If you are booking from a 3rd party site, there is no hot tub on site. (I contacted Hotels.com and asked them to fix it) Other than that, our stay was excellent. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and they serve popcorn and lemonade in the afternoon/evening.

I specifically called down 2 days before checking in. I was told there was a hot tub when asked and that the pool was open. Both are in the site. First I was told on arrival that there was no hot tub. This is the first time we have been away in years and specifically requested this. Then I walked out to the Pool which was full of slime. They said people were in it yesterday. They did call a pool cleaner and yes, he came, but never left his truck and never cleaned the pool. It was very disappointing. The staff were so kind to trying to make things right, but we booked for 2 days and were leaving the next day. The breakfast was very nice and the other snacks offered. Just felt I wasn’t told the truth. I did book through a third party but the information was the same on both holiday inn express and the site I used. Also, the guests at the hotel next door kept trying to sneak in. Staff was on the ball but it was a little worrisome.

Check in was quick, front desk people super friendly and they always answer the phone. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, they even had free hotdogs, lemonade and popcorn. The room was trally clean and nice and the perfect size for our needs. Definitely gonna come back.

The building itself needs some work and the parking lot is a bit strange but the rooms and inside the hotel is spotless, staff is so kind, and it was well worth the value. Convenient location next to a lot of restaurants and shops. Right next to highway.

We have stayed at many other HIExpress properties this was by far the worst. At registration we were told they were waiting on an inspection to open the pool, after 4 days there still no progress on inspection. The elevator was out of service the entire time. There was evidence of water on hallway floors. The water was shut off in the hotel with no warning. can't think of one good thing to share.

One of the reasons I decided on this hotel was the rating. I am disappointed with the rating. No one was at the desk when we checked in but did show up in a few minutes. The driveway into the hotel was hard to find because it was shared with a couple of other businesses. The room was ok, the location was good but the roach on the ceiling of our room is unacceptable, especially at the room rate. We haven't had breakfast yet but really feel good about eating here.

first room we were given had hair in the bed! We called Jasmine at the desk who was very sweet and accommodating and she moved us to another room. The beds in this room had clean sheets but there was mold on ceiling in the bathroom. Overall, the hotel is very dated and could use some updating. Coffee pots were empty at 7:15. The poor guy running desk was also trying to keep kitchen going. So, maybe understaffed?

1st floor had strange mildew smell when we arrived. Had to change rooms to 3rd floor when we arrived which was accommodated by the front desk. All in all very good stay. We would stay there again.

NOISEY, NOISEY til about midnight and started again about 4:30 am. Internet did not work. Remote for tv half worked snd could not connect and kept turning the tv on and off during the night. No hairdryer. Expedia rooms as of late seem to put us next to the elavator the last two stays. Disgusted seems to fit the bill. Located next to sn old hotel of some brand that was closed. Reviews were high and i surely dont understsnd it! BREAKFAST TERRIFIC! WEIGH YOUR WANTS.

Room was very small for price. Mattress in room 215 were worn out and soft with a hole in the middle of them. Worse night ever sleeping in a hotel room. Could not shut curtains to keep room dark and privacy for sleeping lights were dim and the room needed a good cleaning. I am a non smoker and to me it smelled of smoke

It was fine. It's what you'd expect for the price. Though a warning for anyone planning to stay here, the heating element they use in their rooms makes this awful ticking sound constantly. So if that will bother you, avoid this hotel or buy earplugs. It took 4 days for one of the staff to inform me that it's normal, though I have my doubts. The other employees straight up lied to me about having it fixed. The front desk employees are less helpful then a bunch of 6th graders would be.

I would stay here again just for the cinnamon rolls at breakfast. The entire breakfast selection was awesome and my daughter claims the bed was the most comfortable bed she has ever slept in.

Hotel was clean; room was large and spacious. Location was perfect and in a nice area with food options and shopping within walking distance. Hotel is older and seemingly undergoing some renovations. Foundation work going on during the day was loud and distracting.

The room condition was foul and smelled of urine. The manager, I spoke with after having to follow up on my refund the third time was rude, extremely terrible customer service here. She would not even authorize a full refund for the unsanitary conditions. She told me to call IHG. When I asked for the number she rudely told me to look it up online. We were traveling for a soccer tournament and other team mates that unfortunately booked there, including the coach, also left due to the unsanitary hotel and room conditions. AVOID THIS HOTEL!!!!!!

We booked a king suite with fold out sofa and extra room. At check-in, I was asked to sign our reservation - I noticed an abbreviated code for two queen bedrooms. I questioned the staff about it and they advise that the room we booked was not available and that because we booked through hotels.com. It was also nonrefundable. They didn’t even disclose that the room wasn’t available and advised that they were aware of the lack of availability when they received the reservation from hotels.com. They also advised that it’s a regular occurrence that they are not able to honor reservations. Upon entering our room, we discovered that the toilet was broken. It was EXTREMELY noisy. You could hear cars revving their engines all night. We could hear one other hotel guest screaming “mother ….er” for hours, we could hear children, screaming and crying from the other direction. At breakfast, a guest took my full breakfast plate of food from right under me, and proceeded to sit down and eat it.

After receiving a room with one bed instead of two, the staff was able to find us a larger room. It was a minor inconvenience but the staff found a solution and we were grateful for that.

I always enjoy staying at Holiday Inn Express hotels. I can count on a comfortable room and a great breakfast. This hotel had both. They also had cookies at check-in. My complaints are just that I had to wait a bit to get checked in - not too long, but longer than I usually wait, and they would not give me a receipt at check-out because I had booked through Hotels.com. I travel for work a lot and always use hotels.com. I have always been able to get a receipt without incident. I was very disappointed and don't understand why this is suddenly an issue.

Hotel was clean and fresh. Nothing bad to say there. Breakfast was very nice. Lots of options both hot and cold. There was a soccer tournament group staying there so we appreciated the staff monitoring the breakfast areas. They were prompt to clean up and replenish items. Bed were comfortable. Room was quiet. Only issue was the night staff at front desk was fairly rude when we walked in. There wasnt one single spot to park when we came back to the hotel. He was short with my husband shaking his head to say they had no rooms. Didnt even give us a chance to say we didnt know where to park.we already checked in earlier that afternoon.

Hotel looks worn, but it is fairly well kept. The $85.00 charge for my 11# dog who was crated was a bit steep I felt. Coffee good! Bed very comfortable Area around hotel is not really walkable - no sidewalks & busy with traffic.

The staff was amazing! Friendly, helpful and always eager to smile & chat! The breakfast is better than Cracker Barrel. I usually don't choose a Holiday Inn, my mind has been changed. Curious to see if the facilities hold up across locations!!

We are here visiting our son who is in UTI University and we had a very wonderful stay! The breakfast and the attention in the cafeteria was amazing. Front desk was okay and the limonade was so good at the entrance. Will definitely come back!
