Super ridiculous place to stay, there's a microwave in fridge in the room and the guy tells you not to have any food in your room..... Like what???

The property itself was run down. I had to ring the bell several times to get service and a staff member tried to enter our room without even knocking first. Also the neighbors were rude and very loud and kept waking my 2 yr old child. Also, the people that ran the place had a small child that did NOT understand boundaries and made my child VERY uncomfortable. The beds lacked comfort and the overall conditions of this establishment just gave a sketchy vibe. They also charged us a $102 deposit BEFORE we even checked into the hotel. Will not be staying here again.

I hate leaving a review like this but, it’s absolutely necessary. Keep in mind, I have stayed at this property many times over a five year period. I was very disturbed upon our arrival 1/1/24. When we arrived to the property, we rang a bell for the attendant to check us into our rooms which isn’t so unusual but, we never seen him again. No attendant or security staff ever seen again at the front desk or elsewhere on the property. The doors to the front office and hotel were left completely unlocked, unattended and unsecured the entire time. Even the door lock mechanisms were missing for anyone to walk in and do a “stick up” to rob guests, room to room. It was like a ghost town hotel, nothing was operable. The coke and ice machines were all rusted out, didn’t work. We had to search for someone to get ice and when the guy got us ice from the office supply room, we watched him get our ice with his bare hands. Sorry but, I have no clue where his hands have been. The room itself was ok but in cleanliness, it wasn’t a fail, hadn’t been cleaned and disinfected. There was dust all over including in the ice bucket, dirt accumulation on the light switches that I had to wipe down with a Lysol wipe, there was pubic hairs in our shower and drops of blood on the floor. You can tell the shower curtain hadn't seen Clorox ever in its existence. It was a very uneasy stay and so sad. This hotel use to be filled with guests, attendants, maintenance and cleaning personal on the property.

Upon chekin, had to wait several .ins for clerk to return. Dismal breakgadt selection. Teo story, no elevator.

A/C not working well, it was 105 degrees, wasnt told about it. Beverage machibe n ice machibe not working

Did not end up staying the hotel was being remodel it was hot a horrible mess the room was not clean that i was showed i left i told the man at desk i was not staying i booked online went to other hotel now i have work on getting money back WORST NIGHTMARE EVER. Didn't take pic.

We had a late arrival 4:30-5 pm.When we walked into the lobby it smelled of Marijuana and the Place was dirty! The vending machines were shoved into a corner and the were empty. I had asked for a downstairs room i am disabled but not in a wheelchair, are reservations said only 1 night. So i gave them my itinerary and we were given a room upstairs! No elevator! We get to our room and it's not even cleaned! The cleaning lady&her husband didn't speak any English, so it was difficult to communicate. They tried leaving dirty sheets and blankets on the beds. I took everything off the beds and asked for clean one's. I had to go purchase my own towels and cleaning supplies and clean the room myself & the beds.. Laundry facilities were out of order. The bathtub was filthy we had to wear flipflpos to shower ..there was poop on the toilet and food in the fridge. Everything else was booked and we we're exhausted. I will Never use this company again.

The employee on duty was very friendly checking me in. I am a woman and I traveled alone and felt completely safe. The parking lot is well lit at night and after 11 you have to use your key card to get in the building. The AC gets freezing cold, but it did take a little while to kick in. All in all, I had a great stay and I’ll be coming back here if I’m ever in Ada again!

There wasn’t any carpet in the hallways, the ice machine wasn’t working, the AC in the room didn’t work well. The hotel manager even called me after we checked out and accused us of peeing in the bed. It was the oddest experience we’ve ever had with a hotel. We will NOT be staying here again. I wondered why our car was the only one in the parking lot but now it all makes sense. This place is trashy and unorganized.

The price was right and the staff was courteous. I do not have a elevator but thats OK.

This place was extremely dirty. There was no place that had been cleaned. I had to take sanitizer and clean the bathroom before I would allow anyone to use it. I had to place a towel in the bathtub before using it. I have pictures if you want them.

Roaches and very loud

The first room we were in had hair on the sheets, the floor not mopped, marijuana residue on the bed and on the tile floor and burn marks on the sheets. This was supposed to be a nonsmoking room. We switched rooms. The next had stains all over the fitted sheet and the bathtub was dirty. We did not shower. My wife slept in a blanket we had with us and we got the hell out of there as quick as we could the next morning. Will never, ever stay there again. The live-in manager was a grumpy old man. Didn't even think about eating breakfast there.

