The hotel in general was nice, clean and well maintained, however our room was below satisfaction, very small, the bathroom was very small and dated, difficult to use the shower as it was so small. The room felt very run down, cracked tiles and stained walls, aircon was poor. The terrace was enclosed with the walls of other terraces so no view. This area was also very run down, nothing like the photos listed. The rest of the hotel was pleasant though and staff very helpful. You need to wear a swim cap in the pool so these had to be purchased. Unfortunately wouldn’t return here because of the room condition. It’s a good base to explore Ischia if you don’t mind the room conditions, as it’s a good location.

I reserved 3 rooms. They did accommodate my request for ground level for one. However the a/c in the other 2 rooms did not work. It was not fixed during our stay resulting in the time in the rooms very uncomfortable. The pool area and breakfast was nice. Location was good

O quarto era limpo e o café da manhã era bem gostoso. O único inconveniente eram alguns funcionários do hotel que eram mal humorados e bastante ríspidos, principalmente os que trabalhavam no bar da piscina. Essa energia não combina com um hotel de praia e que recebe pessoas de férias.

Rent och fint hotell med en liten pool. Personalen var väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam. Vi saknade lite bekvämligheter på rummet som t ex vinglas, vattenkokare eller kaffemaskin. Dessutom saknar hotellet en mysig lounge med en bar där man kan hänga efter en dag på stranden. Poolen var också väldigt regelstyrd: alla måste ha badmössa, barnen fick inte leka osv. Man kände sig inte riktigt välkommen till poolen, tyvärr.
