Nita Lake Lodge

Location: Ideal for a ski trip or just relaxation. They have ski lockers available very close to the Creekside Gondola. Nice walk into to the village or you can opt for the hotel shuttle. Rooms: We had a lake view room which was wonderful and large. Very quiet. Property: Onsite restaurant, pub and coffee shop. Next door is the Red Door restaurant which was fantastic. Staff: Very helpful. Highly recommend the hotel.

Amazing stay at Nita Lake Lodge. Perfect to ski from Creekside and shuttle service to Whistler village. Very quiet and amazing views. Perfect vacation to relax and ski. Only downsides were broken sauna and hot tubs as well as very poor wi-fi access.

Nice laidback boutique hotel in quiet setting. In house dining options were excellent. And a few other good options close by. Unfortunately the public facing pool and hot tub were cloudy and only luke warm during our stay. Heard from another guest that it had been down during their previous visit a few months prior. But the adjacent lake was accommodating to ice dips!

Quick location near the hghway and located on a lake.Underground parking for a fee. Shuttle service to the village.valley trail bike path at doorstep.

It was really unfortunate to find out the day before our trip that the pool and hot tub were closed.

Nita Lake Lodge was incredible! This was one of the nicest rooms I've ever stayed in. The views of the lake; the fireplace; the huge bathrooms were outstanding. I loved the free bikes, canoes, games, etc. The bike path was right outside the back door so we used that often. Loved the shuttle bus, and Mike and Ken! They were so friendly and full of local information. Ned was great at the bikes as well. We had breakfast at the small coffee shop one day too. Overall an A plus!

Ive travelled the world- been to all kinds of resorts and this has to be my fave. I stay here as often as possible and honestly think anyone who visits Whistler but doesn’t visit Nita lake lodge is missing out. The staff are incredible, the lake is stunning, it’s dog friendly plus has a gorgeous sauna / hot tub +pool … add the fact that they have bikes you can ride around the most GORGEOUS trails and kayaks /canoes to use on the lake…. What’s there left to think about?!

Perfect location short drive away from village on bike path. Stunning lake and mountain views. Awesome staff and lots of amenities - pool, jacuzzi, sauna, spa, bikes, water toys, charging in underground parking. One of the best hotel stays.

Location is good if you’re looking to stay in Creekside. Common areas of the property are in need of better housekeeping. Halls are outdated and dimly lit. Numbers missing on many of the doors to the suites. Grounds are overgrown tree branches growing wild to side of building and signage. Restaurant is dog friendly but had to remove glass chards on ground so my dog didn’t digest. Overall was disappointed for a place that boasts excellence in Whistler.

We had dried blood on our sheets! Make sure to check sheets before sleeping on it.

We had a wonderful stay at Nita Lake Lodge. Clean, spacious room. Good food options onsite. It’s a nice walk to the main part of Whistler. We will definitely return.

For the most part, our stay at Nita Lodge was nice, however, the check-in process was disappointing. We arrived around 3:30 PM, waited in line, and were told that our room was not ready yet. The agent took my phone number and said I'd receive a text when our room was ready. We had a bite to eat in the Cure Lounge while we waited for our room, when 4:30 came around and we hadn't received a text. We waited in line again at the check-in counter which was now even longer, and when we reached the counter, the agent told us the room had been ready for some time. I didn't say anything about not receiving a text because I didn't want to be that person. We arrived to our room and took a look around. The carpet didn't look clean—there were threads and lint. The bathroom was clean except for the faucet which had what I'm guessing was toothpaste spit (little white dots) that wiped off with a wet tissue. We paid for a lake view room, however, our room was toward the center of the hotel, and there was a roof below us that obstructed the view, so you had to go out on the balcony to be able to see the lake. I guess I just expected more, being such a highly rated and pricey hotel. The beds were comfortable, and I took advantage of the soaking tub in the bathroom several times during our stay. I used the shower once, and the spray holes on the shower head went every which direction which made it difficult to rinse the shampoo out of my hair. Shower heads can be replaced for like $10-20.

Would give negative rating for room if there was an option. When I got up in the morning, there were spiders crawling on the night table. Later on, I found cobwebs on the ceiling ,and in the corners of the room. Basically, we were sleeping with spiders crawling on our bed and the night table.

This lodge was close enough to Whistler but far enough away from the crowds. Its lovely - our room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfy.

This was the perfect hotel for my husband and me to enjoy a short vacation. The clean and neat hotel and rooms, free bicycle rentals, quiet and cozy atmosphere, and friendly service — everything was very satisfying.

The hotel service is really great! They have very knowledgeable and friendly staff on duty. Courtesy château drivers are very helpful and friendly too. The only thing I would suggest is make sure the bath tub is well cleaned before next guest check in. I found some hair on hot tub. Other than that, everything is fine. Nita Lake Lodge is great place to stay.

Overall the property was nice. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Front desk staff were lacking in going the extra mile for their guests which was disappointing. The restaurant on site was lovely. Our server at the Den (Tom) was great. Food was good, ambiance was lovely. The Fix for breakfast was amazing. Best coffee and croissants by far. Spa was nice, nice rooftop hot tub and sauna. Some renos going on during our stay but did not impact anything. Our suite did not have a view of anything other than brush and some kind of rooftop planters. Make sure you check your booking for lake view if you’re looking for a view of more than brush. Overall the experience was good but not spectacular.

just stayed at Nita Lodge for 2 nights. Front desk was awesome - upgraded us to a 1 bedroom for our anniversary, totally unexpected and greatly appreciated! The hotel is in need of updating - wear and tear very evident. The hotel is dark and our room although huge was also quite dark although what you would possibly expect for a "mountain chalet" - lots of dark wood, stone flooring, bathroom and furniture - much of which is also dated. Happy with the bed was very comfy. Overall would not stay again with current condition of the hotel.

