We just came back from spending a few days here.The place was cute and cozy, and we enjoyed ourselves despite the frigid temperatures. The lobby was a great place to hang with fun puzzles and games. The staff were very friendly, the restaurant and bar were very good for dinner. The proximity to mountain was great. And the ski locker was very helpful. The views are beautiful as well. Few of our complaints were: The lobby area could have used a little more tidying throughout out the day as there were drinks left around and pillows un sorted. The hotel had a very strange odor especially in the basement "playroom" area. That area is also very underwhelming for the kids to enjoy. Could use better lighting and equipment. There were many rules that seemed unnecessary. And unfortunately they were understaffed so rooms weren't ready and cleaned at check in and were not cleaned during stay. In all, I would recommend staying here as I believe they are working out their kinks since the renovation and it really is cute and great location!!

Would highly recommend for a family ski trip! Every person we met was very friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean, beds were really comfortable and the room was plenty big enough. Had a ski in ski out room which I would highly recommend is possible. With the room came a reserved parking space in the lot. Left our skis outside the door. Breakfast in the morning was excellent, bacon, eggs, pancakes, yogurt, cereal, bagels, etc. You won’t be disappointed.

Best part of the Lodge is their staff and location we had ski in and out for Bromley mountain. Hotel is older and gear toward families. No pool or hot tub, gym or sauna. Breakfast is included and small bar that opens on weekends?

The lobby and lounge area is very big and comfortable. Nice sitting in front of a wood fire and playing pool later. Basement rec room is big with a pool table.

The rooms were just plain outdated but had microwave&a fridge. But when my kids were to use the tub, it didnt seem so clean and also, the tissues were not replaced which made me wonder if they even cleaned the bathroom in general. If not skiing at bromley for the price I dont think its worth it. Although if skiing at bromley it is right next to it. The continental breakfast also had a bagel, white/wheat breat , yogurt , apples and boiled eggs , coffee and juices and that was it which to me was very disappointing.

The property is a little dated, but quant. Hallways are loud late at night. Got woken up a couple of times and we were in an end room. Went to the bar area to get a little snack and relax before we needed to get to our destination. The drinks were ehhhh, it wasnt a complicated drink but had to tell the bartender several times what we wanted. Ordered a pizza, some chili and mac and cheese. Got the pizza after a long wait for what was the size of a personal pan pizza and wasnt very good. Still waiting for the rest to come, we finally went to the bar and paid for our food, and yes even the stuff we didnt get and walked out. Hopefully someone got to enjoy our chili and mac n cheese. Not a huge deal, would probably stay again...the view is amazing there.

We returned to Vermont to celebrate my wife’s birthday, my daughter’s birthday, and her very first ski adventure. We had an amazing stay at the Sun Lodge, which exceeded our expectations. Their staff was absolutely wonderful—attentive, kind, and incredibly helpful, even when we encountered a few small issues. They went out of their way to ensure our experience was nothing short of exceptional. The room was very clean and had a great view of the mountains, the front desk staff was nice and accommodating and the attached restaurant was a great option for dinner. I’ll definitely stay here again the next time I’m in the area.

We returned to Vermont to celebrate my wife’s birthday, my daughter’s birthday, and her very first ski adventure. We had an amazing stay at the Sun Lodge, which exceeded our expectations. Their staff was absolutely wonderful—attentive, kind, and incredibly helpful, even when we encountered a few small issues. They went out of their way to ensure our experience was nothing short of exceptional. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else when visiting Bromley Mountain for skiing or simply enjoying the breathtaking views of the valley. M. Jones

My partner and I had an excellent stay. This hotel has such a friendly staff and is very accommodating. It was the first time I ever stayed at a place where it was ski in and ski off. It was also very cozy. We will be back again!!

Would highly recommend for a family ski trip! Every person we met was very friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean, beds were really comfortable and the room was plenty big enough. Had a ski in ski out room which I would highly recommend is possible. With the room came a reserved parking space in the lot. Left our skis outside the door. Breakfast in the morning was excellent, bacon, eggs, pancakes, yogurt, cereal, bagels, etc. You won’t be disappointed.

The rooms were just plain outdated but had microwave&a fridge. But when my kids were to use the tub, it didnt seem so clean and also, the tissues were not replaced which made me wonder if they even cleaned the bathroom in general. If not skiing at bromley for the price I dont think its worth it. Although if skiing at bromley it is right next to it. The continental breakfast also had a bagel, white/wheat breat , yogurt , apples and boiled eggs , coffee and juices and that was it which to me was very disappointing.

The property is a little dated, but quant. Hallways are loud late at night. Got woken up a couple of times and we were in an end room. Went to the bar area to get a little snack and relax before we needed to get to our destination. The drinks were ehhhh, it wasnt a complicated drink but had to tell the bartender several times what we wanted. Ordered a pizza, some chili and mac and cheese. Got the pizza after a long wait for what was the size of a personal pan pizza and wasnt very good. Still waiting for the rest to come, we finally went to the bar and paid for our food, and yes even the stuff we didnt get and walked out. Hopefully someone got to enjoy our chili and mac n cheese. Not a huge deal, would probably stay again...the view is amazing there.

Best part of the Lodge is their staff and location we had ski in and out for Bromley mountain. Hotel is older and gear toward families. No pool or hot tub, gym or sauna. Breakfast is included and small bar that opens on weekends?

I understand this motel is getting remodeled soon but it shouldn’t even be open, just poor overall. The staff was the best part. Continental breakfast is included but try to sell you on an up charge breakfast for $10 extra a person which is not worth it…my pancakes were raw. Food was just awful. Maybe I’ll try again after remodel but this place is over priced and just not worth the money.
