Perfetta location sul porto a 4 minuti di cammino dallo sbarco dei traghetti. Una piscina do ac1ua termale all'aperto ed una interna con odrpmassaggio e sauna. Colazione ricca e staff molto gentile. Le camere avrebbero bispgno di uno restyle ma sono abbastanza confortevoli. La piscina termale interna ha visto anni migliori certamente ma funzionante.

This was my second time staying here. They upgraded me to a superior room with large terrace and views of the port, which was really nice. The hotel has great views of all the boats and a convenient location. I love the rooftop pool too. Breakfast is big and plentiful, with a reasonable number of savory options. The decor is a bit dated and after four days, you wished the bed was a little more comfortable, but overall it's a great hotel that is correctly priced. I will happily stay again.

Great Hotel. Great Amenities: 2 pools, one outdoor on the roof and a thermal indoor pool. Area is great, close to bus station and the harbour. The staff was great and always willing to help.

The property is worn and tired. The in-room baths have mold in the tubs and showers. The bedspreads are thin and old. Likely due to its proximity to the harbor, the rooms are damp and a bit musty. People using the thermal bath did not observe the mandatory cap requirement nor was the quiet/relaxing atmosphere enforced. The staff was pleasant enough but can't overcome the lack of upkeep on the property. I stayed here 15 years ago and found it lovely. This stay.will be my last.

The hotel is in an excellent location within walking distance to ferries ,shopping ,restaurants, and beach. The views are beautiful from the hotel. The breakfasts are delicious and plentiful!The thermal outdoor pool and the indoor hot pool and jets are wonderful! The staff are all so friendly and helpful. We visit Ischia every year and always stay at the Aragona.

Wonderful hotel in ideal port location, with good breakfast and great service. Most wonderful relaxing hot springs and pool as well as high-up gardens with stunning view of Ischia island.

All the staff were brilliant. Reception is covered by Jean Carlo, Martina and Jelena. They were very helpful and friendly. Happy in their work. Luigi the bar tender was very good and looked after us. 'Colombo' pool cleaner and room cleaner with all the cleaning team were very friendly and helpful. The room and hotel was spotless. Vito the chef makes the best scrambled eggs ever, Vincenzo the maitre looks after the dining area with the loveliest ladies who are on hand to provide for your needs. I had a massage which was amazing. Imma and Nicoletta both very experienced and very respectful. The hotel is very comfortable and has wonderful views of Ischia porto. Many restaurants in walking distance. We stayed 11 days and ate in a different place each night.

Staff members were exceptionally helpful! Place is clean and well maintained with great location and fabulous facilities!

Room smelled like mould. Staff and service was great. We stay in 307.

I loved the location right at the port..walking distance to restaurants,cafes and transportation close by.The staff helpful and friendly...Hotel very clean as well as my room. However, the bathroom could use some refreshing as the bathroom fixtures and shower stall should be replaced.

The staff and the location were great. The room had a terrace and a wonderful view. The bathroom had an odor around the toilet area. It was a little small and the door opened onto the toilet. The walls of the shower had mold in the grout which could have been cleaned up with a little bleach spray. The hotel was in a good spot with restaurants out the door and to the right which made it convenient. Out the door and to the left the shop area was located.

Perfect location for the ferry port and surrounded by multiple restaurants, shops and 5 minute walk to the beach. Staff were very helpful and the hotel itself was spotless. Nice and cool tiled floor for the heat! Great breakfast included too. A fantastic stay. Can’t wait to go back.

Typical Italian hotel. We were welcomed when we arrived early from our ferry ( within walking distance) and given our room, we’d booked one with a harbour view and patio. When we got to the room I found the toilet seat was broken, the excellent reception gentleman offered me another room while we waited for it to be repaired, in actual fact the maintenance man arrived within 10 minutes and replaced the seat so no need. Room very spacious as was the bathroom. Very clean and maid service with fresh towels and linen each day. Bed was very hard as was the single chair and the patio furniture outside, our backs really felt the hardness, could do with a mattress topper. Lovely view of harbour from patio. Air conditioning worked well and was needed as we were there for 5 days in the acute heatwave where the outside temperature was well over 35 each day! Downstairs was also air conditioned and breakfast each day was great. Limited hot food and an abundance of cold meats, cheeses,fruit, yoghurt and cakes Aragon’s palace aperol spritzers were the best on the island! Samples from the downstairs bar and the rooftop terrace! Would recommend this hotel to anybody, top marks

Hotel bello e pulito. Camera spaziosa con terrazzino vista porto. Ottimo il ristorante dove ho apprezzato il buffet di antipasti e di dolci.

