Deante was the absolute BEST front desk clerk! Wonderful interpersonal skills! The property was very nice and clean. The pool was peaceful and clean! The breakfast was amazing as well! Overall, an excellent stay!

This hotel had amazing staff that was extremely friendly. Even the ladies working the breakfast area was nice and not rude like other places we have stayed. The pool was like a private oasis which was really nice.

It was an excellently run facility. I had several exchanges with the manager, who was superlative. The breakfast was an excellent attempt, but serving pre-fixed food can be only so good. It was clean, well stocked and the staff pleasant. I would unconditionally recommend the hotel

I liked the breakfast because there was a variety. The staff in the breakfast area were courteous and helpful. I did not like that there were small bugs crawling on the bathroom floor. I did not like the fact that the room smelled musty which I assumed was from the carpeting which looked dirty.

My 3 night stay was great! The room was clean and was cleaned daily. It was also very spacious with a fridge, microwave and coffee station. The staff was friendly as well. I would stay here again!

I will say this when you enter everything is amazing it looks so token care of.. but wait .. Saturday I woke up to my hand being swollen, I took pictures.. Sunday morning, more part of body had been bit by something.. Monday morning at 3am I found bed bugs! I put one inside a container and took it to the front desk! Needless to say someone said they would be investigating and I’ve yet to have a call back or email. & I also sent pictures of everything including incident reports

A paid option to check in early would be great. I was unable to check in early and when I did, there was a dirty cup under the bed, and the carpet did not seem to have been vacuumed. Everything else appeared clean except the microwave door.

Our room was clean but smelled old and tired. I would suggest a refresh of the flooring SOON! The lobby furniture needs refreshing too. The breakfast and staff were very nice and kind. One thing that astounded me was there was NO drinking water unless you purchased it! I felt Holiday Inn Express would do better than this.

WiFi/internet did not work until the day of check out. Was traveling while needing to work and was unable to fue to this. Asked for someone to contact me about concession or to discuss inconvenience and loss of a day of pay due to this and did not receive. The facility itself was in nice condition, looked and smelled very clean which I appreciate but had to deal with ants in room and spider webs, bugs and other not nice things to look at when opening the blinds. Pool was nice as well. Pretty quiet for most part and would consider staying here again if compensated for my inconveniences.

Pros: Hotel is nice, convenient to Six Flags and other parks I was visiting for trip, room was comfortable and quiet, and the amenities and breakfast options were excellent. The microwave, refrigerator, and wet bar are a plus as it’s great for dinners or heating leftovers!! Bathroom was clean, plenty of towels and shower was great after long days of visiting parks! Bed was comfortable, very soft and made (sleeping in) Heaven! AC was awesome for white noise and kept room comfortable!! Cons: little noisy from other guests, but in a place away from home, expect that (stomping, bumping the walls, etc.). Also an issue with the area: the parks I went to and certain areas inside the parks smelled like strong weed or marijuana and the odor was unpleasant. I understand no control over that, but just something to be aware of: certain smells offend!! I enjoy these mini trips, but may consider something better in future. My trip was fun, and I thank the Hotel for offering me a place for a few nights to rest and relax and for placing quality in guest comfort and safety first!!

Everything about the stay was as expect. However, my room was directly under the general gathering area in the lobby. I'm an incredibly sound sleeper, but the chairs on the hard floor kept me up and woke me up earlier than I needed to be up. Most hotels have better insulation or use that space for cleaning and/or storage. Next time I'll be asking where the room is exactly.

I felt discriminated against for my disability I have an emotional support animal and before I could show any of my documents the the female at the counter immediately told me my pet was not allowed even though the state allows reasonable accommodations for emotional support. when I tried to let her know that I had papers and was willing to provide them even though laws state I do not have to she continued to turn me away. Never once looked at my paperwork. I had to put my pet in boarding which was very difficult for me because I was in town for a wedding and had already paid my hotel fair. she offered to refund my money but was not good for me because it would not have been available for me to go purchase another hotel. These experience has scarred me and I have been a loyal customer with IHG but I will never stay at another IHG again.

We needed a place to stay a few days and Holliday Inn Express was right where we needed to be. The building is like new and the staff was awesome. They were friendly and professional. The room was big and had everything we needed to make our stay very comfortable. My family and I sometimes travel and we'd look for the most inexpensive places to stay but the sacrifices are not worth it. We got excellent bang for our buck here at the Holliday Inn Express and we plan on using them for our vacations from now on.

The hotel was very clean and convenient. The clerk at check in was extremely knowledgeable and provided everything to make our stay comfortable. I informed the clerk that we had reserved another night under a separate reservation and was wondering if we would have to check out and change rooms the next morning. She emphatically state that we would not be required to check out. We only needed to come to the front desk the next morning and they would take care of the check in for the next night and we would not be required to change rooms. Unfortunately that was not what happened when we were headed to our meeting at 9:30am. We were told that we would have to change rooms since the room we reserved was not available. However, we did not have time to clear out of the room and check in another room since the room we had was already assigned to someone else. We cancelled that reservation and found accommodations elsewhere.

I was really taken aback at how KIND the staff was! Had a problem with the television in my room and the gentleman at the desk was just so patient. The young lady who was at the reception desk couldn't have been more helpful. Please keep hiring people of this caliber. They make traveling pleasant when you are away from home. Thank you!

The room and the entire hotel was very clean and the staff was always courteous, friendly, and helpful. The only exception was the night clerk who checked us in -- he was distant and cool as if we were bothering him and he got mildly irritated if I asked question about the document he asked me to sign concerning liability for any damages. If not for his poor attitude, I would have given the hotel an excellent rating.
