The room itself was fine, I'd stay again based on that. Unfortunately, there are other factors that will probably keep me from staying again. There's no elevator, the parking lot could use some repair as my child fell and got hurt due to a pot hole. The breakfast was scarce, but tasty. The outside of the property could just use a makeover for sure. We booked for 6 guests and there weren't enough towels and washcloths for us all. No convenient vending options and the ice was on the ground floor. We had a good stay and the price was decent, it just wasn't as accessible as I'd hoped.

The beds were comfy, easy to check in, safe area, rooms were clean. Couldn't take a bath because the shower head came on no matter what. There was a worn hole in the carpet. A/C unit didn't cool much. No elevators, no pool, breakfast didn't have many options. Hotel needs to be updated and renovated.

We needed a dog friendly place and this was great. What I especially like was the 3 queen bed option. Having 2 teens it was nice not having a sofa bed. The beds were a little firm but not bad. The room was clean and no carpet which is great when your in a pet friendly hotel.

Usually love this place. Staff the young ladies were super helpful, amazing. Floors in rooms are disgusting. Took a shower, grandchild did too. Walked from bathroom to beds, feet were black on bottom yes BLACK. Are you getting into bed?? No back to wash feet , again!! The handicapped shower? No, had a shower chair that doesn’t fit in the shower. They use to have a nice handicap shower. Time to find another motel.

The staff was friendly and very nice, which is the only reason I rated this hotel as an overall 3. Our room was not very clean. There was a smuck or greasy film on the floor that was gross to walk on. The bathroom had a mouse hole in the baseboard that truly astounds me that nobody had tried to repair. There was tiny wood debris around the hole where the rhodents had recently eaten on it. On the floor of our room were several red smudges that quite honestly looked exactly like blood.....and they led to the side of the bed where there were several of the red smudges together. I honestly thought it was blood. I reported it to the desk worker and manager, then the manager told me it was red fingernail paint that a child had spilled and smeared everywhere. If that's the case, have they ever heard of fingernail polish remover?

Blackout shades and sheer shades were a very nice touch for those who need complete dark to sleep. Rooms were very clean, staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. Nice continental breakfast with several options. Overall, excellent motel for that price point. Would highly recommend.

The room was reasonably clean although there were about a half dozen flies buzzing around the room when we arrived. A structural beam outside our building looked like it had been hit by a car and was severely damaged. It made us a little uneasy, but was far enough from our room it didn’t seem to pose too much of a safety risk to us. If we were in a room closer to the broken beam, I don’t think I could have stayed there. There was also a large group of people hanging out in the parking lot when we arrived at almost midnight, and the parking lot smelled like someone was smoking pot. Thankfully, we couldn't hear much of anything once the door was shut. Breakfast was your basic continental breakfast. Overall, it served it's purpose as a one night stop on our way to our vacation destination.

The staff at the front desk were friendly and welcoming and asked about my drive. Check-in was easy, I book through Expedia with a card and the card was charged the day of the check-in. I WAS notified by email days in advance that I was approaching the deadline to cancel to receive a full refund. The room was accommodating and clean!

no housekeeping at all. Rhe manager was on vacation. The head of housekeeping was on vacation so nobody was in charge. Super 8 added bogus charges and blamed Expedia. Expedia charge insurance on a cancelled reservation what a rip off by Expedia. I was told by Expedia that if you cancel a reservation they still charge for insurance to protect a reservation even though it was cancelled well in advance and confirmed. I was told that I was responsible to call Expedia after cancelling and beg them to cancel the insurance on the cancelled reservation. That is a Expedia insurance scam rip off. Since wen do you have to buy insurance to make reservation actually work? Anybody that buys that insurance simply has more dollars then sense.

The man working the counter with the Indian accent is extremely hostile. I asked him a simple question, which was for a price breakdown of why I was charged additional fees, and not only did he refuse to give that to me - he began to yell and pointed his finger in my face repeatedly, and pushed the Covid barrier towards me as he was doing so. I have a witness who saw this, along with his near yelling and other hostile abuse. On top of this - his claim that he couldn't look this up was a lie, as the woman working there in the morning was able to do so within 10 seconds and she was not yelling or being abusive either, unlike the man who works at night.

Clerk was not trained. Had to return to front desk with card an hour and a half after check-in because she didn't do it right. Was after 1am she called the room. She had already ran the card for the room deposit. Room deposit was not mentioned when booking the room on expedia. Very poor practice. Morning manager was rude when asked to repeat what he had said. His accent was so thick and he spoke so fast, i still don't have a clue what he said. We were traveling and were there less than 8 hours and, where awakened to get out of bed because of their mistake.

It literally took us two minutes to check-in, which was amazing after driving all day. The hotel is conveniently located right off the highway so theres no searching, you can easily find it. I enjoy staying here when I make my trips up north.

This location is in a great spot right off the interstate. We stayed for 1 night while on a road trip and this hotel is perfect for a quick stay. The beds were comfortable, rooms were a good size, and everything was ready when we arrived for our very late check-in. The bathroom in the room was quite small, but still had everything needed. In my opinion, the best part of our stay was the Continental breakfast the next morning. Included in the price of your stay is a fantastic breakfast spread with almost anything you could think of. It was so much more than just another Continental breakfast, it was as if we woke up in a bed and breakfast. This is also a pet friendly (for a small fee) hotel so hearing the odd bark or tweet is inevitable, but not disturbing at all. I'll be staying here again in the future I'm sure.

This is our go to hotel on our way to and from North Myrtle Beach. Its clean, comfortable, has a frig and microwave, and the price is right! And they have a decent breakfast buffet. Pretty view too!
