The rooms and lobby was very clean and nice . But the indoor pool had wads of hair floating around , and it smelled horrible in there. Like a hot summertime day at the creek with crawfish. Best way to describe it. But besides that everything else was amazing

The stay was great. The pool is much bigger than anticipated. The rooms were clean. A little dated, but didnt affect our stay. Thank goodness the rooms are have better walls than other rooms. I guess what im saying theyre not paper thin. It was very quiet. So enjoyable. We will stay here again.

Really nice red roof very clean granddaughter said the pool was too cold and small but i didn't have the chance to check it out the only problem i had was the beds they were very uncomfortable the staff was very friendly as always in red roof inns

When u have more than one story in a hotel...have an elevator!! We had to bring everything put a flight of stair. U did not tell online u dont have an elevator. What happens if someone is disabled? I am... but able to climb stairs.

I traveled here for a dog show. I requested a first floor room, which I got. The room was clean, staff friendly, plenty of green to walk my dog, they had poop stations all over, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The hotel does not offer breakfast, which was fine for me as I bring my own food and the room had a fridge and microwave. I don’t believe there is an elevator. I will definitely stay here again.

The receptionist (man) he was just seating on his phone while I was standing there and took like 30 mins to do the check in. The shower tub had hair and dirty the sink as well, cockroaches,dogs barking a lot of noise and a strong marihuana smell. Highly not recommended

Upon arrival, we waited for 10 minutes for an employee to arrive to the front desk for check in. Once in the room, the floors were unswept, I would assume dog hair- covered the floors, beds, and furniture. The bed sheets were dirty or stained. There was long, black strands of hair covering the bathroom shower walls and sink area. I would not recommend this hotel and I will absolutely not be back.

There were ants in the bathroom of the first room I was assigned. When I called the front desk they said they would make a note of that. Then I called the front desk to ask someone to come look at the dirty sheets on both beds and the filthy shower curtain and the hole in the wall. The person who came to the room agreed with me. We tried another room. It was better, but again the bedding on both beds looked suspiciously not clean. So I was moved to another room. One of the beds had dirty sheets on it. I took them off and put a wet washcloth on the stack of soiled sheets so hopefully they would get washed for the next person. On the plus side, they did accommodate my desire for a clean bed. Also it was a quiet place.

The hotel is not nearly as clean and nice as it looks in the pictures. One of our beds had brown and yellow stained sheets. There were no smoking signs on every door, yet the neighbors down the hall were clearly smoking marijuana. The entire second floor was saturated by the smell. The sign is so weathered that you can’t see the logo. Not great.

This hotel was given 5 Stars and we were sadly disappointed. The bed sheets were dirty, the handle on the sink nearly fell off when I turned it on and the shower was dirty. I will never stay at a Red Roof Inn again.

The room was nice and clean. The staff were nice and very helpfull. The only issues we had there the mattress had such a deep grove it just about rolled me out in the floor (REALLY time to replace) Then the pillows were as flat as cardboard. We should have brought our own. I felt safe there and would stay there again if i new these things had been fixed.

The bed is like sleeping on plywood on noisy springs. The property is across from the highway and very noisy the noise heard through paper thin walls. Eventually, people go to sleep and the A/C, if run can drown out some of the highway noise but the bed is horrible and I got no sleep as a result of it. Would never stay at a Red Roof Inn again.

The property, at first glance, is neat and clean. Room was comfortable and spacious. Cars do park right at your bedroom window, so it is a bit hard to avoid hearing people coming at going at odd hours. Convenient location to highway, gas and restaurants. Not paying for a 5 star room so was not expecting one. We would stay again.

We loved our stay! The room was beautiful and so big! And the location was close to anything you could want to do in Tennessee. The only two drawbacks was the beds were super firm, pillows were great but the mattresses were so hard. And the tv remote only worked sometimes. Only the volume buttons would work. lol

I wish that I had read the reviews about the hotel’s beds, I would never have stayed here. The bed was the worst that I have ever slept in. It was hard as a board. If you can’t get a good nights rest, reviewing the rest is a good sate of time.

I stood in line for about 15 minutes waiting behind a lady being waited on who had an issue checking in which wasn’t the issue. There were 2 sides open and 2 men working the front desk. Both men continued helping the lady and I wasn’t even addressed. A third man came to the front desk to help with the same lady, not once did anyone apologize for the delay or offer to check me in while she he other two helped her. It wasn’t until all she was finished that one of them spoke to me.

No service for our entire stay. They didn't make the beds, empty the trash, leave fresh towels in room daily. We had to run staff down to retrieve wash cloths and towels. Terrible experience. The worst hotel stay in all my yeats of travel inside and outside the United States. Will never, ever stay there again.

The room and surroundings were clean and quiet. We came in for Family Weekend at U. Tennessee. Red Roof was conveniently located and a great value. We will stay there again when visiting the university.

This is one of the better red roof inn and suites I've ever stayed in. The building is old and a little dated but it was very clean, housekeeping does a wonderful job. It is conveniently located in a quiet and safe area just off of 81 all in all a nice place to stop off and stay for a night or 2 while traveling

It was a cheap option, and you get what you paid for. Its not bad but its nothing special, just had a weird feeling about it. Needs parking lot lighting that works and the sign was very hard to see as it is very faded. Harder to find than it should be.

Spider webs on the wall facing away from the bed. Sink faucet dripped. The entry door, although secure, was not very tight so it let in both light and noise. Appreciated the mini refrigerator in the room and the seating area and extra TV that was located away from the bedroom. Very disappointed that there wasn't any breakfast, only coffee, although it was listed as having breakfast.

Room had an off-smell. Not quite smoke (non-smoking room) but a marked difference than the corridor. Mattress somewhat thin, but clean sheets. Bath towel threadbare in places. (Only used one...don't know about others.) Strange bed-sized rectangle stain on ceiling. Didn't affect comfort, but it did raise my curiosity while lying in bed. Biggest disappointment was lack of any breakfast offering. Didn't expect anything hot, but a bagel and juice would have saved a morning stop when leaving.
