Would not have eaten there. No pool. Left the hotel the minute I saw the horrendous condition of the hotel. We went to another Residence Inn in Nils.

I was lied too and told that my room was canceled when I have proof I had to go through my insurance to get compensation. Plus staff harassed my minor children at breakfast and limited them to what they were able to eat

Room was fine Pool wasn’t working which we didn’t know had 7 children between us that we thought they could swim Check in wasn’t charged 2 cards for us and no one at front desk could correct it We are still waiting
