The staff at the front desk were welcoming and eager to please. The rooms were exceptionally clean! Beds were comfy. The entire property was in tip top shape. Breakfast staff were always cleaning the area and restocking. My grandchildren and I totally enjoyed the pool. I do not have one negative comment. If you are in the Fredericksburg area, this is where you want to stay!

Staff and cleanliness was great. Only thing we noticed was common areas are starting to show their age. The left elevator started making some awful noises that were to the point that other guests were joking about how they kept waiting for the other elevator or taking stairs out of fear of getting stuck.

Our room had few working outlets which was a little inconvenient. Check in service was surprisingly not good. Agent First acted as if a pet was problematic even tho the website expressly said pet friendly. She later explained it was just a question of paying the pet fee - which was expected. Then she said my daughter couldn’t check in as needed to be 21 - she is almost 30. It can be hard to tell someone’s age but there is a much nicer way to handle your uncertainty. She was not friendly or helpful.

It was extremely comfortable and exceptionally clean. Everyone working were professional, polite and a joy for the establishment. I truly loved the sign about no pets at the breakfast facility. We attended a facility in Maryland and I was not comfortable with the pets around the food. The beds were so comfortable we didn’t want to get up. I was truly impressed with my name appearing on the television. I rated this facility a ten out of ten all around. One of the best ever. Unfortunately I did not take a photo before leaving.

Wonderful place that made us happy and surprised at each turn. Everyone was so welcoming and the hotel seemed well cared for. Zach checked us in and took extra steps to make us feel safe when an odd person walked in. Also, as we were leaving, the front desk person came running out to us and brought my smart watch that I had accidentally left on the bed. The housekeeper had found it and brought it to the front desk right away. They could have easily chosen another way of handling this expensive item, but instead they went the extra mile to make sure I had it back. So grateful! We would definitely stay here again and are so glad we stumbled on this hotel.

Doing the snowbird trek from Florida to New York, we chose to stay at the Hampton Inn and suites in Freserickburg Va. Had a very good rating on travelocity so went with it and was not disappointed. Right off I95, very clean room, excellent service and in the middle of a huge shopping center with many dinner options. Will definitely keep in book for next return trip from Florida.

We just stayed for one night in our trip further South, and the room cleanliness was fine. Accommodations were as listed. Our only annoyance was the dining area for breakfast should offer more seating - we had a hard time finding a spot at 8:30am on a Sunday morning.

The sheer number of people made the concept of breakfast seem ridiculous. We attended a conference in Fredericksburg and stayed one night .. we were very pleased with our room.. it was clean and loved the renovations in the bathroom and room .. the walk in shower was great! Would highly recommend! Breakfast was great!!