I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. Staff was NEVER available. Room was dirty. Had no hot water to shower.

Do not stay here! Got a room where the bed had bed bugs. Got up around midnight itching and had boils on my arms and saw bed bugs retrieving to the side of the bed when i turned on the lights. Complained to the front desk around midnight because i woke up , guy did not know what to do. Ask if i can just get another room because was too late to look for another hotel. When we got to another room we heard noise from the old room as someone cleaning and moving stuff around.The next morning I asked for just a partial refund back. They declined and said they will just give me a discount next time. I was told i would need to show proof next time. I have bite marks all over my arms and pictures of the bugs is that proof enough?! When driving out noticed a bunch of mattresses out in the dumpster. Out of money for such an experience. Never again.

I almost asked for a refund and look for a different hotel. The staff was friendly but the room smelled like chemicals, there was a puddle of some liquid in the floor and one of the towels in the room had a dirty shoe print on it. I would not stay here again. We chose not to try the free breakfast so I’m not sure how that was.

Checking in was easy. She was really nice, but when we got to the room, there were still mud on the floor and in two of the drawers beside the air conditioner there was lots of mud all dried up and in the bottom drawer was there smoke detector instead of it being on the wall, the way it was supposed to be it was stuffed in the drawer whether the attendant did it or the last customer did it just goes to show that they’re not checking the drawers

this was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Actually, scratch that. The room was so filthy and disgusting, that I forced my pregnant wife to sleep in the car rather than stay in this room. Do not stay here.

Hair in the bathtub, something on the toilet, two five dollar bills on the floor behind the bathroom door and a smudge where someone had kissed the mirror to name a few things. Breakfast consisted of a choice of cereal, waffles or bread. No coffee even before 6 am. An attendant was rarely around. Bed was comfortable though.

The room was fine and the guy at the front desk was fine. But you get what you get when you go with a cheap hotel. People were running up and down the halls at 2 AM, one of them yanked the fire alarm, and there was a train blowing its horn every 30 minutes throughout the night.

Just OK for me. Breakfast was meager. Quiet and slept well. Not the cleanest but not the worst either. Just OK.

AC was good, didnt eat breakfast. TV didnt work, phone in room dudnt work, toilet wouldnt flush, bathroom sink leaked, bathroom counter needed to be recaulked, wires hanging out of the ceiling. Pillows were not very comfortable

The bed was comfortable, & bedding was clean. The staff was courteous. The property was cleanish. The negatives - the place was loud, towels were in poor shape, & needed blackout curtains. A little overpriced

It’s an okay place for a one night.

The hotel seem to be remodeled. The hotel is very noisy and the walls are thin. I was supposed to stay 4 nights, I left the second night. I killed flies the first night and they just kept coming fast as I could kill them so between flies and the noise I just left.

Visited on 4/18/25. Didn’t like the customer service experience that was received from the receptionist on duty. Called ahead for a legitimate question regarding the WiFi and the receptionist gave snarky responses. When our stay was over (hours after leaving the premises) I called the hotel again before showing up regarding two items that were accidentally left behind but the receptionist was no help and acted like they didn’t understand what I was saying. If I ever visit the area again I won’t book this location ever again.

It was a pleasure stay and my only complaint was the way the staff was about me over sleeping and the house keepers waking me up for check out totally rude and just pissed me off waking up to such nonsense we’ve all over slept it’s not like I was five hours late like 10 min

I booked 2 rooms for our staff over the weekend. Rooms were disgusting. They were dirty, smelled like smoke, and the furniture was just pushed randomly around the rooms. The shower water was barely luke warm. The man at the counter is beyond rude. He actually hung up on me when I called to let them know the room conditions. Overall horrible experience. Will never go back.

They didn’t bother to call us and let us know, by this time all the hotels were booked and we had to drive 50 miles further away to get a room. The property appeared very run down on the outside as there was trash scattered and there were people standing around smoking pot at the doorway. This hotel is not ran by Americans

There was creepy people that live there that were outside whenever you came out whenever you came out to smoke a cigarette or get into your vehicle

For the price it was great. However, the breakfast was not good. I hate it when hotels use breakfast as a feature and then not have anything worth eating. But otherwise the hotel is a very good value.