Would never say it’s a 4star hotel. After 2 poor nights sleep was glad to get away, zero air conditioning working throughout the building. Very dated although most Italian hotels are. Had to ring reception regarding the aircon in which they just provided a stand alone fan. Staff was friendly but room/hotel very poor.

We are just back from visit to Ischia and our stay at the Aragona Palace Hotel was the perfect base for our first, but not last, visit to this beautiful island. The hotel is ideally situated within easy walking distance of local amenities, such as restaurants, shopping and the beach, and transport links to get around the island. The hotel itself has a full range of facilities, with great food and ever helpful and friendly staff. Our room was clean and comfortable with a a view over the harbour.

Lovely hotel, great balcony view of the harbor and walking distance to everything!

Hotel is in a fantastic location and the staff were excellent! However the hotel is a bit run down and the rooms aren’t great where you can noticeably hear the other rooms as if they were in your room at times

The location was very close to the ferries and close to many shops. We loved the outdoor thermal pool and patios! It was were very nice and relaxing. Staff was professional and helpful. Martina at front desk was always smiling and happy to see us:) The buffet breakfast lacked a variety of fresh fruit, otherwise it had a good selection of croissants, cakes and breads! I would return:)

I booked this hotel a few minutes before I checked in to the hotel due to complications at another hotel.. When I got to the hotel I was so tired and just wanted to rest. The staff at the Front desk was wonderful and welcoming.They checked me in very fast and even upgraded my room and then helped me with my luggage..They were so kind and I was overwhelmed by their thoughtfulness..I slept wonderfully in the clean, comfortable bed, and even was able to enjoy the view of the harbor from my balcony as the room had a harbor view..The next morning I had a very nice breakfast and again the front desk was so helpful and kind..They printed my ferry ticket for me and put it in a plastic cover. And when I checked out they held my luggage for me until the afternoon when my ferry left. I could have used the pool for the day if weather permitted but it was a little rainy that day..I did have drinks at their bar over looking the Marina and again the staff there was so kind and understood my terrible Italian . When I return I will stay there again and they do have another hotel down the street with thermal waters and beautiful pools..If the staff at that hotel is anything like the staff here I would like to stay there as well..I felt safe and comfortable and appreciated for my business..I have to say that staying in this place that just happened by chance was absolutely my best stay in all of Italy.. Everyone was professional and more importantly kind and patient..Thank You for a great rest.

The staff was very accommodating. Due to a train strike they helped us book bus tickets to get back to Rome. We had a very early departure from the hotel and was provided a take away breakfast plus lunch bag. Which was greatly appreciated. Thank you Aragona front desk and server staff.

Clean room, friendly staff, very close to ferry dock and a view of the harbor

The hotel was wonderful , the staff were so friendly and always happy to help with any questions . Breakfast had a good choice of options and the hotel was so clean. Our bedroom had a lovely balcony with views over the harbour, lovely big bedroom with one of the best clothes storage wardrobes we have ever encountered in all our years of staying in Italy. The rooftop pool and outside terraces were a lovely place to relax in with beautiful views . The location is convenient for everything . Would highly recommend the hotel and we will definitely return .

Nice hotel in close proximity to many dining options. Walkable from the port and to Aragonese Castle. Parking is off site but we were thankful for that option anyway - the town is tiny. Very nice stuff at the reception

Location is excellent. Less than 10 minute walk from the ferry and easy access to shops, bars and restaurants!

The hotel is in a very convenient location walking distance from the port, to the beach, dining, shopping, some attractions and close to central bus station. The breakfast buffet has limited options. Overall it was a good experience and the staff were friendly, courteous and able to provide assistance.

We really enjoyed our Honeymoon stay at Aragona! The location in the port is super convenient for the ferry and you are very close to lots of dining options as well as shopping. The breakfast buffet was great and we really enjoyed the view of the port from the rooftop heated pool. The staff was very friendly to us Americans and made sure we felt very welcomed! Thank you Aragona for the memories

The hotel was close to the port which was great. It saved us taxi money. It was also so close to the beautiful shopping district and many restaurants. The staff was very helpful and attentive. The veeakfast buffet was impeccable. The only downside (and it was a big one for us) was the loud music playing to the late hours of the night from the bar across the street. We couldnt sleep. It was absolutely unberable.
