Great staff

The room, staff, amenities and service was subpar with very rude attitudes. Any form of customer relations were non-existent. Expedia was a large part of the terrible vacation experience. Expedia advertised this resort as an adults only resort. IT IS NOT. Expedia did not do their due diligence in their responsibilities to provide the proper and accurate administrative submissions to the hotel which resulted in a $1250.00 USD payment to the hotel before a check in could be completed. The payment was taken without any complications however several visits to the front desk to get the money back was delayed for several days. This obviously resulted in hours of our vacation being interrupted by nonsense. We went without hot water in our bathroom sink the entire stay despite making several requests to have it repaired. There was garbage in our room from the previous tenants of the room. There is more but I’ve spent way too much of my time allowing this resort to live rent free in my head. Time to move on to much better places to relax and forget about life for a while.

Clean, great staff , amenities , food . Just some thigs of the resort has to updated. More cams and vigilance.

Staff were very courteous and friendly. Food and service was very good, Our room was not great, it was clean and as described (family room), however we had repeated issues with the shower. Hot water was often not available, and the drain was blocked causing the bathroom to flood anytime the water was turned on. The room although clean felt damp, smelled musty, and there was mould on the walls. Staff did acknowledge the issue but it was not dealt with during our stay
