The staff at the hotel were very friendly and courteous. The room was decently clean except the bathroom shower floor had ground in dirt, the provided rubberized mats were not free from soap scum and dirt, and there was some hair in the shower entrance. The parking spaces were not adequate for the hotel capacity and we were forced to park in a lot that is noted for flooding.

I was very satisfied. The hot tub was Awesome....and I was going to stay another night, (Sat night) but they had changed the water Friday night...and the water was luke warm...so I went on home.....I get it you have to keep it clean...but you need to fill it up with hotter water so it warms up sooner.

All in all, a good value for a room. The staff we interacted with were wonderful. Busy weekend and parking was inadequate so had to park at motel next door which is also a Marriott property. We did not expect to need the sofa-sleeper but did, cleaning staff needs to inspect the carpet under this furniture as it was a bit nasty. It would appear that chips, crumbs, etc have been falling through the sofa for some time.

Beautiful and comfortable, layout of building makes sense, friendly employees, squeaky clean. In Mall parking lot but quiet anyway. Our keys quit working twice and the pool is very small. Otherwise a perfect stay!

It was 6 degrees outside and I took my grandchildren down to the pool and the heaters were blown cold air out and the pool heater was not working. But this hotel still allowed the kids to swim in the frigid pool. The hotel should have locked up the pool area to fix the heaters. Some of these kids could and probably got sick. Besides this mishap, everything else was GREAT.

Most everything was really nice. The only things i would say could improve is when we were there, there were 10 kids in the pool with no adult supervision and they were yelling and screaming so loudly we couldnt even hear each other talk and our ears were ringing. I should also mention there were two infants and an elderly person on the pool area. I thought it was very disrespectful. It also seemed they were short staffed and maybe not prepared for a fully booked hotel in that they were out of towels in the pool, took hours to get a roll away bed and had no paper plates or napkins for guests to use if they ordered food.

The bathroom in our room was not well maintained. The shower floor was not well cleaned at all. Red mold, or vomit, or some other unpleasant substance was in all the corners and the floor in the shower itself was not great to look at. The door stop on the bathroom wall was broke off when we arrived. We notified the front desk immediately, so we would not be held responsible. Very disappointing for this hotel.

I stay at this hotel every time I visit Sioux Falls. The location the staff the overall hotel is great. This time my room smelt like dirty feet and the bathroom was quite dirty. Hairs in the shower etc. the shower had no mat in it and the cover to the drain kept slipping off and the drain was super dirty. A bit of a turn off. Overall, I will continue to stay here. I just hope they get better cleaning staff. The front desk people are always amazing!!

The tile repair in the bathroom looks tacky and the inner shower curtain liner needs to be changed. It was dirty and yellowing. It would be helpful to have a mirror somewhere in the main area of the room instead of just in the bathroom.

My room smelt like a smoker was in it for being a nonsmoking room.. also the shower wasn’t very clean. Definitely wouldn’t pay as much as I did to stay there again. Maybe it if was half the price..

Arrived fairly late after long travel day. Easy check in. Super friendly front desk guy. I forget his name. Room was spacious and clean. Beds were incredibly comfortable! Bathroom was not as clean as it should have been which was surprising. Hairs in shower that were not ours and some hairs alongside the baseboard near the toilet. Strangely, no coffee offered in or near the lobby between 7 am and 10 am. Overall it was a good stay. We would stay again just for the comfortable beds and bedding.

There were dried contact lenses stuck to the wall by the mirror, pillow cases were stained with blueish grey spots, the walls had stuff splattered on them in the entry area of the room and the lobby furniture was dirty. Staff was friendly, but no sense of urgency in the bistro.

The first room we were put in stunk so bad like rotten smelly feet that we asked to switch rooms. The second room wasn’t cleaned. There was hair and urine all over the bathroom, dirty clothes in the cabinets and trash everywhere. The night manager came and at least changed the bedding so we can sleep and took pictures to show her superiors. We still had to pay for the room. Will never stay there again.

The property seemed very outdated, not what I'm used to. There were no USB ports for chargers. No streaming capabilities on the tv. The tv only had a dozen channels and over half the buttons didn't on the remote. The smoke detector was flashing above the bed so that made it had to sleep. I couldn't get the ac fan to work so there was no air movement in the room. The pillows were really comfy and I liked the shower.

The most important part of a hotel? The Bed!! Although nicely updated throughout the property and an awesome shower, room 211 needs a new bed ASAP. The king bed is worn out on both sides.

Staff was very helpful when my daughter left her ear buds in the room after we had checked out. We were able to go back and look and even though they werent there, staff stated they would continue to look for them. Called the front desk the next day and the gentleman reported they had been turned in. I was able to describe them and he said they would be at the front desk for us. So helpful and my daughter is beyond thankful!

I booked this hotel for a long stay, 3 weeks. I booked it over other hotels because of the amenities it said it offered. These amenities, specifically the microwave, were not in the room. I was told I would get one in a few days by the front counter. Never got one. I brought it back up, they told me they don't have microwaves. Why am I paying for things that are listed, and then they get to not honor those things. Other guests were equally upset, and at least 2 separate occasions, guests yelled at the front counter over lies and deception. Let's not talk about their "Bistro" that ran out of food and had very little food for WEEKS and completely ran out of food for days!

Not the property's fault, but the extreme construction on 41st street made it very difficult to get to the hotel from the interstate. Wish we had known before attempting to take the route we took to initially get to the hotel as we almost missed our dinner reservations because we sat in construction for over 25 minutes attempting to take the exit to the hotel.

The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful. My only complaints were thin towels and ridiculously priced breakfast. I've stayed in less expensive hotels and had a more luxurious experience.

Booked as it had a continental breakfast but it was absolutely aweful. The microwave egg mcmuffins were gross. No fresh fruit, yogurt, or even juice for the kids. Very disappointed. Also had cots available but i couldn't get one due to i had queen beds. It shouldn't matter.

This property is well-kept and comfortable. The downstairs breakfast venue is closed indefinitely which is somewhat inconvenient. The rooms are quiet and homey. Definitely would recommend as a place to stay!

Only thing wrong is that the coffee makers didn't work, and i needed my coffee in the morning, oh one other thing for as much as we paid for the room i thought the breakfast would be free, but it was pay as you go. I didn't like that at all.
