Nice community space in the lobby for meetings, networking,or just doing homework as my daughter was. Rooms are small but lovely, but we enjoyed the vibe downstairs in the common area, took our laptops down there to work. There's a pool table, adult beverages and many snacks available for purchase. Never got rowdy, just a nice atmosphere. A couple next to us from Canada brought their meal down in Tupperware, microwaved it, and enjoyed a bottle of wine together as they ate next to us as we worked. We liked the community feel.

Streamlined accommodations. Friendly staff; the microwave kept blowing the fuse so they needed to reset often. The lobby has lots to accommodate, but it’s loud. Like the access of tea and coffee 24/7.clean. Shower was awesome.

Great team and building. I liked how you had to tap your room card to use the elevators to the rooms for safety. We had some issues with no soap being in the dispensers and they fixed that for me. Also, the staff had really great food recommendations that I tried and was very pleased.

When you check in they say they will clean your room every other day. It also states that on the mirror in the bathroom. 4 nights, 5 days - room wasnt cleaned once. There was mold in the soap dispenser in the shower. And the wall near the trash cans had some type of liquid splashed up on it that was never wiped off. When i walked around barefoot, dirt stuck to the bottom of my feet. I am not convinced they properly clean the rooms.

Fairly newer building and design, so bathroom is new and room is good size, I like that it's not a carpted floor, its wood-like non skid. very comfortable bed, and pillow. Staff are very accommodating and polite. Food at breakfast is good, well prepared and clean. I give this property 4.5 stars only because housekeeping didn't clean the sink and shower stall when I requested once to have my room cleaned in 4 days/nights stay there, Otherwise it would have been perfect.

My husband and I stayed here for two nights and we loved the hotel! The lobby has a fun look, it’s very colorful with a gorgeous mural on the wall next to the pool table. The staff greeted us warmly and were very informative of the amenities offered at the hotel. Our room was decorated very well, with many lamps to offer ambient lighting. We loved the comfortable bed and the complimentary well-scented shampoo and conditioner. The breakfast in the morning was very plentiful, complete with a pancake maker, oatmeal, yogurt, eggs, sausage, and more! There was coffee available 24/7 in the lobby as well. It was very delicious. The reason I’m giving our experience 4 stars is because of the small cockroach we found in our room. The room appeared quite clean and we noticed no dirty aspects. We stayed in two different rooms and only experienced this in one of them.

My husband and I were very happy with Tru. Our room was quiet, very clean, and we had a large walk in shower which we appreciate. The bed was very comfortable. We would highly recommend this Tru in Morrisville.

The bed was super comfortable. It was clean. Only thing I did not like was there were no microwaves in the room. You had to go to the lobby to use it, and the TV was not a smart TV so we couldn't watch any of our streaming services. Would stay again.

The hotel seemed real clean . The room was small . The bed was comfortable . Bathroom was spacious . Security seemed real good . Breakfast was your typical free breakfast . The room was good for a night or 2 . Just too small to stay any longer . I don't remember ever staying in a place with no in room coffee or a microwave . Having an in room safe would be nice .

The room was nice. The hotel was clean. But the room was noisy. The pipes where loud. I was awaken a few times because it sounded like someone was coming through the door but it was just a noisy plumbing system. I would stay there again and ask for a different room. Good Stay overall.

We really enjoyed our stay at Tru by Hilton Mooresville. It was a seamless check in process, nice welcoming staff. Very well designed property with an open concept lobby area where breakfast is served. The staff is constantly attentive to cleaning and replenishing any items. They text you shortly after you check in to ensure you have a good stay. I was able to confirm breakfast times, request for an additional key for my mom and request Lee additional toiletries via text. Property doesn’t have a pool, but it’s close to Lake Norman State park where you can go for a nice swim.

The hotel was clean and staff very friendly! But our room was not serviced for Four nights. Cleaning service came by before 11:00 and our do not disturb sign was out. But we left our room around 11:30 and my Husband went to the desk and ask for clean towels and our trash to be removed. We return around midnight and no one had been to our room. Very disappointed poor service! Was in room 137 we were wakened each morning before 7 with the door slamming. After night two my Husband ask to be moved to another room. The person at the desk told him she would work on it. But never bothered to contact him. So my stay wasn't very pleasant! Didn't know that the sign would keep us from getting room service 🤔

Had to be escorted up elevator and into room due to Hilton Keycard system problem. Also couldn’t access building through back or side doors. Only two luggage carts for whole property made check in even worse. Staff did best they could under the circumstances. Breakfast was horrible and not worth offering. Room had very loud hvac systems.

I stop at this hotel often when I drive from NJ to FL. It is safe, clean and the staff are always friendly and helpful. I have not used amenities outside of the room, since I arrive late and get back on the road early, but the hotel is quiet, clean and has a nice breakfast area where you can grab something to take with you for breakfast. I will stay here again soon!

Extremely friendly and professional staff. We had to wait a while (ten minutes) to check in because the single person manning the reception was helping a customer on the phone, but other than that, all was fine. Hotel is well situated just off I-77, but not within walking distance of much (Davidson is about three miles away.) Room is clean, TV worked on most channels, beds very comfortable, and a good breakfast spread with plenty of fruit.

It was for a quick overnight while traveling from NY to FL. We arrived at 130 am and the night audit staff was amazing and quick to check us in. The hotel was new so it was clean, fresh and so far well maintained. The room was nice and they had a small light on in our room which helped to bring two litttles into the room without having to turn on the inside bright light. Breakfast was good. Many choices. The setting for breakfast could be better. Not many standard tables for a family of 4, we had to sit at a table with a booth on one side and funny decorative chairs on the others. Overall a night stay for a quick trip

Nice place for an overnight stay. Check in was smooth and the service was great as well. My only two complaints are with cleaniness and breakfast. The floor in our room was not clean, hair on the floor in the bathroom. As for breakfast, lacked taste, bacon was not good. I believe they use powdered milk. Otherwise not a bad stay. Conveniently off the interstate and I believe there are some eateries ans shops nearby.

This hotel provides a variety of options for breakfast making it easy in the mornings to grab something to eat with having to leave the hotel. As well as other snacks, coffee and drinks if needed. Rooms are very comfortable, clean and comfy. Will definitely be continuing to stay at Tru by Hilton in the future.