Rooms were very nice. Only negative is it is a pet friendly hotel, and when the dog owners left early in the morning, they left their dog in the room and the dog howled until we ended up leaving later that morning

I am really satisfied for clean and spacious lake view room. reception guys upgrade my room to lake view loft. It’s clean and has an amazing view.staff are nice. I definitely recommend Nita lake lodge and I will come back again.

All round great stay - really nicely sized room: loved the enormous bath and the gas fire. Staff were so friendly and helpful, and the shuttle staff were super helpful too. Really great stay - couldn’t recommend highly enough.

Room 416, 4th floor - behind the lift but no noise at all, view over hotel front to mountains above. Big comfortable room, black out blinds, super-king bed, great bathroom and lots of extra facilities, tv remote very temperamental but overall a great room.

It is an old property but well-maintained. There are couple of things that I don't like: Paying for balcony to the lake view is worth it except on the 1st floor which is literally blocked by tall trees, even 2nd floor is partially blocked. In addition, the balcony door is horrible, we struggled mightily to close it and ended up calling maintenance

Nita lake lodge stay was very nice. Staff at breakfast service were amazing! Very kind. As well as all the shuttle drivers. Very informative and helpful. Very easy to get to and back from the village. No stress on wait times. Room was great. Very quiet. Perfect for baby. Family vacation was well enjoyed! Highly recommend Nita Lake Lodge Chef at breakfast was outstanding. Got the classic breakfast both times. Cleaning staff were extremely friendly. Great interactions with staff on stay. Made us feel extremely welcomed.

Extremeky rude front desk staff

Absolutely outstanding customer service by everyone we encountered during the stay. Will definitely recommend and revisit.

Easy and fast check in. Staff were wonderful. Room is spacious and clean.

Check in service was extremely slow. Huge lineup. Definitely could be streamlined. Sharing one iPad between two check in staff when there should’ve been three check in staff with three iPads to keep up with the intake. Considering check-in time is 4 PM I don’t think it’s difficult to staff appropriately for the influx of new guests. Clearly this hotel makes enough money to buy another couple of computers, etc. The entire line up behind me was grouchy because of the length of time it took to check in. I can’t imagine this is a one off occurrence.

The location is not as idyllic as the pictures would have you believe. Residential homes border the property and noise from them echoes across Nita Lake and onto guest balconies, from 7AM delivery trucks to motorbikes revving down the street & heavy construction work. The rooms were spacious but in need of TLC. Balcony railings were peeling badly, resulting in paint flakes stuck to arms and clothing. Bathroom floor was stone and had several large stains around the toilet. Old refrigerator went haywire at one point almost freezing my insulin. There were random wires exposed on a shelf in the living room. We had dinner from the Cure Lounge & Patio on 5 occasions and experienced issues with EVERY meal: serving meat to a vegetarian, a badly undercooked beef burger, missing dish items, double tipping, taking completely the wrong order, or a ridiculously rude server. The Fix Café was amazing – great coffee and broad range of food and drink options. My wife and daughter tell me the Spa was divine – experienced, communicative and professional clinicians. The complimentary shuttle service into Whistler was good and both drivers we encountered were friendly & helpful. Despite being courteous and helpful, reception staff never asked if we had a good or enjoyable stay. We had carefully chosen Nita Lake Lodge for our once in a lifetime family adventure based on their impressive depiction. Considering the room rates at the hotel, we feel let down and expected a better experience.

Amazing location with views overlooking Nita lake and on the Whistler Valley trail for wallking, biking, strolling. Excellent restaurants and casual dining and great staff!

Excellent weekend stay within a 10 minute walk from Creekside Gondola. Gorgeous, spacious rooms with a nice view of the lake. A great choice outside of the village.

I planned a vacation for my wife and I with nature, scenery and chill in mind and targeted Whistler. Knowing the focus here is skiing and we were here in their Summer "off-season", we intentionally avoided Whistler Village in favor of this gem. This Lodge turned out to be PERFECT for us. They have a shuttle to take you to/from Whistler Village. That's a 10 minute shuttle away and we never waited more than 10 minutes for the shuttle. The Village is packed with people, shops, restaurants but we didn't want that "density" on vacation. Nita Lake Lodge was a great retreat from all that. The views in our Lake side suite were spectacular and there are restaurants and bars within walking distance. Great location, quiet, clean and perfect.

Service was mediocre, stay away from the restaurant the Den. Food looks fancy but taste was not good. Very small portions

We’ve stayed several times at Nita Lake Lodge and always enjoy our stay. The Den Restaurant was excellent. The staff is friendly and helpful. They are currently renovating the lounge/cafe so there is construction during the day. We understand that it is planned to be completed before ski season. We will stay here again.

Must get a lake view room.. Totally worth it. Had a great meal at the Den and enjoyed services at the spa. We'll be back!

Amazing Lodge on shore of Nita Lake. All amenities here. Shuttle to Whistler Village. Their in house restaurant was not good at all, end of summer staffing issues from what we saw.

Nota is a great hotel , good location, parking, rooms. Good value, compared to other Whistler properties. Bar great drinks and nice buzzy atmosphere. The only downside is the breakfast service. Food good but chaotic and slow and disorganised. Please sort it. I know staffing is an issue, but other places sort it, you must! We should have gone to the cafe rather than watch and wait and fume.

Awesome 5 course meal. Amazing rooms and grounds. Linda checked us in. She was great!

Dining choices are a bit sophisticated for a resort hotel that supports a casual, outdoors family lifestyle. More down home family meal choices would be better. I did note that the Den dining room always had lots of empty seats. I suspect many guests were eating off-site.
