me while I was taking a shower.

Toilet was broken. Had to call someone to fix it.

Wasn’t find my reservation there and didn’t stay

One observation to share is that when one leaves their room there is no signage to show where the ice machines or vending machines are. Or where the Fire Exits are? Granted, that once a hallway is full of smoke there is no visibility. But it seems very barren to walk down hotel hallways and there is not signage for important needs. And yes, at the end of the hallways there are Fire Exit signs.
