The room was nice. But this is more like a motel than a hotel...doors open to outside. There is no restaurant and the breakfast is not hot. There is a very small pool located in the bak against the woods...but it was CLOSED! My stay was good despite the disappointments.

The pool was nasty for one the only reason I got the room was for my sons birthday so they could go swimming the website said nothing about the pool being closed the rooms were not cleaned good there was a lot of look like drug users n homeless people around I didn’t even want to come out to go eat we talked to front desk about getting money back to go somewhere else but he said that he couldn’t do it it was an overall bad stay n my sons birthday was not like I wanted it to be very disappointing

The location of the property is good.. right off the highway. But for the cost, I didn’t expect rust on lights and in bathroom. It was otherwise clean and staff was very nice.

It is very average. A few things were not good/irritating. Refrigerator/freezer had mold in it, we did not use it. Some of the breakfast items were past expiration dates. It is very loud outside during the night, lots of trucks, etc. TV channels had been changed, none of the channel descriptions matched the channel. No weather.

Older hotel but very clean. Friendly staff. Excellent bedding, clean, and had an excellent sleep. Sheets are soft to the touch. Shower had excellent pressure and temperature gets hot quickly. This is outdoor access so if you need to sleep when people are arriving early evening, ask for a room that’s not near stairway. If you are staying for one night as a stopover it’s a great spot.

Blackout curtains were geat! They completely covered the window so no light came in around the edges. Very comfy beds with nice soft sheets. Also 3 pillows per bed so didnt have to ask for extras. Plenty of towels too.

Front Desk Agent the most disrespectful and unprofessional employee I have ever encountered. Lied and said could not give me a room on 1st floor unless I had a disability. I was traveling with my 2 year old daughter and we had lots of luggage. There were plenty of empty rooms on the 1st floor, he lied said all the guests were out and that’s why there were no cars. I took pictures at 9pm and again at 2am and just to prove that he was a LIAR I took pictures at 7am and the difference was 3 cars other than that the hotel was empty. Now I understand why the Hotel was empty , I will never stay there again. If you hate your job like you hate yours then get a different job. Maybe a job that pays more would make you a better person! Horrific!!!!

Our room was very clean, with comfortable bed. Some of the furnishings, plus bathroom, are showing modest signs of wear & tear, due to age. Great location in quiet setting, conveniently very close to restaurants and I77 hwy access. The room was affordably priced in comparison to other nearby hotels. Very satisfied with our choice of hotel for our one night stop-over along I77 during our northbound roadtrip home to Ontario from Florida.
